Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teaching materials of Arabic maharah qira'ah in class IX of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. This research is a library research (literature study). In this study, there are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source is taken from the book Arabic Language Education SMP Muhamamdiyah Class IX by Anji Fathunaja, S.Pd.I. and Sugeng Riyanyo, S.Pd.I. published by the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Agency in 2018 Primary and Secondary Education and European Language Learning Outcomes Standards (CEFR). While secondary data sources are books, journal articles, and sites that discuss the analysis of teaching materials for maharah qira'ah as well as references that support this research. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques. After the data obtained then describes systematically the results of the research. The results of the research on the analysis of Arabic maharah qira'ah teaching materials in class IX SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta, state that the Arabic Language Education Book SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta has been arranged systematically and interestingly, so it is suitable to be used as a textbook in Arabic language learning and more specifically in maharah qira'ah, because the book has presented materials related to students' spiritual attitudes and knowledge. In addition, the materials presented are in accordance with the CEFR-based learning outcome standards, and if referring to the CEFR standards, they are included in the A2/ Elementary and B1/Intermediate levels.

Abstract

Artikel ini fokus pada konflik agraria dalam pengelolaan lahan dan resolusi konfliknya antara warga asli dan pendatang di Desa Olu, Kecamatan Lindu, Kabupaten Sigi, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan teori Lewis A Coser, terutama pada institusi adat sebagai katup penyelamat konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Olu, wilayah dataran tinggi di Kecamatan Lindu. Informan ditentukan secara purposive, berdasar kriteria migran dan masyarakat asli yang terlibat dalam masalah studi, juga tokoh adat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak lahan pertanian dikuasai oleh migran sementara warga lokal terbatas kepemilikannya. Posisi dan peran lembaga adat menangani berbagai kasus agraria memiliki signifikansi tersendiri sebagai alternatif mengatasi problem agraria, misalnya mempertemukan kedua pihak membicarakan alternatif yang mesti ditempuh. Hal demikian dilakukan untuk mencegah potensi eskalasi konflik dan memudahkan resolusi konflik dengan memakai hukum adat Lindu, seperti penetapan suaka (zonasi).

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas tentang pendampingan dan peran Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran. Pengabdian ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dosen dan mahasiswa dalam memberikan pendampingan intensif kepada peserta didik dalam konteks pembelajaran Al-Quran. Metode pendampingan berfokus pada personalisasi pembelajaran, pendampingan intensif, pemanfaatan teknologi, motivasi, dan pengembangan keterampilan. Dalam konteks pengabdian masyarakat, TPQ mengaplikasikan metode interaktif, multimedia, proyek kolaboratif, dan penerapan praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Al-Quran, metode pengajaran yang inovatif dan personalisasi pembelajaran di TPQ berperan penting dalam memotivasi peserta didik untuk lebih rajin dan terampil dalam membaca Al-Quran. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca Al-Quran serta peningkatan minat dan dedikasi peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran agama. Kolaborasi antara TPQ dan peserta didik mendorong pengembangan spiritual dan keterampilan membaca Al-Quran yang lebih baik, dan memberikan wawasan penting bagi penerapan strategi pendampingan yang holistik dan berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan pembacaan Al-Quran di kalangan masyarakat Dusu Sorobali Desa Karampi Kec. Langgudu.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the concept of moral education is in the Qur'an Surah Al-Imran verse 159 and Surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is backgrounded by the emergence of the phenomenon of moral decline that occurs among young people. One of the causes of moral deterioration is the presence of criminal activity and fights. The Qur'an is very important for mankind, especially for Muslims. Therefore, we are obliged to understand its content and content. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of moral education in the Qur'an surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is a library research using an interpretation approach. The author seeks to understand the concept of moral education by using interpretation as a supporting analytical tool, such as the books of interpretation and also the interpretations of educational figures related to moral education. Therefore, there are two main sources that are used as the basis for this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources here are obtained from the Qur'an, while the secondary data sources obtained use references in the form of books, articles, magazines, and so on, as well as from educational figures, whose materials are related to moral education and several topics that support this research. The results of this study show that the values of moral education contained in surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-12 are that humans are encouraged to always be gentle towards their relatives, sincere when giving forgiveness to others, respect the opinions or suggestions of others, abstain from attitudes and deeds of making fun of others, and abstain from prejudiced attitudes and deeds towards others, Because muslims are actually brothers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini beertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf ditinjau dari nilai produktifitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Penggunaan tanah wakaf yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf, dari jumlah tanah wakaf yang ada berjumlah 433 digunakan dengan rincian: tempat ibadah sebanyak 144 tanah wakaf, makam/kuburan sebanyak 42 tanah wakaf, lembaga pendidikan sebanyak 7 tanah wakaf, dan sosial lainnya sebanyak 240 tanah wakaf. Pengelolaan pengembangan wakaf di Tanjung Jabung Timur masih sangat sederhana, sebagaian besar tidak ada pengembangan pengelolahan secara produktif ekonomis, jika tanah wakaf digunakan untuk pembangunan masjid hanya digunakan untuk pembangunan masjid saja walaupun tanah sisa dari lokasi pembangunan masjid sangat luas tidak dikelola secara produktif, dibiarkan saja semak belukar tanpa manfaat, yang selayaknya tanah wakaf tersebut dapat dikelola secara produktif. Implementasi regulasi wakaf di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur belum efektif, karena masih terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara das sollen dan das sein, regulasi wakaf yang terdiri dari Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 3004 tentang wakaf, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 25 Tahun 2018 tentang perubahan atas perubahan atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 Tahun 2006 belum dilaksanakan secara efektif.

