The purpose of this study is to find out the history of the Elephant Maiden of the United States National Guard. This research uses the History method by collecting primary and secondary sources. Research results During the Wuruk Chicken, the Majapahit Kingdom experienced a peak of success thanks to the role of Patih Amngkubhumi Elephant Mada, which was marked by the oath of Amukti Palapa to establish a unification of the Archipelago. The Majapahit Kingdom knot is one of the largest Kingdoms in the archipelago. At the time of the success of the Majapahit kingdom under the leadership of King Hayam Wuruk, the Majapahit became prosperous and had a very successful period. Obviously the Mada elephant reciting his Oath which is known by the name of Amukti Palapa. Relying on good military and political strategies, Mahapatih Elephant Mada was able to apply his Palatine oath, making him the most respected duke in the Majapahit Kingdom and in other territories. The research purposes is to find out the online history learning of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau students in the Covid Pandemic period 19. This study used a qualitative description method, researchers directly analyze the lecture system of history education students at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. The results were obtained as follows: 1) general history learning for students, which is basically most of history learning is done face-to-face or outside the field. However, due to the Covid 19 epidemic, historical learning was shifted to online learning. 2) Online History Learning STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau students in the Covid Pandemic Period 19, namely students of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau history education are required to conduct online learning to support. The continuation of online learning in the Covid 19 period, made learning history more interesting. Nevertheless, direct learning is still expected in the future. The conclusions of the study are: online learning can be a solution for students of history education in attending lectures during the Covid 19 epidemic. The purpose of this research is related to the needs of the people of A Widodo Village for character education, so that the theme of character education education in the era of globalization is taken in the community of A Widodo Village, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The scope of this community service program is that the young generation in A Widodo Village is currently very vulnerable to the rampant flow of globalization, so community service activities can be a solution to the problem. The method of implementation in this community service activity is carried out with the presentation of material by each of the speakers followed by a question and answer discussion to discuss current character education. in the discussion the question and answer became a reference for the solution to the problem of character education for young people today. Analytical techniques and results of activities, namely activities carried out to support the tri darma of higher education resulted in several solutions that could be developed by the people of A Widodo Village in implementing character education for their children. The people of A Widodo Village were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. some people ask that community service activities like this can be resumed. The community also hopes that the Lecturers of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau can become partners of Desa A Widodo in various activities related to education.

Character education is education that is related to the character, values, and norms that apply in society. This study aims to determine the development of character education values in history students in the new normal era. Character education in the New Normal is a problem that must be known as the material for this research. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative study. The sources in this study are the results of observations of researchers in the field which were developed with other sources such as interviews, sources of books and relevant research journals to be studied. The results and discussion of this research is that education in New Normal Era Universities is in the pandemic era and the New Normal era due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Universities are experiencing the impact of this. Universities must begin to adjust to the new conditions that occur in Indonesia. Even though it has entered the New Normal era, universities still have to be disciplined in maintaining the process that the government wants. This is very important to save the Indonesian people so that the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak can be resolved properly. While character education in the New Normal era is the condition of History students during learning activities during the New Normal era. The behavior caused by History students during online and face-to-face learning is limited to being studied to determine the level of character that is the subject of research. Basically, the problems that arise during learning in the New Normal era are related to the formation of the attitude of History students to remain conducive during the New Normal era.

Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan pendidikan di Desa Kerta Dewa ini dilaksanakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra dari Pemerintahan Desa Kerta Dewa, yakni rendah motivasi masyarakat dalam mendukung anak-anak desa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilaksanakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarkat (PkM) dengan metode penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pendidikan sebagai penentu masa depan bangsa pada masyarakat Desa Kerta Dewa. Dari keseluruhan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan pendidikan ini menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik, diantaranya: Pertama, peserta yang terdiri dari masyarakat Desa Kerta Dewa menyambut dengan positif dan antusias pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM ini. Kedua, bertambahnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta tentang pentingnya pendidikan untuk anak-anak mereka, hal ini ditunjukkan dari pertanyaan dan tanggapan mereka pada sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab bersama narasumber pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Dan ketiga, besarnya harapan peserta agar intensitas penyuluhan atau kegiatan sejenisnya sering dilaksanakan di desa mereka.

