Semakin meningkatnya potensi wisata sebagai seorang wisatawan tentu akan mengalami keragu-raguan untuk memilih tempat wisata mana yang nantinya akan dikunjungi. Karena setiap wisatawan memiliki keterbatasaan terhadap efisiensi waktunya. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi internet tentunya dapat membantu seorang wisatawan untuk mencari lokasi sesuai dengan keinginannya. Merespon hal tersebut maka peneliti mencoba merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Rekomendasi Wisata Sidoarjo berbasis GIS Berdasarkan Rating Pengguna dan Location Based Filtering dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan wisatawan mendapatkan rekomendasi tempat wisata di kota Sidoarjo dan menemukan mana informasi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan selera preferensi yang diinginkan wisatawan. Sistem Rekomendasi berbasis web yang di rancang menggunakan framework Codeigniter dan boostrap supaya bisa responsive Ketika di akses melalui smartphone. Dalam pengujiannya, peneliti memilih menggunakan user acceptance test dan black box test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem rekomendasi web yang dapat berjalan dengan baik mulai dari membuat akun, login, rekomendasi berdasarkan lokasi, rekomendasi berdasarkan rating, memberi rating pada wisata, map wisata, navigasi ke wisata tujuan. Sementara hasil dari nilai persentase rata-rata untuk pengujian user acceptance test adalah 80% dan nilai persentase rata-rata untuk pengujian black box adalah 100%

Organisasi mahasiswa ialah organisasi yang beranggotakan mahasiswa untuk mewadahi bakat, minat serta potensi mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan di dalam ekstra kurikuler. Di Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia juga banyak terdapat Organisasi Mahasiswa (Ormawa). Organisasi mahasiswa bermacam-macam, mulai dari Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM), Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ), Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM). Namun banyaknya Organisasi Mahasiswa tidak di imbangi dengan minat mahasiswa untuk bergabung. Kecenderungan untuk mengikuti suatu kegiatan tidak terlepas dari motif yang kemudian mengharah kepada minat. Minat berorganisasi memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap suatu aktivitas yang dilakukan seseorang dan ketika terlibat aktif didalamnya sehingga akan merasakan senang yang timbul dari adanya objek yang menarik karena minat menjadi motivasi yang tinggi dalam menunjang kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam suatu organisasi, sehingga minat organisasi dapat ditunjukan dari adanya indikasi seseorang dalam mengikuti suatu organisasi. Kurangnya minat berorganisasi mahasiswa merupakan masalah yang tdak dapat di anggap remeh. Selain berdampak pada Perguruan Tinggi maupun mahasiswa sendiri. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggali lebih dalam tentang pendapat tentang minat berorganisasi di perguruan tinggi. Komentar tersebut akan diolah untuk menjadikan informasi berupa data teks. Untuk mengolah data tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Naive Bayes classifier (NBC) merupakan salah satu metode pemelajaran mesin yang memanfaatkan perhitungan probabilitas dan statistik. Dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes ini penulis ingin melakukan penelitian tentang Analisa Sentimen Mahasiswa Terhadap Minat Berorganisasi Dengan Metode Naïve Bayes. Hasil yang akan diperoleh dari penelitian ini berupa klasifikasi sentimen masyarakat yang terbagi menjadi 3 klasifikasi yaitu baik, tidak baik, netral tentang berorganisasi.

The introduction of a means of transportation to children can stimulate the brain to imagine and train creativity. With the development of information technology, means of introducing means of transportation can be done using devices such as computers, laptops or smartphones. The development of Augmented Reality technology on smartphones will make it easier for children to get to know several types of transportation that they often encounter. The purpose of writing this article is to create an application for Introduction to Transportation Tools using Augmented Reality technology for children. The method used in making this application of Introduction to Transportation Tools is observation and interviews. The production begins with collecting data on what types of transportation will be made as a model using the Blender software. Augmented Reality application design uses Unity software by designing markers made from the Vuforia platform. The features in this application are several types of transportation that are displayed in 3D with sound and information using Augmented Reality technology. The results of testing the Transportation Tool Introduction application can run on various Android mobile devices. It has been tested on several different smartphone brands and specifications - the results of the Transportation Tool Introduction can run smoothly except under Android version 4.3 (Jellybean). Based on the test results contained in the Application of Introduction to Transportation Tools using Augmented Reality, it is suitable for introducing more interesting and innovative types of transportation to early childhood. There are still many deficiencies that can be developed, for example, increasing the number of 3D objects in the transportation tool and making animations even better, so that the application is more interesting, interactive, and easy to understand.

The purpose of this research is to build land certification information system of Sidoarjo Regency Land Office. The information system is a form of development in making it easier for prospective applicants to make land easier and faster. To support the performance of employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office and facilitate users in the manufacture of land certificates. In this research the method used is software development life cycle. The stage cycle contains requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, intergration and system testing, operation and maintenance so that the implementation can be maximized. The result of this research has been built an information system based on Land Certification that greatly facilitates the performance of employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office. Conclusion of research and discussion that Land Certification information system runs well and smoothly. With the land information system is expected to help the work of officers of the office of the national land agency, so that the efficiency and effectiveness of service performance can be improved and accelerate the service of officers to land-making transactions in Sidoarjo Regency. Respondents to the trial there were 3 people of Sidoarjo Regency and 7 officers of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office. Data collection methods are carried out with interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Based on the results of soil certification information system analysis, some aspects of PIECES analysis have obtained quite good results. One of them can be seen from the results of service category analysis, where the overall percentage of test questionnaires that have been shared, on average fall into the range of the category ''Very Easy". The percentage of eligibility obtains a percentage of 100%. Thus it can be concluded that the information system has good quality and is very feasible for the process of processing land certification data.

Sidoarjo is one of the regencies that is developing in a forward direction. This is known by the increase in the tourism sector and Small and Medium Enterprises. One of them is Sidoarjo leather handicraft. UD Qory Jaya is a business actor in the leather retail industry. Orders that continue to increase make the turnover of goods uneven resulting in a buildup of stock in stores. Due to these problems the compilers took the initiative to deliver messages by carrying out a method of processing data using the Apriori algorithm. This method is used to maximize the sales potential of a combination system of goods so that the target item for sale is appropriate. From the results of research conducted by testing a minimum support of 15% and a minimum of 20% confidence, the association rules are produced if you buy a slingbag then buy men's leather shoes and vice versa. And from the test results with a minimum support of 70% and a minimum confidence of 70% an association rule is not generated because the existing data does not exceed the minimum value of support and minimum confidence. With the implementation of this method, researchers hope to have a better impact for developing future marketing strategies based on previously researched data.

In 2020 fishing hobby is increasingly popular with young people, especially in the Sidoarjo area. In addition to wanting to feel the sensation of fishing, in some fishing tourism locations there are usually many additional facilities to attract the place such as coffee shop facilities, lesehan, toys for children and so on which are used as time to gather with families and organizations. The Fishing Tourism Location Information System that is currently running in the Sidoarjo area is still using the method of word of mouth, so it will take a lot of time so that the location can be known by various people, especially the newly established fishing tourism location. The results of this study are to help fishing tourism owners promote their tours so that they are easy to find, and to help anglers make it easier to find fishing spots that suit their desires.

Indonesia has a very diverse culture. As in Java, many people still use Javanese language and have their own special art namely wayang. Many people now do not know about who the puppet characters, education has an important role to develop the potential and character of children. Fun learning media is needed by students. This research uses library study methods and interview to elementary school teachers. This game covers Javanese language subjects in grade 3-5, especially discussing material about puppet characters. Materials used under the 2013 Curriculum. This game has 3 level stages. In each game, players must collect 3 puppet after which the player will get the final score and also information about the puppets material adjusted to the level of Class. Also conducted 4 test with an average percentage of 98% and get a good response.

Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

Customer Data Management Information System is a program or information system that functions to assist customer and sales data recording activities as well as product activation processes on CV. IT Brain Indonesia. This system is designed to record and input customer data from requests for demo software and customer consultations that come in daily via email marketing and also through whatsapp marketing before making a purchase and activation process. This system is shown for the marketing team on CV. IT Brain Indonesia is still using Microsoft Excel to record these data, which takes a long time to group customer needs on different sheets. In this case the author designed an Information System for Customer Data Management and Web-Based Digital Product Sales at CV. IT Brain Indonesia. The method used is the equivalence method and blackbox testing. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based information system intended for marketing and customer support that can group customer data according to their needs and record sales and product activation processes. This web-based information system was created using the CodeIgniter framework.
