Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait UMKM ini dilakukan pelatihan dengan  cara menjelaskan terkait kewirausahaan dan jenis-jenis usaha, kemudian terkait bagaimana mengatur suatu usaha yang sedang di kerjakan. Memberikan penjelasan terkait bagaiman cara pengelolaan sistem keuangan dan modal dalam hal pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan. Peserta juga ditekankan untuk merubah pola pikir bahwa menjadi wirausaha adalah sulit dan memiliki modal besar. Peserta di sampaikan bahwa bukan hanya sebagi orang  yang dapat menjadi wirausaha, namun bahkan ibu rumah tangga, pelajar, karyawan, pensiunan, profesional atau bahkan mahasiswa juga dapat menjadi wirausahawan/pengusaha. Diharapkan para peserta dapat mengenal kewirausahaan UMKM dan  melakukan pengembangan terkait UMKM di lingkungannya. Diharapkan para peserta dapat  menjadi wirausaha yang baik. Diharapkan adanya harga yang jelas terhadap setiap jasa Salon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer relationship management and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty of advertising media companies in Samarinda. The population in this study were customers of advertising media companies in Samarinda. Using accidental sampling, the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The analysis in this study is path analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in advertising media in Samarinda city.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment and employee performance. Employing a causal research design with a quantitative approach, data were collected using a saturated sampling method from 90 employees. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that servant leadership has no significant effect on affective commitment but has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Intrinsic motivation positively and significantly affects both affective commitment and employee performance. Furthermore, affective commitment has a significant positive effect on performance. However, affective commitment does not mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, whereas it does mediate the relationship between intrinsic motivation and performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived usefulness and ease of use of the Gojek application and the intention to reuse the application with mediated attitudes and user satisfaction among Millennials and Generation Z. The focus of this research is on the big cities of East Kalimantan, Indonesia, namely Samarinda and Balikpapan. Data were extracted from 128 respondents using snowball sampling, and the analysis was conducted using AMOS structural equation Modelling. The findings show that perceived usefulness significantly affects the attitude and satisfaction of Gojek application users but has no significant effect on the intention to reuse application users.  Perceived ease of use had an insignificant effect on attitudes, satisfaction, and intention to reuse Gojek application users. There is only one significant relationship between indirect variables; perceived usefulness has a significant effect on intention to reuse the application through the attitude toward the application. However, the other indirect relationships had an insignificant effect. This finding highlights the importance of perceived usefulness for Gojek application users. Although consumers admit to using an application based on attitude and satisfaction, they are reluctant to reuse the application because many competitors offer promotions and lower prices, so consumers feel they have a choice. Tests before the full AMOS model using confirmatory factor analysis for exogenous and endogenous factors showed significant results for all relationships between variables.

Abstract

Objective: Nowadays, it's a phenomenon that many people switch jobs to become entrepreneurs. Limited access necessitates that entrepreneurs build networks and establish trust to enhance the company's business performance. Research Design & Methods: This research contributes to a successful co-creation model to ensure MSMEs achieve superior business performance and fills the research gap between entrepreneurial network quality and business performance. Using the SEM AMOS statistical tool, a normality test was conducted on the initial data of 250 MSME players in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, resulting in 160 players. Findings: All results showed that the significance level met the hypothesis requirements. Successful co-creation plays an important role in mediating between entrepreneur network quality and entrepreneur trust quality increases business performance. Implications & Recommendations: The successful co-creation is an alliance of partners and part of the reconfiguration of business performance, if you have a loyal supplier network, a value-added network, a quality network, and a supportive professional organisation. Contribution & Value Added: The research contributes to the development of knowledge of relational marketing theory through the development of co-creation.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved through this research is to analyze the variables that affect government investment and expenditure on economic growth and employment opportunities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, using the Path Analysis method. This is a causality study, which analyzes the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The variables used are investment variables, government spending, economic growth and employment opportunities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2010 to 2020 sourced from BPS and the Ministry of Finance. The data that has been collected is then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to provide the proposed hypothesis using Path Analysis. The results show that simultaneous research shows that Investment and Government Expenditure have a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, government spending has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth. Investment has a positive and significant effect on Employment Opportunities. Government spending has a negative and insignificant effect on employment opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of celebrity endorsers, convenience on actual use through intentions on tiktok application users in the city of Tenggarong. This study used 120 respondents and this study used a survey method with a sample in the city of Tenggarong with the Accidental Sampling Method sampling technique. Respondents were only interviewed once when they met. Data from the respondents were then tabulated and tested using statistical methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire research tool. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that convenience has a significant effect on the behavior of interest in Tiktok application users in the city of Tenggarong. So the first hypothesis is proven. Celebrity endorsers have a significant effect on the behavior of interest in Tiktok application users in the city of Tenggarong. So the second hypothesis is proven. Convenience has no significant effect on the actual use of Tiktok application users in the city of Tenggarong. So the third hypothesis is not proven. Celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on the actual use of Tiktok application users in the city of Tenggarong. So the fourth hypothesis is not proven. Interest behavior has a significant effect on the actual usage of Tiktok application users in the city of Tenggarong. So the fifth hypothesis is proven.

Abstract

This study examines the role of export network alliances in bridging the gap between relational social capital and the export performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A key challenge for MSMEs in international markets is the lack of networks and relational capital, which hinders their export capabilities. Additionally, this research investigates how knowledge-sharing capabilities enhance network alliances and export performance. The study employs a purposive sampling technique, collecting data from 190 weaving craft MSMEs in Kalimantan, Indonesia, all of which have export experience. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS is used for analysis. The findings indicate that export network alliances significantly mediate the relationship between relational social capital, knowledge-sharing capability, and export performance. However, relational social capital alone does not directly influence export performance without the support of strong network alliances. Theoretical contributions integrate relational marketing theory and social capital theory, while practical implications suggest that MSME managers should prioritize network-building and knowledge-sharing to enhance international competitiveness.

Abstract

Market orientation of banks is related to business performance through the environmentaluncertainty as moderator. Environmental uncertainty is an important factor in both the marketingand management literature. In this case, it is important to see how an increase in environmentaluncertainty influences the market orientation – performance relationship. Data forthis study were collected using questionnaires mailed to the top executives throughout 132local development banks (BPD) in 30 state-regions (province) in Indonesia, representing allthe local development banks. The responses were obtained from 26 BPD as a response ratewith 96 respondents. First, result indicates market orientation has a strong effect on banksperformance through the degree of environmental uncertainty faced by the banks. Second,the relationship between market orientation and performance weakens much for banks inhigh uncertainty of the environments. Higher uncertainty of the environment can weaken therelationship between market orientations and business performance. Environmental uncertaintycomplicates the management in determining market orientation; the impact, businessperformance is unlikely to be achieved at the maximum conditions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari persepsi harga dan atmosfer toko terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Gallery Sport di Samarinda, Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan Gallery Sport pada tahun 2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang datanya diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa persepsi harga dan atmosfer toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Semakin tinggi performa dari persepsi harga dan atmosfer toko, maka tingkat kepuasan pelanggan juga meningkat. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM untuk mengembangkan bisnis agar lebih maju dan berkembang.
