Aparatur Sipil Negara atau ASN merupakan unsur sumber daya manusia yang menjalankan fungsi pemerintahan negara untuk mencapai kemajuan dan kesejahteraan rakyat. Perbaikan kinerja ASN menjadi salah satu tujuan implementasi pemberian Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak Implementasi Pemberian Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan, Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap 6 informan. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi Miles, Huberman dan Sandana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak implementasi pemberian TPP terhadap kinerja ASN ada 4 hal yaitu peningkatan kedisiplinan ASN, peningkatan kinerja ASN, peningkatan motivasi kinerja ASN, serta peningkatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Dengan demikian, pemberian TPP mempunyai dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja ASN di Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota Batu, Jawa Timur.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan usaha peternakan sapi perah di Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis finansial seperti R/C ratio, B/C ratio, NPV, IRR, dan PP, penelitian ini mengevaluasi profitabilitas dan potensi keberlanjutan usaha. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha peternakan sapi perah layak secara ekonomi dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 4,88, B/C ratio sebesar 2,97, NPV sebesar Rp1.432.433.242, IRR 36%, dan payback period 2,97 tahun. Selain itu, melalui analisis SWOT, ditemukan bahwa faktor kekuatan utama adalah potensi pasar susu yang besar, sementara peluang utama adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konsumsi susu lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi peternak dan pemangku kepentingan dalam meningkatkan skala usaha, efisiensi, dan keberlanjutan usaha ternak sapi perah di daerah tersebut.

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) focuses on developing a flower shop and various flavored vegetable chip businesses in Sumberejo Village. The goal is to overcome anxiety disorders in local young farmer groups through productive and creative activities. The flower shop business offers flower arrangement training that can improve aesthetic skills and provide relaxation therapy. Meanwhile, producing various flavored vegetable chips aims to utilize local agricultural products, increase product-added value, and provide healthy food alternatives. These businesses are expected to create jobs, increase income, and provide psychological support through active involvement in community activities. Through this holistic approach, it is hoped that the emotional and economic well-being of the young generation of Sumberejo can be achieved, making them more productive, happy, and able to overcome anxiety positively and constructively.ABSTRAKProgram Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) fokus pada pengembangan usaha toko bunga dan keripik sayur aneka rasa di Desa Sumberejo. Tujuannya untuk mengatasi gangguan kecemasan pada kelompok pemuda tani setempat melalui kegiatan yang produktif dan kreatif. Bisnis toko bunga menawarkan pelatihan merangkai bunga yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan estetika dan memberikan terapi relaksasi. Sedangkan produksi keripik sayur aneka rasa bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan produk pertanian lokal, meningkatkan nilai tambah produk, dan memberikan alternatif pangan sehat. Kedua usaha ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan, dan memberikan dukungan psikologis melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan holistik ini diharapkan kesejahteraan emosional dan ekonomi generasi muda Sumberejo dapat tercapai, menjadikan mereka lebih produktif dan bahagia, serta mampu mengatasi kecemasan secara positif dan konstruktif.

The charcoal briquette business counseling program for the Young Farmers group in Turen Village, Turen District, Malang, East Java, aims to increase young people's awareness and skills in utilizing local potential, creating new jobs, and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship. The methods include training and mentoring in making charcoal briquettes and producing optimal products. This program has increased participants' knowledge of charcoal briquettes by 88.9% and production skills by 166.7%. A significant impact was seen in the increase in charcoal briquette production from 50 kg/month to 100 kg/month, as well as in the average income of participants by 50%, from IDR 500,000/month to IDR 1,000,000/month. The marketing coverage also expanded from 1 region to 3 regions (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). The success of this program shows the effectiveness of the extension and training methods applied, as well as the potential for developing charcoal briquette businesses as an alternative source of income for young farmers in Turen Village. This program not only increases the economic capacity of participants but also encourages the sustainable use of local resources.ABSTRAKProgram penyuluhan usaha arang briket bagi kelompok Pemuda Tani di Desa Turen, Kecamatan Turen, Malang, Jawa Timur bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pemuda dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, serta mendorong inovasi dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan arang briket dan menghasilkan produk yang optimal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang arang briket sebesar 88,9% dan keterampilan produksi sebesar 166,7%. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada peningkatan produksi arang briket dari 50 kg/bulan menjadi 100 kg/bulan, serta peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sebesar 50%, dari Rp 500.000/bulan menjadi Rp 1.000.000/bulan. Cakupan pemasaran juga meluas dari 1 wilayah menjadi 3 wilayah (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan efektivitas metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diterapkan, serta potensi pengembangan usaha arang briket sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pemuda tani di Desa Turen. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi peserta, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara berkelanjutan.

