Abstract

The digital era has transformed how government institutions communicate with the public, with social media becoming an effective medium for information dissemination. Instagram, as a visual-based platform, plays an essential role in delivering traffic-related information interactively and in real time. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Instagram features by the Bogor City Transportation Department in fulfilling traffic information needs among followers of the @dishubkotabogor account and to examine the effect of feature utilization on information fulfillment. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 394 respondents, all followers of the department’s official Instagram account, selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between feature usage and the fulfillment of information needs. The results show that the use of Instagram features falls into the “good” category, with feed posts being the most effective feature in disseminating traffic conditions, weekend operational schedules of Uncal vehicles, and public transportation services such as BISKITA. The overall information fulfillment level was also categorized as good, with the Current Need Approach showing the highest level among other need approaches. These findings indicate a positive and significant influence between the utilization of Instagram features and the fulfillment of traffic information needs. Thus, social media plays a strategic role in enhancing public communication and transparency within government institutions, particularly in the Bogor City Transportation Department. ABSTRAKPerkembangan era digital telah mengubah cara instansi pemerintah berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat, salah satunya melalui media sosial. Instagram menjadi platform efektif untuk menyebarkan informasi secara cepat dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pemanfaatan fitur Instagram oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bogor dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi lalu lintas para pengikut akun @dishubkotabogor serta menguji pengaruh antara pemanfaatan fitur tersebut terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 394 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk mengukur hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan fitur Instagram tergolong baik, dengan feed post menjadi fitur paling dominan dalam penyebaran informasi terkait kondisi lalu lintas, jadwal operasional kendaraan Uncal, dan layanan transportasi publik seperti BISKITA. Pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi juga berada pada kategori baik, dengan pendekatan Current Need Approach menunjukkan capaian tertinggi dibandingkan pendekatan lainnya. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan fitur Instagram dan pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi lalu lintas. Artinya, media sosial berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi publik dan transparansi informasi di lingkungan pemerintahan, khususnya pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and resilience in working mothers in Tangerang. The study was conducted on 180 respondents of working mothers in Tangerang. This research instrument uses a measurement tool of adaptation and modification with a total of 26 items for self-compassion with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.929 and a resilince instrument consisting of 25 items with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.955. The data analysis technique used was the Spearman's Rho correlation test and the results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between self-compasson and resilience with a correlation of (r) 0.635 with a significance value of 0.000. The relationship between the two variables shows that if mothers working in Tangerang have a high level of self-compassion, they can have a high level of resilience.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara membangun budaya membaca. Gerakan literasi sekolah pada peserta didik usia dini di PAUD Asmaul Husna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu proses pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan simpulan. Adapun responde penelitian ini adalah 20 anak TK Kelompok B di PAUD Asmaul Husna. Hasil Penelitiannya dipadukan dengan teori-teori yang terkait. Adapun pembahasan ini meliputi : 1) Visi dan Misi lembaga PAUD, 2). Inovasi Perencanaan, 3) Inovasi Pelaksanaan program, 3) Inovasi Pengawasan program pada PAUD Asmaul Husna Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Qira'ah Kitabah method in Arabic language learning to improve the learning skills of tenth-grade students at MAN 1 Gunungkidul. The Qira'ah Kitabah method, which integrates reading (qira'ah) and writing (kitabah) skills, is considered capable of encouraging students to be more active in understanding the structure of the Arabic language contextually. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of the study are Arabic language teachers and tenth-grade students who participated in learning with this method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of student learning documents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qira'ah Kitabah method can increase learning motivation, strengthen vocabulary understanding, and improve students' reading and writing skills in Arabic. Supporting factors for the success of this method include active student involvement, contextual learning media, and the communicative approach used by the teacher. This research recommends the broader application of the Qira'ah Kitabah method as an effective alternative strategy for Arabic language learning at the Madrasah Aliyah level.

