Abstract

This research aims to analyze educational planning and budgeting at Unggul Del High School. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, direct observation of school activities, and analysis of documents related to the School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS). The research sample consisted of school principals, deputy principals, and teachers, who were selected based on their involvement in the planning and budgeting process. The results of the research show that educational planning and budgeting in the form of the Del Superior High School program went according to plan and was effective, focusing on: First; Curriculum Innovation successfully integrates the Independent Curriculum and the international Curriculum to create a flexible learning environment that meets international standards. Second, developing the competence of teachers and students through training and olympiads, showing significant academic achievements in learning outcomes and national to international olympiads. Third, strengthening the SPMI team through cadre of work teams, thus ensuring the quality of education is maintained. These findings confirm SMA Unggul Del’s commitment to providing high-quality education and supporting teachers and students to reach their full potential at a global level.

Abstract

Manajemen perencanaan strategik merupakan kegiatan  yang meliputi analisis lingkungan baik eksternal dan internal, menetapkan visi, misi dan tujuan, merumuskan strategi, mengimplementasi strategi dan yang terkahir evaluasi dan pengendalian terhadap ketercapaian. Proses manajemen strategik dilakukan berbentuk siklus yang terus berulang untuk  mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implemetasi manajemen perencanaan strategik pada Universitas Jabal Ghafur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan dan studi dokumen Renstra pada Universitas Jabal Ghafur. Berdasarkan analisis model perencanaan strategik pada Renstra Universitas Jabal Ghafur dengan merujuk pada model perencanaan strategik yang telah diungkapkan para ahli maka menunjukkan bahwa model perencanaan strategik yang terdapat pada Renstra Univeristas Jabal Ghafur masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan diantaranya belum adanya tahadap evaluasi dan pengendalian terhadap kinerja terutama kinerja dosen dan tendik   selanjuntnya pada tahapan implementasi strategik belum ada pembahasan tentang anggaran, baik jumlah anggaran yang tersedia serta jumlah anggaran yang diperlukan, ketersediaan anggaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelaksaan strategi yang akan dilakukan untuk mendukung visi,misi dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil temuan ini menjadi masukan bagi pimipinan universitas dalam merevisi Renstra agar sesuai dengan pedoman manajemen strategik yang telah diungkapkan menurut pendapat para ahli.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Perencanaan Strategik Pendidikan, Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

The use of the internet network during the Corona Virus pandemic known as COVID-19 increased rapidly because learning had to be done online, one of which was experienced at Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Medan. Some network disturbances often occur because of the large data transmission requests from the data center. This problem occurs because the network being used is still using a static routing protocol where the data path configuration must be updated manually by the operator. The solution to this problem is proposed to change the routing protocol from static routing to dynamic routing. The proposed dynamic routing protocols are open shortest path first (OSPF) and border gateway protocol (BGP). The choice of these two types of protocols is because they have better performance and can be implemented on any type of hardware. In this article, we will discuss the analysis of the implementation of the OSPF and BGP protocols with simulations carried out using packet tracer software. The results obtained from the simulation are analyzed and it is known that the OSPF protocol has better performance than the previous protocol, namely static routing and BGP protocol. Based on the criteria of throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter, it is known that the OSPF protocol has better performance on throughput, delay and jitter.Keywords : Static routing, dynamic routing, OSPF, BGP

Abstract

Many subjects in engineering are abstract, not only in theoritical concepts but also in practices. This causes difficulties for students in understanding the material. Especially if the availability of practical tools is limited. Therefore we need media that can help students learn abstract material to be more real amidst the limitations of existing practical tools. Multimedia is a technology that is used in various fields, also in the education field. Multimedia has advantages such as being able to simulate, sound, move, video, and others and can be used as a learning aid. Multimedia based on Augmented Reality (AR) is an alternative solution to solve the students problems in learning. The aims of this research is to develop multimedia based on Augmented Reality. This research method is ADDIE. The multimedia development process begins with analysis, design, development, limited implementation and evaluation. The result of this AR-based multimedia development process is that multimedia products have been declared feasible, both in terms of material and multimedia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTeknologi kelistrikan motor terdiri dari sistem starter, sistem pengapian dan sistem pengisian. Setiap sistem kelistrikan motor akan mengalami permasalahan sejala lamanya waktu dan cara pemakaian, tidak terkecuali pada sistem starter motor Bensin dan Diesel. Permasalahan yang lazim terjadi adalah motor starter performennya menjadi kurang, sehingga tidak dapat memutarkan flywheel motor tersebut kembali. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi pada sistem starter tipe konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kuat arus listrik terhadap momen puntir pada motor starter tipe konvensional, dan mengetahui daya yang dihasilkan oleh motor starter tipe konvensional. Hasil analisis dan perhitungan pada sistem starter tipe konvensional adalah semakin besar kuat arus listrik yang dialirkan maka momen puntir yang dihasilkan semakin besar, hasil perhitungan daya input ke motor starter adalah 1,2 Kw yang akan menghasilkan daya output sebesar 0,9 Kw dengan nilai effesisensi daya sebesar 75 %, dan kuat arus yang digunakan untuk dapat menghidupkan motor, adalah arus listrik mengalir 100 A dengan tegangan 12 V dan torsi 3,28 Nm.Kata kunci: Motor starter Konvensional, Kuat arus, momen puntir, Effisiensi Daya Output dan Input

