Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisa Sensitivitas Respon Konsumen, Persepsi Kualitas Produk Terhadap Ekstensifikasi merek (Brand Extansion) Motor Honda Jenis Matic di Samarinda. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Pengguna Motor Honda jenis Matick di Samarinda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, metode statistik yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan bantuan smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Analisa Sensitivitas Respon Konsumen, Persepsi Kualitas Produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Ekstensifikasi (Brand Extansion) Motor Merk Honda Jenis Matick di Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service innovation and Affective Services on the decision to visit with the accessibility of information as a mediating variable in the tourist boat service users in Pesut Etam, Samarinda. The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were visitors of Pesut Etam, Samarinda with a total of 170 respondents. The research Data were obtained from the questionnaire and analyzed using SEM PLS analysis techniques with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that service innovation directly or indirectly through the accessibility of information has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, the better the service innovation in tourist boat services in Pesut Etam tourism object, the better the accessibility of information and decisions of tourists using the services of the tourist boat, and vice versa the lack of service innovation will inhibit the accessibility of information which will further reduce the decision of tourists using the services of the tourist boat. The results of the second analysis in this study is that Affective Services can not directly affect the decision to visit but, are mediated by the accessibility of information, Affective Services can affect the decision to visit. This means that just good affective service is not enough to improve the decision to visit. Affective Services that exist can improve visiting decisions if the service can support the accessibility of information about the tourist ship services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Anteceden Brand trust dan implikasinya terhadap Brand Loyalty . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan path analysis yang dioleh dengan software SPSS statistik versi 22.0 dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) atau IBM SPSS amos 23 . Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 144 responden yang tersebar  di Kota Samarinda, mereka adalah Pelanggan pasca bayar kartu halo  dikota samarinda, pengukuran menggunakan skala likert dengan skor 1-5. Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, selanjutnya dilakukan uji estimasi dan uji struktural model fit.  Berdasarkan model structural kami menemukan, Brand Awareness dan Brand Image Berpengaruh positive signifikan terhadap Brand Trust dan Brand Loyalty

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of social media marketing and adoption in tourism development by reviewing previous studies in the world and Indonesia published in the Scopus database. The data obtained were analyzed using a quantitative approach to provide a representative picture in line with the practicality of bibliometric analysis in assessing the output, organization, authorship, and characteristics of topics. The focus was placed on the articles published between 2012 and 2021 and the findings showed an increasing interest in the studies related to social media marketing and social media adoption as well as an evolution of related academic research.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian dan faktor pengendali perusahaan. Berhasil atau tidaknya suatu perusahaan sangat bergantung pada manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Delta Utama Resources, Desa Tanjung Isuy (Kabupaten Kutai Barat) dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Insentif, Pengawasan, dan Motivasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung. Sumber data primer berupa hasil rekapitulasi kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Setelah itu, data diolah dengan model Path Analysis melalui program IBM SPSS 24. Temuan empiris membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan Insentif dan Pengawasan sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, serta Motivasi telah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Pada struktur ke-2, menyatakan jika Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara Insentif, Motivasi, maupun Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, serta Pengawasan justru berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disatu sisi, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui peran Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan, sedangkan Insentif dan Motivasi sama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, serta hanya Pengawasan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjutuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh potongan harga, iklan, dan store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian di Warunk Upnormal Kota Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Warunk Upnormal di Kota Samarinda dengan sampel ditentukan sebanyak 115 respondent. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis diuji dengan t test dan F test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) potongan harga tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Warunk Upnormal Kota Samarinda. (2) iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Warunk Upnormal Kota Samarinda. (3) store atmosphere tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Warunk Upnormal Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

Internal Marketing is the important aspect at the organization to measure business performance. The job of internal marketing is to recruit, train and motivate employees who can serve customers well. Without being actively promoted, internal marketing can have a negative impact on service quality, which can lead to decreased customer satisfaction and profitability. This study is focused on the services division especially in port division Bontang Coal Terminal PT IMM. Researchers took research data through a Google Form questionnaire. There are 84 respondents were recorded as filling in the questionnaire to test all the hypotheses. There are 7 indicators used to assess internal marketing. The data analysis used PASW Statistics 18 to test the level of validity and reliability, to test the results of the hypothesis, the researcher used SEM PLS to determine the relationship between variables. The findings of this study are that the Rewards and Motivation, Communication, Development, Support System, Employee Selection, Employee Recruitment, and Healthy Work Environment have positive significant on Internal Marketing

Abstract

The rapid development of the halal industry has positioned halal branding as a critical element in influencing consumer behavior and shaping marketing strategies. In the increasingly competitive global market, halal labeling and brand image significantly shape consumer trust and preferences, which subsequently impact a company's marketing performance. Despite its importance, research on how halal brands affect marketing performance remains limited. This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of halal brands and marketing performance by reviewing previous studies indexed in the Scopus database from reputable international journals. Using quantitative methods, the collected data provides a comprehensive overview of outputs, organizations, authorship, and topic characteristics, demonstrating the feasibility of bibliometric analysis. The research focuses on articles published between 2012 and 2022, utilizing search engines such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Elsevier (Science Direct), and Publish or Perish. Results show a growing academic interest in the relationship between halal brands and marketing performance, indicating the need for further research to deepen understanding in this area.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait UMKM ini dilakukan pelatihan dengan  cara menjelaskan terkait kewirausahaan dan jenis-jenis usaha, kemudian terkait bagaimana mengatur suatu usaha yang sedang di kerjakan. Memberikan penjelasan terkait bagaiman cara pengelolaan sistem keuangan dan modal dalam hal pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan. Peserta juga ditekankan untuk merubah pola pikir bahwa menjadi wirausaha adalah sulit dan memiliki modal besar. Peserta di sampaikan bahwa bukan hanya sebagi orang  yang dapat menjadi wirausaha, namun bahkan ibu rumah tangga, pelajar, karyawan, pensiunan, profesional atau bahkan mahasiswa juga dapat menjadi wirausahawan/pengusaha. Diharapkan para peserta dapat mengenal kewirausahaan UMKM dan  melakukan pengembangan terkait UMKM di lingkungannya. Diharapkan para peserta dapat  menjadi wirausaha yang baik. Diharapkan adanya harga yang jelas terhadap setiap jasa Salon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer relationship management and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty of advertising media companies in Samarinda. The population in this study were customers of advertising media companies in Samarinda. Using accidental sampling, the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The analysis in this study is path analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in advertising media in Samarinda city.