Abstract

Praktik kesehatan tradisional merupakan sebuah teknik pengobatan tradisional dengan  menggunakan jasa praktik teknik sando yang berfungsi untuk kesehatan tubuh. Masyarakat telah lama  menggunakan pengobatan tradisional sebagai sarana pengobatan. Bagian penting dari pengobatan adalah pandangan dan keyakinan pasien. Teknik Pengobatan tradisonal ini telah menjadi sebuah kebiasaan turun temurun yang sudah ada sejak nenek moyang di Desa Dolago. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui interaksi yang terjadi antara sando dan masyarakat di Desa Dolago. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas:  Penelitian  lapamgan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposiv dengan menentukan informan menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, interaksi yang terjadi antara sando dan masyarakat dapat terjadi karena sando dan masyarakat mempunyai hubungan yang erat dan penuh makna sebagai penyembuhan penyakit. Hubungan interaksi ini tidak hanya sekedar transaksi medis, tetapi juga mencerminkan kepercayaan dan harapan yang sangat mendalam terhadap kemampuan sando dalam menyembuhkan serta memberikan solusi atas berbagai permasalahan. Selain itu, interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara masyarakat dan sando ketika  masyarakat  menyampaikan kebutuhan dan keperluan sando akan memberikan reaksi dengan memberikan motivasi penyemangat secara tidak langsung.

Abstract

This study was designed to explore and synthesize the development of literature discussing the contribution of spirituality and religiosity in shaping managerial ethics and improving the quality of accounting disclosures. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach following the PRISMA 2020 framework, in which 47 articles from a total of 483 relevant publications were rigorously selected for in-depth analysis. The main objectives of this analysis are to map the patterns of relationships formed, understand the mechanisms of influence at work, and identify areas that are still under-researched in the context of contemporary managerial morality. From the results of this systematic review, it was found that spirituality plays a significant role in fostering personal integrity, strengthening ethical awareness, and increasing the capacity for individual self-control. These dimensions directly encourage the rejection of manipulative practices in the financial reporting process. Conversely, religiosity plays a more effective social control system, which not only suppresses the practice of earnings management but also improves the accuracy and transparency of financial information disclosure, especially in environments with weaknesses in governance structures. This study also shows that the influence of spiritual and religious values is not simple or linear, but is influenced by a number of mediating and moderating factors. These factors include the level of understanding of religious teachings, the location of internal control (locus of control), individual technical competence, organizational culture, and the strength of the governance system including the existence and role of the Sharia Supervisory Board. Based on these findings, this study proposes an integrative conceptual model, which describes how spiritual and religious values can be transformed into financial reporting behavior that upholds ethics. In addition, this study also identifies various gaps in the literature, including the lack of studies that discuss spiritual experiences at the individual level (micro studies), the lack of a longitudinal approach in related research, and the limited context of studies that focus on developing countries. Therefore, this SLR makes a significant contribution to theory development by integrating two key moral elements in accounting research, as well as providing a clear direction for future research that focuses on ethics, spirituality, and sustainable governance practices.

Abstract

The low level of numeracy literacy among students in the city of Bima and West Nusa Tenggara requires more contextual and relevant learning innovations that are relevant to local life and culture. This study aims to develop an Project Based Learning (PjBL) based ethno-STEM to improve the numeracy literacy of elementary school students. The research method used a research and development approach, which included needs analysis, model design, expert validation, limited trials, and effectiveness testing at SDN 11 Kota Bima. Data collection instruments consisted of questionnaires, observation sheets, and numeracy literacy tests. The validity test results showed that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) based ethno-STEM met the criteria for content, language, and implementation feasibility. The application of the model in field trials provided a significant improvement in students' numeracy literacy skills compared to conventional learning, as indicated by higher post-test scores and positive responses from teachers and students. These findings confirm that the integration of local culture in project-based learning effectively improves students' understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills. This study concludes that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) based ethno-STEM can be an alternative contextual and relevant learning innovation to improve numeracy literacy in elementary schools