Pendidikan dan kearifan lokal era perspektif global adalah bagaimana peran seorang guru dalam membimbing peserta didik tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang ada dalam masyarakat. Seorang guru merupakan pelaku perubahan yang mampu membuat peserta didik lebih baik, lebih maju dalam pemikiran dan mempunyai sifat yang bijaksana. Guru pada dasarnya adalah seorang pejuang pendidikan yang terus mengabdikan ilmunya demi kemajuan sebuah bangsa melalui dunia pendidikan. Dalam hal ini guru juga harus memahami lingkungan dalam masyarakatnya. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang seringkali dilupakan, terus diajarkan oleh seorang guru agar tidak lupa. Masyarakat memiliki peran yang luas dalam membantu dunia pendidikan dalam mengenalkan kearifan lokal dalam hidup anak didiknya. Diharapkan generasi muda yang dihasilkan kelak adalah generasi muda yang siap bersaing dalam tatanan dunia era 4.0. Situs Ulak Lebar yang merupakan situs lokal masyarakat Kota Lubuklinggau yang memiliki ciri khas masyarakat lokal kota Lubuklinggau yang sangat tinggi. Bukti-bukti peninggalannya yang masih ada dan terawat dengan baik akan menjadi bahan kajian Sejarah Lokal. Dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah, khususnya pelajaran sejarah, sudah seharusnya pengenalan sejarah lokal di Kota Lubuklinggau diaktualisasikan ke pada siswanya. Nilai yang ada dalam Situs Ulak Lebar akan menjadi identitas masyarakat Kota Lubuklinggau yang kaya akan nilai karakter bangsa berwawasan global.

Traditional elites are nobles who have a very important role in society. They are highly respected in social life. These traditional elites usually have better knowledge and have better education than ordinary people. In addition, traditional elites are also very vital in land ownership. Some of the land in the Surulangun area belongs to local nobles and indigenous people as managers. Life in Surulangun was also very promising because of the life of activities around the Rawas river which became the meeting point of other traders around the Rawas river. In addition to having the Rawas river which is the lifeblood of trade in Surulangun, this area is also very strategic because it borders the Jambi area. For crops, the Surulangun area is also very large, this is the spirit of the Dutch nation along the Musi and Rawas rivers to get to Surulangun. After taking power in Surulangun, the Netherlands made this area an area of the capital of Onder Afdeling Rawas. The Dutch colonial nation held many friendships with traditional elites to support its government. In the form of Dutch cooperation with these traditional elites by promising better assets and positions, many traditional elites were interested in cooperating. On the other hand, the Netherlands wants a traditional elite as a liaison between the Netherlands and the indigenous people to manage mining and plantations in Surulangun. So that the Dutch Colonial nation became very advanced and developed rapidly after making Surulangun as one of the contributors of wealth to Dutch Colonial.

This is study aims to determine the use of the Inside Outside Circle model of the learning outcomes of Indonesian history in Sriwijaya kingdom material. The research method used is a quantitative method, with a pure experimental approach. The designed of this study is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The type of research instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 35 questions. Technique for analyzing the data used quantitative techniques. The population in this study were all X grade students in academic year 2018/2019. And sample of the data taken in X grade students at AKL 1 as the experimental and X OTP 2 as the control. The experimental class was treated using the Inside Outside Circle model on the Sriwijaya Kingdom learning material and the control class was not treated inside the circle learning model. Based on the analysis of the use of research hypotheses, the results of this study conclude there is an influence of the Inside Outside Circle learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian history on Sriwijaya kingdom material.
