Abstract

Narasi Sejarah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pembentukan memori kolektif dan identitas sosial suatu masyarakat. Melalui narasi ini, masyarakat dapat memahami asal-usul, perjalanan, serta perjuangan yang telah dilalui oleh kelompok sosial mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran narasi Sejarah dalam membangun kesadaran bersama di kalangan anggota masyarakat serta bagaimana narasi tersebut membantu membentuk identitas sosial mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan narasi sejarah untuk memahami bagaimana sejarah dikonstruksi dan disampaikan dalam komunitas. Fokusnya pada pembentukan memori kolektif dan identitas sosial melalui narasi sejarah, dengan menganalisis sumber lisan, tertulis, dan media. Tujuannya adalah mengungkap peran narasi sejarah dalam memperkuat identitas kelompok dan mempengaruhi persepsi terhadap masa lalu dan masa kini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Narasi sejarah berperan penting dalam membentuk memori kolektif dan identitas sosial, memperkuat solidaritas, kebanggaan, dan pemahaman bersama tentang masa lalu. Dalam pendidikan, sejarah harus diajarkan secara metodis agar tidak menumbuhkan analfabetisme sejarah. Di Indonesia, narasi sejarah membangun kesadaran nasional dan identitas lokal, serta memperkuat ikatan sosial. Sejarah juga dipengaruhi oleh politik dan budaya, dan melalui media seperti buku, museum, dan teknologi, narasi sejarah dapat berkembang lebih inklusif, memperkaya pemahaman identitas sosial dan membangun masa depan yang lebih baik. Simpulannya bahwa narasi Sejarah berperan penting dalam pembentukan memori kolektif dan identitas sosial dengan menyampaikan nilai-nilai, norma, dan pandangan hidup yang memperkuat ikatan sosial. Selain itu, narasi Sejarah membantu kelompok dalam memahami posisi mereka, baik dalam konteks masa lalu maupun masa kini, yang memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan identitas sosial dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between historical and ecological aspects in Batu Urip Village, Lubuklinggau City. Batu Urip, as a historical and cultural area, holds various important heritage sites such as traditional houses and ancestral graves, reflecting the richness of local culture. Ecologically, Batu Urip's physical environment, including forests and rivers, influences the community's way of life as well as traditional agricultural methods and building materials. The study highlights the importance of integrating ecosystem conservation with cultural heritage preservation. Conservation activities must consider environmental impacts to maintain ecological balance and protect historical sites. Additionally, education on local wisdom values and environmental preservation should be incorporated into school curricula to raise awareness among the younger generation. The research also emphasizes the need for collaboration between communities, government, and educational institutions to support the preservation of Batu Urip amidst the challenges of globalization and digitalization. Through a holistic approach, Batu Urip can maintain its historical identity while ensuring the sustainability of its local ecosystem, making it a wise and exemplary city at both regional and national levels.

Abstract

The growing threat of globalization to local culture has been met with potential mitigations through improving technology, especially in the field of teaching history. Traditional history-teaching methods disregard the importance of students' local cultural and personal identities, leading to low motivation and limited promotion of students' cultural consciousness. For students' historical literacy and to develop innovative methods of cultural heritage preservation, this paper focuses on developing culture-oriented, technology-enhanced digital history teaching resources grounded in the local culture and folk wisdom of Batu Urip Village. A Research and Development (RD) method and the ADDIE framework were used to engage 60 senior high school students in Lubuklinggau. Participants' historical literacy was assessed using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Both quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques were used to analyze the data. The results show that the digital learning resources developed were valid, practical, and effective in significantly enhancing students' cultural-historical understanding, local history, and the value of history. The addition of Batu Urip's culture story to interactive digital media connects contemporary learning with traditional culture. This research developed a culture-oriented digital learning model in response to the Merdeka Curriculum, increasing local cultural literacy and aiding sustainable cultural preservation in the digital era. This research on history teaching was the first of its kind in Indonesia.