Abstract

ABSTRAKGreen House Display yang berlokasi di Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat merupakan sebuah bangunan rumah kaca (greenhouse) yang dibangun untuk mendukung pelestarian dan perbanyakan plasma nutfah tumbuhan potensial Indonesia. Greenhouse tersebut juga berperan dalam memperkenalkan keanekaragaman hayati Indonesia dan mempercepat penyebaran ilmu hayati strategis ke masyarakat. Bangunan tersebut memiliki design yang unik, berbentuk seperti bunga Rafflesia Arnoldi, dan memiliki dua kelopak atau dome. Material bangunan tersebut menggunakan beton dan baja yang di mana material baja digunakan untuk atap sedangkan material beton untuk komponen struktur lainnya seperti kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai. Seiring berjalannya proses pembangunan, terdapat beberapa perubahan design dari rencana awal Detail Engineering Design (DED), karena kebutuhan di lapangan dan faktor keamanan dari bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara rencana design awal dan realisasi di lapangan, untuk keperluan analisis, peneliti menggunakan software Tekla Structural Designer. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan software Tekla Structural Designer, terdapat perbedaan dari realisasi di lapangan dengan Detail Engineering Design (DED).  Perubahan tersebut terdapat pada kolom K15 pada area tengah dome utama dan penambahan balok pada bagian Ramp dome utama. Pada rencana awal (DED) kolom K15 yang merupakan kolom freestanding, terdapat perubahan design yang terealisasi di lapangan, kolom tersebut dihubungkan oleh balok dan pelat lantai guna untuk menambah kekuatan struktur. Perubahan selanjutnya terjadi pada Ramp dome utama yang ditambahkan balok pada kedua sisi pelat lantai Ramp yang berfungsi untuk meredam getaran. Kata kunci: Green House Display, Analisis perbandingan, Tekla Structural DesignerABSTRACTThe Green House Display, located in Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java, is a greenhouse building built to support the preservation and propagation of Indonesia's potential plant germplasm. The greenhouse also plays a role in introducing Indonesia's rich culture and accelerating the dissemination of life science strategies to the public. The building has a unique design, shaped like a Rafflesia Arnoldi flower, and has two petals or a dome. The building materials use concrete and steel where steel material is used for roofs while concrete material is used for other structural components such as columns, beams, and floor plates. As the development process progresses, there are several design changes from the initial Detail Engineering Design (DED) plan, due to field requirements and the safety factor of the building. This study aims to determine the comparison between the initial design plan and the realization in the field. For analysis purposes, researchers use the Tekla Structural Designer software. From the results of the analysis using the Tekla Structural Designer software, there are differences from the realization in the field of Detail Engineering Design (DED). These changes are found in the K15 column in the center area of the main dome and the addition of beams in the main Ramp dome. In the initial plan (DED) of the K15 column which was a freestanding column, there was a design change that was realized in the field, the column is connected by beams and floor slabs to increase the strength of the structure. Subsequent changes occurred in the main Ramp dome which added beams on both sides of the Ramp floor plate which functioned to dampen vibrations.Keywords: Green House Display, Comparative analysis, Tekla Structural Designer

and activity of traffic flow every day along this road. Both traffic heading towards Tanjung Sari and traffic heading towards Jamin Ginting. The Medan City Government, North Sumatra through the Public Works Department took considerations, and policies and decided to open a new road and improve the pavement along the Harmonika Baru Pasar II Tanjung Sari-Setia Budi road as mentioned above. Therefore, this research is intended to assist the Medan City government in analyzing the detailed engineering design for widening the road. This research aims to carry out a detailed analysis of the engineering design of the new road pavement on Jalan Harmonika Baru, Pasar II Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. Research analysis of the detailed engineering design of new road pavement was carried out on Jalan Harmonika Baru, Pasar II Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District with a length of 1,705 m. The results of calculations from field research show that the condition of the road meets the applicable provisions and requirements set by Bina Marga. In this design, a surface layer thickness of 5 cm is obtained using LAPEN as the material, while the thickness of the sub-base course pavement layer is 20 – 25 cm. Jalan Harmonika Baru was also widened from 7 meters to 14 meters with 2 ways and 2 lanes.

