Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran Pendidikan Islam terhadap kuasa otoritas kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan pesantren, dengan fokus pada relasi kuasa yang timpang antara kyai dan santri perempuan. Studi ini menganalisis kontribusi Pendidikan Islam terhadap hierarki kekuasaan di pesantren yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekerasan seksual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi fisik pondok pesantren sebagian besar kamar santri putri, tidak memiliki jendela yang cukup dan pintu tidak dilengkapi kunci. Kondisi kamar mandi putri pun terbuka dan kurang memadai, sehingga privasi santri kurang terjaga. Setidaknya 15 santri putri telah menjadi korban kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh kyainya. Faktor penyebab yang berpotensi terjadinya kekerasan seksual adanya budaya patriarki masih menjadi fenomena yang menonjol, menempatkan perempuan dalam posisi subordinasi dan rentan. Pada praktik budaya patriarki memperkuat ketidaksetaraan gender, menormalisasi dominasi laki-laki, dan melegitimasi eksploitasi terhadap perempuan. Budaya patriarki kemudian menguatkan relasi kuasa untuk menempatkan pada posisi yang tinggi dan dihormati. Pada situasi dan kondisi inilah santri perempuan menjadi tidak berdaya, bahkan ketika peristiwa itu berlangsung. Dalam lingkungan pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar, kekerasan seksual masih dianggap sebagai isu yang tabu dan memalukan. Hal ini berdampak pada minimnya pelaporan kasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di pesantren. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, akhlak merupakan fondasi utama yang seharusnya diterapkan di pesantren, mencakup: Prinsip Akhlak dan Etika dalam Pendidikan Islam, Implementasi Maqashid Syariah, Penguatan Sistem Pengawasan Berbasis Nilai Islam. Dari sinilah Pendidikan islam, harus terus di tegakkan dengan sungguh-sungguh meskipun di Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic religion and science in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is a strategic step to eliminate the separation between religious education and general knowledge that still occurs today. This research aims to analyze the basic concepts, philosophical foundations, implementation principles, and real practices of integration in MI. Using the literature study method and descriptive-analytical approach, this research found that integration can be done through thematic curriculum development that integrates Qur'anic verses with science lessons, the application of contextual and science-based learning methods, and evaluation that covers the cognitive, affective and spiritual aspects of students. Teachers have a key role as facilitators of Islamic values as well as innovators in developing creative learning media. The research findings show that this integration can present the profile of graduates who are intellectually smart, strong in spiritual aspects, and have a strong Islamic character, making it relevant as a solution in Islamic basic education in modern times.

Abstract

This research aims to find out Policy for Building a Conducive Organizational Climate at Al-Hikmah Islamic Middle School, Mayong, Jepara. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method field research. The results of the research that has been conducted are as follows: one form of policy that must be used by the principal in building a conducive organizational climate is: 1) Mutual respect, 2) Mutual respect, 3) Mutual support, 4) Trying to put yourself in the position of the other party, 5) Taking mutually beneficial actions. Al-Hikmah Islamic Middle School, Mayong, Jepara has a way of implementing policies to build a conducive organizational climate at Al-Hikmah Islamic Middle School, Mayong, Jepara as follows: 1) Clear organizational structure, 2) Analysis of teacher and employee performance standards. 3) Responsibility, 4) Recognition, 5) Support, 6) Goals, 7) Commitment, 8) Student Skills. Understanding school climate as aintangiblebut it is important for an organization and is analogous to the personality of an individual.

