Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the cooperative integrated reading and composition model on the reading ability of the students class V SDN Ponjanan Timur 1. This study is a quantitative study of the experimental type, the design used is pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest posttest design. The population surveyed was all V-grade students. As for sampling using non-probability samplings using saturated sampler techniques. The samples surveyed in this study were all V class students with a total of 24 students. Data is gathered through observations and tests. The results of this study show that the coopeartive model of integrated reading and composition has an influence on the reading ability of 5th grade students of SDN East Ponjanan 1. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test using the paired simple t-test obtained thitung of 10,863 and ttable of 2,074 values of significance of 0,000. Based on the test criteria if thitung > ttable then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be stated thitung value > ttabel is 10,863 > 2,074 so that Ha is received and H0 is refused, if the result of Sig.2(tailed) < 0,05 or 0,000 < 0,05, then H0 has been refused and Ha has been accepted. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of cooperative model integrated reading and composition on the ability to read understanding of students of V grade SDN Ponjanan Timur 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar kognitif bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas 5. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni Pre-Eksperimental dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 siswa. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar kognitif bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 5. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan uji paired sample t-test diperoleh thitung sebesar 16,156 dan ttabel sebesar 2,036 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian jika thitung > ttabel maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dapat dinyatakan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 16,156 > 2,036 sehingga Ha diterima. Pada hasil Sig. 2(tailed) < 0.05 (0,000 < 0.05) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar kognitif bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the program implemented in the SDK Maria Fatima Bangkalan school library to support the literacy movement and to find out the form of implementation of the school literacy movement at SDK Maria Fatima Bangkalan. this research uses descriptive qualititative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research show that the SDK Maria Fatima Bangkalan school library is very important fo the school community to support the school literacy movement, however the implementation process has not been carried out a optimally as possible and is less than optimal. Despite this, the implementation of the SDK Maria Fatima Bangkalan school library as a support for the literacy movement has gone quite well. However, there are alsa obstacles in the SDK Maria Fatima Bangkalan school library as a literacy movement, including the lack of visits to the library by school resident, the absence of library administration, and the literacy movement implementation program is not yet optimal, such ads the reading corner program has not been used well by student. Therefore, efforts are needed in school library management and school principals to overcome problems in school libraries and the literacy movement experienced, including increasing insight into managing school libraries, collaborating, and discussing with teachers regarding school libraries in supporting the literacy movement to achieve its goals. From the school library as supporting the school literacy movement can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for developing PJOK modules that incorporate traditional games. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method oriented towards product development. The subjects of this research are 12 teachers and 188 students. Research data were obtained from the completion of observation sheets and questionnaires regarding the needs of teachers and students for the development of PJOK modules incorporating traditional games in elementary schools. The result of this research is the need for a PJOK module based on traditional games, viewed from the aspects of regional potential, student interest, environmental availability, learning objectives, and the necessity of supporting modules.

Abstract

In the digital era, ICT advancements have significantly influenced education, enhancing students' learning experiences. This study focuses on developing Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media for fourth-grade Indonesian Language students at SDN Larangan Luar 2, Pamekasan. Using a constructivist approach, it addresses students' low interest and motivation in learning Indonesian and emphasizes the teacher’s role as a facilitator. The Research and Development (RnD) approach follows the ADDIE framework—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Seventeen students participated in observations and interviews to assess their learning characteristics and needs. Findings indicate that traditional learning methods often render students passive, necessitating innovative teaching strategies. The study introduces an AR-based Virtual Map that merges digital objects with real-world elements to create an interactive learning experience. Validation results confirmed the media’s effectiveness, with high scores from learning design experts (86%), subject matter experts (84%), and instructional material experts (92%). The research highlights AR's potential in increasing students’ interest and motivation in learning Indonesian. It also serves as a reference for educators and developers in designing engaging and interactive teaching methods, ultimately contributing to more effective learning experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the learning guidance program at the KKNT elementary school in Grujugan village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection techniques used are interviews and observation. The resource person interviewed was a tutoring student from Grujukan village. The results of this research show that tutoring activities really help students in the learning process which is carried out outside class hours at school, they are helped and encouraged to take part in tutoring and easily understand material such as calculating and memorizing English vocabulary. And with the study guidance program held by KKNT UTM, students can improve their ability to solve problems or questions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process and results of initial reading difficulties among grade 1 students at Grujugan State Elementary School. The research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population consists of grade 1 students, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, selected based on specific criteria. Data collection methods include tests, observation, and documentation, while data analysis is conducted using non-statistical techniques. The research reveals that students face significant challenges in early reading stages. The highest difficulties occur in reading meaningless words, followed by challenges in reading fluency, reading aloud, and reading comprehension. Other observed difficulties include issues in word recognition, letter identification, and listening comprehension. Students’ specific characteristics of reading difficulties include letter confusion, reversing or changing words, skipping letters, incorrect word pronunciation, ignoring punctuation, and lack of comprehension and concentration. This study concludes that initial reading difficulties are multifaceted and require targeted interventions focusing on improving letter and word recognition, reading fluency, and comprehension to enhance students' reading abilities.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important things in life, sometimes education is a measure of caste in society. In the educational process there is such a thing as teaching and being taught. Our Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN-T) was held in Grujugan village, Pamekasan Regency. Our aim in carrying out KKNT in the village is to help improve the quality of education for children in the village. Many of the teaching staff there are already old so it is very difficult to follow the development of children who are very active in learning, as a result the learning process is less than optimal. Thus, this article has the title Optimizing the Role of KKNT Students as Teaching Personnel in Improving Education in Grujugan Village. The results of our KKNT activities provide an illustration of the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the children regarding the role of students as teaching staff in helping education in Grujugan village through educational activities.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKNT) is a form of student engagement aimed at contributing to rural development. This study aims to analyze the role of KKNT students in implementing additional work programs in Grujugan Village. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that KKNT students play a crucial role in various aspects, including local potential development, community empowerment, and improving educational quality. The additional work programs, such as skills training, educational activities, and health outreach, successfully attracted active community participation and increased awareness of the importance of collaboration in village development. Thus, the role of KKNT students extends beyond academic aspects, emphasizing social relationship building and sustainable community development.

Abstract

The religious study group at the As-Syukur Ta'lim Assembly serves as a platform for housewives in Grujugan Village to gather and deepen their religious knowledge. This assembly aims to instill good morals and uphold the commandments of ma'ruf (promoting good) against evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation and interviews. The respondents interviewed include the head of the As-Syukur Ta'lim Assembly and several female members of the congregation. Data analysis in this study involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings conclude that the motivation for housewives' participation in the As-Syukur Ta'lim Assembly activities consists of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation includes the desire to study religion, improve the quality of worship, and strengthen social bonds. Extrinsic motivation arises from peer influence and contributions made by the Ta'lim Assembly, which are allocated to religious and social activities. Supporting factors for the participation of housewives in the As-Syukur Assembly's study sessions include the awareness of seeking knowledge, as well as engaging methods and relevant lecture materials.
