Abstract

Usaha kecil menengah (UKM) yang salah satunya adalah UD. RCR yang merupakan salah satu industri mikro yang memproduksi tepung crispy yang pengerjaannya banyak menggunakan mesin sehingga produk rentan terjadinya cacat (defect). Untuk mengurangi jumlah kecacatan produk yang dihasilkan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, bisa digunakan analisa dengan menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) dengan mengidentifikasi sumber dan akar penyebab kualitas dari produk tersebut dengan analisa 3 kegagalan, yakni : berat tidak sesuai, kemasan bocor, dan kode produksi pada kemasan rusak. Dari jenis kegagalan diperoleh Risk Priority Number (RPN). Setelah dilakukan survey dan pengelolahan data, terdapat nilai RPN tertinggi dengan nilai RPN 245, nilai RPN 180, dan nilai RPN 100. Dari nilai RPN tersebut perlu dilakukan rekomendasi perbaikan antara lain : Melakukan pengecekan secara teratur sebelum produksi, Periksa suhu pada mesin sealer sebelum melakukan proses packing, dan melakukan pengecekan pada mesin print kode produksi. Sehingga kualitas produk bisa tetap terjaga dan aman saat berada di tangan customer.

Abstract

Abstract Quality control is the most important thing in the competition in the industrial world which is of course on packaging products in order to monitor and evaluate production activities to ensure whether they meet the standards set by the company or not. The purpose of this study can help companies to help companies overcome the causes of defects and provide suggestions using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. From the data processing, it was found that the number of production was 162,100 pcs and the number of product defects was 4307 pcs. From the results of the analysis, the authors provide suggestions for improvement by focusing on the most dominant types of defects in the past so that repair activities can run effectively.

Abstract

In the development of the modern industrial world today and product quality supervision is an activity that urgently needs to be carried out by every production activity in making products. Before the product is included in the storage warehouse, the finished product will be rechecked by the Quality Control section, seeing if the product is worth storing in the warehouse to be given to the customer. The purpose of this study is to calculate the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value, to find out what factors affect the occurrence of defects in the product, and provide proposed improvements to the production of Bracket Hanger products. The method used is Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). From the results of sorting the Risk Priority Number (RPN) an analysis will be carried out on each indicator value to find out which value has the greatest impact on the achievement of the RPN value. These results are used as a reference in providing product improvement proposals

Abstract

The Purnama Karya weld workshop is individual business engaged in the welding industry that produces one of the products, namely the canopy. In the process of canopy production, there is no possibility if there are no results of products that have bad quality. This research uses Failure Mode and Effects Analysis method. The method contains steps for the identification failure mode against product or process by scoring each form of failure mode based on occurrence values, severity values and detection values. The purpose of this research is found out factors that cause canopy product defects, identify the types of potential defects that occur and identify the impacts that occur. The results show that there are defects that occur with the classification of 2 types of defects, welding and painting, where the most common types of defects are welding defects with a frequency of damage of 56.8% and there are also 16 causes of canopy product defects with details of 8 factors that cause weld defects and 8 factors that cause painting defects. The results of the provision of severity, occurrence, and detection are taken in the order of the 3 highest rankings taken from the results of RPN values.

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah dunia usaha, karena dalam pengendalian kualitas dapat memberikan dampak kepada kepuasan pelanggan dan tingkat ekonomis sebuah usaha. UMKM Kerupuk Dinda adalah suatu usaha mikro yang memproduksi kerupuk bawang, dan setiap masa produksinya tidak selalu menghasilkan produk yang bagus, adapula produknya yang mengalami kecacatan. Dari kecacatan produk yang dialami oleh UMKM Kerupuk Dinda, penulis menyarankan adanya perbaikan pada kualitas produk melalui metode seven tools. Dalam metode seven tools dapat membantu sebuah usaha untuk mengetahui tingkat kecacatan produk yang paling dominan, megetahui batas kecacatan melalui control chart memudahkan membaca asal muasal kecacatan produk, dan usulan perbaikan sebab akibat. Dengan demikian suatu usaha dapat memperbaiki dan menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk usahanya dalam pengendalian kualitas.