Abstract

Bullying di lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan dan berpotensi merusak perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual peserta didik. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi bullying melalui pembinaan akhlak mulia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Asosiasi Guru PAI Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru PAI dalam membangun karakter anti-bullying melalui pendekatan psiko-spiritual. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penanganan bullying, perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih integratif, serta indikasi penurunan perilaku bullying di sekolah peserta program. Pendekatan psiko-spiritual terbukti relevan untuk membentuk kesadaran moral dan empati siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Amid growing interest in educational technology, there remains a critical gap in understanding how AI-driven assessment is practically implemented in higher education, particularly within faculties of education. This study explores current practices, challenges, and potentials of AI-based assessment tools at the university level. Employing a qualitative exploratory design, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and institutional document analysis involving 20 faculty members and educational policymakers from various universities in Surakarta municipality, Indonesia. The study investigated how AI tools are applied in formative and summative assessments, including automated feedback, grading, and student performance monitoring. Findings reveal that while AI is appreciated for its efficiency and potential for personalization, significant concerns persist regarding its ability to assess higher-order thinking and complex student outputs. Key challenges include limited infrastructure, insufficient training, and ethical dilemmas such as data privacy and algorithmic bias. Nonetheless, participants acknowledged the transformative potential of AI for real-time, adaptive assessment tailored to individual learner needs. The study highlights the need for thoughtful, context-sensitive integration strategies, emphasizing the role of institutional policy, educator training, and ethical governance. These insights have important implications for developing sustainable, value-driven frameworks for AI assessment in teacher education.

Abstract

The formation of religious character from an early age is an important focus in Islamic value-based education, especially in elementary schools. However, the application of these values is often still formal and does not touch on real practices. This study aims to identify and explore Islamic value-based learning strategies through religious projects implemented at SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the habit of daily worship, teacher role models, integration of Islamic values in subjects, and religious projects such as Ramadhan Berbagi and the tahfidz program were the main strategies in instilling the values of honesty, empathy, responsibility, and discipline in students. This strategy is also supported by a conducive school environment and collaboration with parents. In conclusion, Islamic value-based learning strategies that are implemented consistently and contextually are effective in forming students' religious character as a whole.

Abstract

Islamic education institutions within Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) play a strategic role in maintaining and developing Islamic values and the Muhammadiyah ideology within the academic environment. However, these institutions face various internal challenges, such as limited human resources and program innovation, as well as external challenges in the form of digital disruption, secularization of values, and changes in student characteristics. This study aims to examine the importance of strategic management in the development of Islamic education institutions in PTM using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of strategic management through the stages of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation can increase the effectiveness, relevance, and sustainability of the institution. Identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and the use of the Balanced Scorecard approach are proven to help design policies and programs that are more measurable and impactful. This study recommends the need for visionary leadership, cross-unit collaboration, and strengthening Islamic values-based governance in realizing a superior and competitive institution amid the dynamics of higher education.

Abstract

Implementation of The Snowball Trowing Method In Subjects of Islamic Religious Education In Increasing Student Learning Outcomes. This study aims to (1) apply the snowball throwing learning model in Islamic Religious Education learning. (2) to determine student learning outcomes after applying the snowball throwing learning model, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education. (3) to improve student learning outcomes through the snowball rolling learning model. This research is expected to be useful for teachers, schools and future researchers. For teachers, hopefully the results of this research can improve their teaching skills, especially in terms of innovative learning models. The methodology in this research is field research obtained through classrooms or what is called classroom action research (CAR). This research method uses two cycles. The first cycle consists of the planning stage (planning), the implementation action stage (action), the observation stage (observation), and the reflection stage. At the reflection stage of the first cycle, student learning outcomes were analyzed to correct deficiencies, then continued in the second cycle. . The results showed that the learning outcomes of Class IV after using the Snowball Throwing model were higher than those who did not use it

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of systematic classroom management and the integration of Islamic values to the development of self-regulated learning (SRL) in Madrasah Tsanawiyah students. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on literature review, enriched with semi-structured interviews with a teacher at MTs Muhammadiyah Blimbing in November 2025 to provide an empirical picture of field practices. The analysis results indicate that proactive classroom management—including the formulation of learning objectives, orderly transition arrangements, provision of formative feedback, and reflective closures support the development of forethought, monitoring, and self-evaluation processes in learning strategies. Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), discipline, and muhasabah (self-reflection) strengthen autonomous motivation so that students understand the meaning of learning activities and feel responsible for their tasks. The integration of pedagogical structure and value orientation fosters SRL as a habitual learning practice. Practically, research recommends a structured classroom routine to strengthen autonomy while maintaining the spiritual identity of Islamic educational institutions.