Abstract

One of the objectives of Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety is that production sources in the workplace can be used and utilized safely and efficiently. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training for workers who serve as heavy equipment operators is one of the efforts to improve their performance. The objective of the OHS training for heavy equipment operators at PT. Anugerah Makmur Sejati (AMS) is to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes of heavy equipment operators. With OHS training, it is expected that heavy equipment operators are able to carry out their duties such as carrying out daily routine maintenance and able to operate heavy equipment in accordance with applicable OHS provisions. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the application of OHS training management in improving the performance of heavy equipment operators at PT. AMS Kapuas Hulu. Respondents in this study were PT. AMS employees who served as heavy equipment operators with a total of 14 people. The respondents are determined by probability with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative in order to describe the management of training workers who serve as heavy equipment operators set by PT. AMS. The results obtained from research at PT. AMS in carrying out training are carried out with management functions, namely; planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC). Planning which includes needs assessment, proposal submission, goal creation and training design, while controlling includes evaluation.

Abstract

The massive improvement in the quality of education in Indonesia is largely determined by teacher performance, which is a key factor in the success of the learning process. This study investigates the impact of altruistic leadership and talent management on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Private High School. A quantitative method with a survey design was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression to explore the relationship between independent variables (altruistic leadership and talent management) and dependent variables (teacher performance). The findings indicate that altruistic leadership has a positive but insignificant impact on teacher performance, with increased motivation and job satisfaction as the main contributing factors. On the other hand, talent management, which includes effective recruitment, continuous training, and career development, was found to have a positive and significant influence on improving teacher performance. The combination of these two factors creates a stronger impact, highlighting the importance of leadership and talent management in creating a conducive work environment for teachers' professional growth. In practical terms, schools are encouraged to implement altruistic leadership training programs and strengthen talent management systems to maximize teacher potential. At the policy level, education authorities need to develop guidelines that integrate values-based leadership and talent management as standards for improving teacher performance at the secondary school level. This step is expected to strengthen the quality of teaching and support the achievement of national education goals.ABSTRAKPeningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara besar-besaran ditentukan oleh kinerja guru, yang merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan proses pembelajaran. Studi ini menyelidiki dampak kepemimpinan altruistik dan manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta Sultan Agung. Metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 37 guru dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara variabel independen (kepemimpinan altruistik dan manajemen talenta) dan variabel dependen (kinerja guru). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan altruistik memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan peningkatan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor utama yang berkontribusi. Di sisi lain, manajemen talenta, yang mencakup perekrutan yang efektif, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan pengembangan karier, ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Kombinasi kedua faktor ini menciptakan dampak yang lebih kuat, menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan dan manajemen talenta dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk pertumbuhan profesional guru. Secara praktis, sekolah dianjurkan untuk mengimplementasikan program pelatihan kepemimpinan altruistik dan memperkuat sistem manajemen talenta guna memaksimalkan potensi guru. Secara kebijakan, pihak dinas pendidikan perlu mengembangkan pedoman yang mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan manajemen talenta sebagai standar peningkatan kinerja guru di tingkat sekolah menengah. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kualitas pengajaran dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan Nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas sekolah menengah atas di Kecamatan Medan Johor Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari guru dan kepala sekolah dari 16 SMA swasta di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Metode survei kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dengan menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael digunakan untuk memilih 120 sampel, dan kuesioner berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Selain itu, uji validitas konstruk, reliabilitas, dan analisis faktor instrumen diselesaikan dengan menggunakan expert judgement dan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Metode statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda kemudian digunakan dalam analisis data yang dilakukan dengan SPSS 26.0. temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya tempat kerja mempunyai dampak besar terhadap produktivitas sekolah. Karena kualitas lulusannya masih memerlukan peningkatan, banyak sekolah yang saat ini mengalami penurunan produktivitas. Budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan dua elemen yang mempengaruhi produktivitas di sekolah