Abstract

UD Abdi Rakyat is a business engaged in the manufacture of cabinet products with the ingredients are glass and aluminum. In the process of selling products often experience conditions where the number of cabinet sales is volatile and erratic every week, characterized by an increase and decrease in unstable sales. This research uses SWOT analysis that contains strategy planning steps to evaluate all forms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in an effort. The purpose this study to find the factors that cause fluctuating sales and know the marketing strategies to be used in efforts to increase sales of their products. The results of this study show that there are various internal-external factors that hinder the course of the business. The total score value of the IFASEFAS matrix calculations is Strength 2.86, Weakness 2.33, Opportunity 1.80 and Threat 1.70. The results the SWOT matrix diagram show that UD. Abdi Rakyat is in quadrant I and has a positive weighted difference value (0.53;0.10). From the various kinds of formation strategies to increase sales of cabinet products, it was concluded that the business needed to apply the SO strategy so that the company's goals could be achieved quickly and appropriately.

Abstract

A company if wants to survive in the face of the era of globalization is required to improve the quality of service continuously. PT. BIMA is a company engaged in maintenance and port equipment providers. In the service process, PT. Bima has 5 types of transport aircraft, but the most number of units and often used to operate is the head truck. Based on the history data, there are B44 head truck units, often damage problems in several parts, namely damage to Accu, Tire, Coupling, Hose Spiral and Separator components. The purpose to identify the type of damage that occurred, conduct an assessment which is then continued analysis of the FTA method to find out the factors that cause damage and provide recommendations. The results showed that with fmea analysis it was found the type of damage that had the largest RPN value score was the type of damage to the head truck-B44 unit in the accu section which had a RPN value of 181. While the results of the FTA analysis found that the cause of damage to the accu drop was the use of overtime units, damaged accu clamps, pull accu and preventive maintenance intervals were less accurate.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan menjadi tolak ukur utama perusahaan di industri jasa . Kualitas layanan yang baik akan membuat perusahaan  tersebut menjadi kompetitif dan akan menjadi pilihan konsumen ketika mencari perusahaann jasa . Perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah P.T Ravana Jaya yang merupakan Perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dibidang kontraktor . Dari data yang ada di perusahan terjadi penurunan , hal tersebut terjadi akibat beberapa sebab salah satunya karena kualitas pelayanan yang kurang baik dari P.T Ravana Jaya, sehingga mengakibatkan pelanggan beralih ke pesaing lainnya . Dalam penelitian ini kualitas layanan yang menjadi pokok permasalahan, diukur dengan Service Quality (SERVQUAL) dimana di dalam metode tersebut membahas tentang dimensi-dimensi kualitas yakni: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy. Tahapan awal yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan analisa terlebih dahulu dari kekurangan yang terdapat di P.T Ravana Jaya  terutama pada bidang kualitas layanan. Setelah analisa permasalahan yang terdapat pada perusahaan, maka peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuisioner terhadap pelanggan / client sehingga permasalahan kualitas pelayanan dapat diketahui subjeknya

Abstract

PT Sari Agrotama Persada Gresik is an agribusiness company, and has been operating in Gresik since 2018 on soybean packaging, based on data from the company, where it is still found in their products, both from customer complaints and during the production process. Which is more directed at product packaging, it causes the quality required by the company, and product appearance has a big role in customer interest and trust. This study aims to determine the type, causative factors and recommendations for recommendations. In this study using Pareto diagrams to describe the level of product type, fishbone diagrams to find the factors of occurrence and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) methods to identify failure modes, determine failure effects and causes, assign severity, occurrence and detection values, calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN). To do to find out the dominant factors causing the defect and provide an offer, then in the hope that it can be a consideration for companies to reduce or even eliminate their products, to produce products that comply with company standards.

Abstract

CV. Lancar Jaya is one of the industries engaged in repair service workshops and the manufacture of new spare parts that have been established since 2013. CV. Lancar Jaya in making new spare parts starting from the process of purchasing raw materials to the finishing process. During the manufacturing process, there is still a potential danger of work accidents. One of the factors for the emergence of potential occupational accident hazards is the presence of operators who do not use PPE completely. This study aims to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and control them using the HIRARC method. HIRARC is a semi-quantitative method of analysis that gives priority to more detail because it divides risks into parts in order to identify all the hazards inherent in the work process. The results of research on the work area of spare part production in CV. Lancar Jaya identified 10 potential hazards and classified them into 1 potential low risk hazard, 4 potential moderate risk hazards, 2 potential high risk hazards and 3 potential extrem risk hazards.