Abstract

Perusahaan Umum Daerah Tirta Kahuripan Ciawi adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang mengelola air minum untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Data keluhan pelanggan PERUMDA Ciawi dalam 5 (lima) tahun terakhir, menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan pada PERUMDA Ciawi setiap tahun mengalami fluktutatif, kenaikan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2021 dari total keluhan pelanggan sebanyak 356 menjadi 493 keluhan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui penguatan argumen dan bukti pada gaya komunikasi persuasif humas tirta kahuripan mengatasi keluhan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis model Miles & Hubermen. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pihak humas memperkuat argument mereka dengan bukti fisik dan juga tambahan yaitu foto. Kesimpulan penelitian ini penguatan argumen dan bukti pada gaya komunikasi persuasif humas tirta kahuripan mengatasi keluhan pelanggan sudah optimal. Disarankan agar pemimpin PERUMDA lebih memerhatikan respon dari konsumen jika ada keluahan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Depok city. The type of research used is explanatory research with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by quota sampling. The sample amounted to 41 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression test results showed that 43.3% of employee performance factors could be explained by compensation and work discipline, while the remaining 56.7% were explained by other factors not studied in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the compensation variable and the work discipline variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the analysis, namely the calculated F value = 16.276 > from Ftable = 3.240. The results of the t test show that the Work Discipline variable shows the results of the analysis t count (4.985) where ttable (2.022 () then, partially the variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of store employees and + and the Depok city area. The Compensation variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Store Employees and + And Depok City Area with the value of the analysis results t count (1.574) where ttable (2.022) (. The dominant variable that affects the performance of store employees and + and the Depok city area is Work Discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. XYZ South Jakarta. The type of research used is explanatory research with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by nonprobability sampling. The sample amounted to 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression test results showed that 52.9% of employee performance factors could be explained by leadership style, motivation and work discipline while the remaining 47.1% were explained by other factors not studied in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the analysis, namely the value of Fcalculate (38,088) > Ftable (2,700). The results of the t test showed that the leadership style variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (1,998), the motivation variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (3,268) and the work discipline variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (2,274) where the ttable (1,98397) then partially the three valiabels had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ South Jakarta. The dominant variable affecting employee performance is motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya lingkungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi Green Human Resources Management (GHRM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Semen Tonasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) staf unit kepegawaian Tonasa IV berjumlah 102 orang. Sedangkan penentuan jumlah sampel ditetapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya lingkungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi GHRM. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa budaya lingkungan yang tercermin melalui nilai, kebijakan, dan praktik ramah lingkungan mendorong penerapan GHRM, seperti rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan berbasis kesadaran lingkungan, serta penilaian dan penghargaan atas perilaku ramah lingkungan. Penerapan praktik GHRM tersebut kemudian meningkatkan motivasi, komitmen, dan disiplin kerja karyawan, yang berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini mendukung teori AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) yang menjelaskan bahwa kinerja optimal karyawan akan tercapai apabila organisasi mampu meningkatkan kemampuan melalui pelatihan, memperkuat motivasi melalui sistem penghargaan, serta menyediakan kesempatan partisipasi dalam program hijau.

Abstract

Gender justice remains a central discourse in contemporary Islamic studies, particularly in societies where patriarchal cultural norms are often legitimized through rigid and atomistic interpretations of Qur’anic texts. This study examines the epistemology of gender justice in the Qur’an by employing thematic interpretation (tafsir maudhu’i) as a methodological tool to deconstruct patriarchal readings of equality verses. Using qualitative library research, this study integrates Bayani (textual–linguistic), Burhani (rational–sociological), and Irfani (ethical–spiritual) epistemologies to analyze selected Qur’anic verses, including QS. An-Nahl: 97, QS. Ali ‘Imran: 195, QS. An-Nisa: 124, and QS. Al-Hujurat: 13. The findings demonstrate that the Qur’an consistently affirms the fundamental equality of men and women in creation, spiritual responsibility, and divine reward. Patriarchal bias arises not from the Qur’anic text itself, but from ahistorical and partial interpretive frameworks. This study contributes an integrated Bayani–Burhani–Irfani (BBI) epistemological model as a systematic approach for gender-just Qur’anic interpretation within contemporary Islamic thought.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana praktik green human resources management dapat mendorong organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE) di sektor perbankan, dengan lokus penelitian pada bank-bank BUMN yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar, yaitu BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, dan BTN. Jenis penelitian yang disebut penelitian asosiatif kausal adalah berbasis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BUMN Kabupaten Selayar yaitu: Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia dan Bank Mandiri dimana jumlah anggota populasi tidak diketahui, responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik convenience sampling dengan total responden Adalah 96. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa green training, green performance management, dan green employee involvement terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE), sedangkan green reward tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perilaku sukarela karyawan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh aspek pembelajaran, sistem manajemen, serta keterlibatan aktif, daripada sekadar insentif atau penghargaan yang diberikan organisasi.Kata Kunci: Green Training; Green Performance Management; Green Employee Involvement; Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The EnvironmentABSTRACTThis study aims to examine how the practice of green human resources management can encourage organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE) in the banking sector, with a research locus on state-owned banks operating in the Selayar Islands Regency, namely BRI, BNI, and Bank Mandiri. The type of research called causal associative research is quantitative-based. The population in this study is employees of Bank BUMN Selayar Regency, namely: Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Mandiri where the number of population members is unknown, respondents determined by convenience sampling technique with a total of 96 respondents. The results of the study found that green training, green performance management, and green employee involvement were proven to have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE), while green rewards did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that employees' voluntary behavior in supporting sustainability is more influenced by aspects of learning, management systems, and active engagement, rather than just incentives or rewards provided by organizations.Keywords: Green Training; Green Performance Management; Green Employee Involvement; Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment
