Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on social studies learning processes and outcomes in fifth grade students at SDN 104/VI ​​Rantau Panjang VIII. The type of research conducted was classroom action research, the research subjects were all students of class V at SDN 104/VI ​​Rantau Panjang VIII, totaling 16 students. Data collection techniques using observation, learning achievement test sheets, and documentation. The analysis technique used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results of this research using the Problem Based Learning model show an increase in each cycle for the results of educator observations in cycle I with an average of 74.99% in the Good category and in cycle II of 85.71% in the Very Good category. The results of observations of students in cycle I with an average of 59.37% in the Poor category and cycle II of 81.25% in the Very Good category. While classical completeness in cycle I obtained an average value of student learning outcomes of 56.25% increasing to 87.5% in cycle II. Based on these data, it shows that the use of the Problem Based Learning model can improve social studies learning processes and outcomes in class V SDN 104/VI ​​​​Rantau Panjang VIII.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Permasalahan Keterampilan, Pendidikan (minimnya minat bersekolah; dan Permasalahan Literasi digital di Desa Datar. Metode pelaksanaan yakni (a) Program keterampilan: Program ini dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) semester dengan tatap muka selama 4 kali/bulan menggunakan pendekatan masalah; (b) Program pendidikan (minim minat bersekolah):.dan (c) Program Pojok Literasi Digital. Metode palaksanaan ditempuh selama 16 kali  pertemuan tatap muka, menggunakan ceramah bervariasi, diskusi dan praktek langsung. Tujuannya agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan, minat melanjutkan pendidikan keperguruan tinggi dan literasi digital desa Datar sebagai bentuk upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk keberlangsungan pembangunan desa cerdas yang berkemajuan. Hasil pengabdian Sebagai berikut : (1) masyarakat sudah bisa memanfaat sumber daya alam menjadi bahan siap jadi dan bisa dijual, (2) sudah ada anak muda yang kuliah sampai keperguruan tinggi; (3) masyarakat sudah bisa menjual produk desa dengan cara online atau digital marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to describe improving students' cognitive abilities using the outdoor study method in elementary science learning This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a combined qualitative and quantitative approach (mixed method). This data collection technique is based on observation and tests sourced from lecturers and students at Muara Bungo Muhammadiyah University. This research was carried out in two cycles, with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research results show that applying the outdoor study method can improve students' cognitive abilities. The achievement of student learning outcomes proves this before applying the outdoor study method in the learning process which can be said to be still low with an average score of 50 with a learning completion percentage of 28.6%. By applying the outdoor study method to the learning process it shows an increase in the first cycle; an average score of 69.28 was obtained, with the percentage of student learning completeness increasing to 66.7%, and in the second cycle, the average score was 80.0 with the student learning completion percentage being 95.2%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that applying the outdoor study method in elementary science learning can improve students' cognitive abilities. This is proven by an increase in student learning activities and an increase in the percentage of student learning completion at each meeting.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the professionalism of teachers or educators at SMP Negeri 7 Muara Bungo through lesson study training. The methods used are lectures and discussions. This training was attended by 29 teachers from various other fields of study at the school.Lesson study training consists of three stages, namely Plan, Do, and See. The informant plan the lessons to be implemented, such as preparing learning tools and media that will be used for lesson study activities. Then, the teacher carries out the plan stage, while other teachers act as observers. The implementation stage is called (the Do stage). The see stage, the teacher with the observer or observer, reflects on the implementation of the activities in the class. This activity adds to teachers' knowledge about lesson study and gets new experiences for teachers so that they can increase teacher professional competence.

The analysis of research trends highlights a dynamic evolution in the field, with growing attention to innovative teaching methods, effective teacher training, and inclusive educational practices. The study identifies several potential research areas, such as the development of differentiated instruction techniques, the impact of culturally responsive teaching, and the role of community involvement in supporting inclusive education. The author collaboration network reveals distinct research clusters and influential researchers, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing the field. Overall, this bibliometric analysis provides valuable insights into the current state of research in inclusive education and outlines crucial areas for future investigation to enhance educational outcomes for all students.