PKM The welder business group aims to improve the local community's economic welfare and environmental awareness to increase family income after the pandemic towards environmentally friendly homes in Tirtosari Village. This program provides welding training to the welder business group, including modern welding techniques and business management. As a result, the income of group members has increased significantly, helping them meet the economic needs of their families. In addition, this program integrates environmentally friendly concepts in production, using green technology and environmentally friendly materials, thereby reducing negative impacts on the environment and increasing the selling value of products. The success of this program is supported by collaboration between the community, government, and academics, who provide continuous support. This PKM has succeeded in increasing family income after the pandemic and prioritizing environmental sustainability, thus creating a sustainable positive impact on the community.ABSTRAKPKM Kelompok usaha welder dalam rangka peningkatan pendapatan keluarga pasca pandemi menuju rumah ramah lingkungan di Desa Tirtosari bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan kepedulian lingkungan masyarakat setempat. Program ini memberikan pelatihan pengelasan kepada kelompok usaha tukang las, termasuk teknik pengelasan modern dan manajemen usaha. Hasilnya, pendapatan anggota kelompok meningkat secara signifikan sehingga membantu mereka memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga. Selain itu, program ini mengintegrasikan konsep ramah lingkungan dalam produksi, menggunakan teknologi hijau dan material ramah lingkungan, sehingga mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Keberhasilan program ini didukung oleh kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah, dan akademisi yang memberikan dukungan secara berkesinambungan. PKM ini berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga pascapandemi dan mengedepankan kelestarian lingkungan, sehingga menimbulkan dampak positif berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of agricultural extension for the shallot commodity in the Barokah Jaya farmer group in Beji Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. This research used a scoring system or score scale and administration technique. Training, guidance, and evaluation are the success metrics used in this research. The results show that the shallot farming extension activities of the Barokah Jaya Farmers Group can be assessed as effective by percentage. According to the operation of implementing extension training, which has a success rate of 79%, they are considered very successful. Implementing the support provided to farmers by extension workers was considered successful with a percentage of 70.5%. Implement training provided to farmers by extension workers, with a proportion of 63.5%. The evaluation procedure was assessed as successful in 69% of cases. This makes it possible to guarantee the success and satisfaction of shallot farming extension efforts in Beji Village.

Regional governments have the right to determine various public policies. The existence of policies intends to fight for the interests of society. Pujon Kidul Village is a tourist village which is a combination of unique, authentic, original, holistic and local elements. The original regional income obtained in this village is obtained from levies and tourism objects for Pujon Kidul Village and Malang Regency. This research aims to describe the implementation of local government policies in the tourism sector along with supporting and inhibiting factors, to improve community welfare in the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village, Malang. This research uses qualitative methods, with data analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results of this research show that policy implementation is determined by supporting factors, namely Malang Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2022 concerning the Malang Regency Tourism Development Master Plan for 2022-2037. The inhibiting factors are the role of the Pujon Kidul village community which is not optimal in serving tourists, the Pujon Kidul village tourism management actors are also less professional in serving guests, the government's role is still not optimal in assisting tourism business actors, and there is no long-term planning for activities. tourist. Therefore, tourism assistance is needed.

This research aims to determine how much influence the role of agricultural instructors as motivator, supervision, timeliness and effectiveness has on horticultural crop production in Batu City, to determine the role and performance of agricultural instructors in the context of horticultural crop production in Batu City, and to determine the impact felt by farmers from the performance of agricultural instructors in horticultural crop production towards sustainable agriculture in Batu City. The research results show that service performance with quality and quantity has a significant effect on crop production as proven by the results of the T test with a P value = 0.000. Extension agents as supervisors do not have a significant effect on plant products. This is proven by the P value in the T test = 0.063. Extension agents as timeliness have a significant effect on plant products as evidenced by the P value in the T test = 0.001. Extension agents as effectiveness have no effect on plant products. This is proven by the P value in the T test = 0.170. The influence of service performance on quality and quantity, instructors as supervision, instructors as timeliness and instructors as effectiveness simultaneously have a significant effect on plant products. This is proven by the P value in the F test results = 0.000 and the level of relationship based on the R2 test = 0.710 or 71.0%. Introduction: Agriculture is the primary source of livelihood for people throughout the world. The agricultural sector plays an important role in national development and cannot be separated from various problems. Agribusiness is an approach that can be used in agricultural development activities. Efforts to increase young farmers' interest in the agricultural sector by exploring the factors that encourage interest in farming. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence young farmers' interest, and the factors that most dominantly influence young farmers' interest in entrepreneurship in the agribusiness sector. Methods: This research was conducted in Batu City, from October-November 2023. This research used primary and secondary data. The sample taken was 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was the accidental sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The research results show that factors that influence the interest of young farmers are; individual character, family environment, non-family environment, land area, economy, and motivation. The factors studied have a significant influence both directly and indirectly through motivation on young farmers' interest in entrepreneurship in the agribusiness sector. Among them, the land area factor which has the most dominant influence contributes equally to the interest of young farmers in entrepreneurship in the agribusiness sector in Batu City. Conclusion: This research concludes that all the factors studied have a significant influence both directly and indirectly through motivation on young farmers' interest in entrepreneurship in the agribusiness sector. A study that was aimed to elucidate cost, revenue, profit and feasibility of farming local and high yield rice varieties, production factors affecting production of local and high yield rice varieties, and efficiency of production factors and return to scale of rice farming was conducted at Bambulung Village, Pematang Karau District of Barito Timur Regency. All rice farmers at the village was divided into two groups, i.e. farmers using local variety and farmers using high yielding variety of IR66. Production factors analyzed were land, labour, seed, urea fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer, KCl fertilizer and pesticide. Results showed that farming either local or high yielding rice varietis was profitable and feasible to be carried out. Profit made by farming high yielding rice variety was 36% greater than that of local variety. For high yielding variety, variation of production factors contributed 69,1% to variation of rice production, while variation of production factor for local variety contributed 81,8% to variation of rice production. Dominant production factors affecting production of high yielding rive variety were land and urea fertilizer, while those of local variety were land, labour and seed. All production factors of farming high yielding rice variety were not sufficiently applied and needed to be increased to achieve an efficient production level. Similarly for local variety except that SP36 that was already excessively used and need to be reduced to achieved an efficient production level.
