Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the values of children's characters contained in the Dunia Kecil novel, 2) the implications of children's character values in Dunia Kecil novel on the development of literacy.This research uses library research, a research that makes library materials as a source of reference. The primary source of this research is Dunia Kecil novel by Yoyon Indra Joni while the secondary sources of this research include books, journals or other library materials that support the research and strengthen the theory. Documentations are used as a data collection method. Triangulation techniques are used to test the validity of the data. And content analytics to analyze the data.The results of the study obtained that the values of children's characters in Dunia Kecil novel are: 1) perseverance, 2) initiative, 3) researching (curiosity), 4) leadership, and the implications of the values of children's characters in Dunia Kecil novel have enormous implications on the development of literacy Because through the implantation of characters in the novel, it is able to grow children's motivation in developing reading skills and understanding the readings being studied, then it can be said that character values ​​and literacy are likened to an interconnected circle. Abstract

This study investigates the processes of knowledge sharing, retention, and production within Indonesian Islamic universities, employing a case study approach. The research prioritizes qualitative data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis involved descriptive methods based on events observed during field activities. Findings reveal that knowledge sharing among lecturers primarily revolves around interaction, communication, and the exchange of information, knowledge, and experiences both face-to-face and virtually. Policies at the faculty and program levels facilitate these activities, emphasizing the collaboration between senior and junior lecturers in research and community service. Knowledge production is inherently linked to knowledge sharing and retention, occurring organically within the university setting. However, the contribution and intervention of faculties and study programs remain limited. Enhanced involvement of faculties and programs in implementing knowledge management practices is essential for improving overall performance. Consequently, it is imperative for universities to adopt knowledge management as a foundational aspect of their operations.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum still has obstacles in its implementation. Not a few teaching staff find it difficult to understand, apply and evaluate this new curriculum. So here teachers are expected to be able to adapt quickly and precisely. Remembering that teachers have an important role in the success of teaching and learning activities. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Education Learning in class I at SD Alam Bengawan Solo. This type of research uses qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects of this research were PAI teachers and class I students at SD Alam Bengawan Solo. Meanwhile, the informants for this research were the school principal and deputy principal for the curriculum department. The research results show that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum begins with (1) Preparing teaching tools including analysis of CP, TP, ATP, teaching modules and teaching materials. (2) The implementation of learning begins with a diagnostic assessment and learning activities consist of introduction, core and conclusion. (3) Formative and summative assessments.

Abstract

Universities must be able to provide good quality education and explore all aspects of excellent service in order to improve the image of tertiary institutions to face competitive competition. In this study, the stakeholders in question are external stakeholders, namely alumni. Some of the educational services that will be discussed in this study are leadership at the faculty and study program level, learning processes carried out by lecturers, educational services carried out by employees or staff or educational staff, facilities and infrastructure or facilities obtained by students, as well as alumni institutions accommodate alumni. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence from the quality of educational services in one of the Islamic tertiary institutions on alumni satisfaction and how much the influence is. The population in this study were alumni of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Surakarta. The research sample was 300 people. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between leadership in faculties and study programs, learning processes, administrative services, facilities and infrastructure, and alumni organizations as a whole with the level of alumni satisfaction simultaneously or jointly having a positive and strong relationship to the level of alumni satisfaction of 57.7%, while 42.3% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The first learning concept based on the Among Ki Hajar Dewantara System, Ing Ngarso Sungtolodo, in front of a civil servant must set an example for students, do assignments and so on. Second, Ing Madya Magun Karsa, in the midst of giving encouragement, a civil servant, apart from giving examples, must give encouragement, enthusiasm for learning, enthusiasm for doing good. Third, Tut Wuri Handayani, the teacher behind gives encouragement, where the tutor is expected to be able to see, discover and understand the talents or potentials that arise and are visible to students. An educator has a big role and a very important role in education, an educator has three roles at once, namely providing an example, facilitator and motifator which are formulated in three sentences in the Among System. At the same time, you must be able to think, feel and behave. The concept of teachings from Ki Hajar Dewantara's perspective is relevant to Islamic religious education. Based on the existing definition, the teaching concept developed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara does not conflict with Islamic education. Only the terms he uses are different, but have the same meaning.

Abstract

Prayer ila mamati is a phrase taken from Arabic. Sholati means my prayer, ila means until, while mamati means my death. So "my prayers until my death" means that I, as a memorizer of the Qur'an, have the responsibility to uphold both obligatory and sunnah prayers, try to be istiqamah and muraja'ah of the Qur'an in sunnah prayers until I die. Tahfidul Qur'an Nurul Istiqlal Islamic Boarding School Wonosari Klaten is a non-formal educational institution whose address is Pandanan Village, Wonosari District, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province. This article is included in qualitative research with a type of approach, namely literature study. In the literature study, researchers carried out activities to collect literature related to the ila mamati prayer method in facilitating memorization of the Al-Qur'an. This research uses books and other literature as the main object. So the type of research used is qualitative research. The implementation of the shalati ila mamati method is carried out when we pray. Because in prayer we definitely read the verses in the Koran, both short and long verses. However, this method is prioritized during sunnah prayers. The principles of the Illa Mamati prayer method are as follows: the principle of motivation, the principle of having the Al-Qur'an memorized, the principle of istiqomah. Applying a learning method in a learning activity is not as easy as imagined, especially in memorizing the Al-Qur'an. Sometimes how it happens and the reality that we find when we go directly into the field does not match what is expected with the theory learned when using this learning method. In every implementation or implementation there are definitely inhibiting and supporting factors that influence the use of the method, as well as when implementing it.

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) as a traditional Islamic educational institution faces major challenges in navigating changes in the digital era. This study aims to analyze how pesantren transform while maintaining traditional values ​​using the educational innovation theory approach. This research method is qualitative with a literature study approach that utilizes related literature. The results of the study indicate that the transformation of pesantren education management in the digital era includes digitalization of administration, development of online-based learning platforms, and increasing human resource competencies. The application of educational innovation theory is key to supporting the adaptation of tradition to a modern context. This study provides strategic recommendations for pesantren to develop a digital-based management ecosystem that still respects Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menilai sikap siswa yang berdasar pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai penunjang Akhlakul Kharimah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menujukan bahwa teknik penilaian sikap dilakukan dengan observasi, penilaian diri, penilaian antar peserta didik dan jurnal guru yang dilakukan di dalam dan di luar kelas. Dampak dari penilaian sikap pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah terbentuknya Akhlakul Kharimah dalam diri peserta didik, penerapannya membawa dampak perubahan positif peserta didik, seperti sopan, jujur, tanggung jawab, percaya diri dan kerja sama.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional di Indonesia yang telah lama menjadi pusat pembelajaran agama. Namun, dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, penting bagi pesantren untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan sekuler, khususnya dalam bidang sains dan teknologi, guna mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan zaman di SMP Tahfidh Ma’had Yasin Kudus. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen pesantren dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan sekuler dengan fokus pada pembelajaran sains dan teknologi. Metode pengumpulan data dan sumber bahan dalam kajian ini ialah penganalisaan data yang lebih difokuskan pada pengamatan kepustakaan (Library Research), yakni dengan membaca, menelaah dan mengkaji buku-buku dan sumber tulisan yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen pesantren memegang peran kunci dalam proses integrasi pendidikan sekuler, termasuk sains dan teknologi, dengan pendidikan agama SMP Tahfidh Ma’had Yasin Kudus. Langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh manajemen pesantren meliputi penyusunan kurikulum terpadu yang mencakup pendidikan agama dan sekuler, pengadaan sumber daya yang mendukung pembelajaran sains dan teknologi, pelatihan guru dalam bidang tersebut, pengembangan metode pembelajaran inovatif, kerjasama dengan institusi pendidikan dan industri, pembinaan minat dan bakat siswa, serta evaluasi dan pemantauan program pembelajaran. Dengan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah tersebut, pesantren dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang holistik dan seimbang bagi siswa, yang memadukan nilai-nilai agama dengan pengetahuan dunia modern. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen pesantren dan pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sains dan teknologi di pesantren, sehingga siswa dapat menjadi generasi yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan
