Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Supervisi, (2) Disiplin Kerja, (3) Kinerja Guru, dan (4) Pengaruh Supervisi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMPN 18 Kota Bandung. secara bersamaan dan sebagian.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatif, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan guru SMPN 18 Kota Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 44 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas, dan horizon waktu dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa supervisi guru SMPN 18 Kota Bandung sudah baik, disiplin kerja guru SMPN 18 Kota Bandung secara umum dapat dikatakan baik, kinerja guru SMPN 18 Kota Bandung saat ini sudah tergolong baik. Supervisi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru SMPN 18 Kota Bandung. Akan tetapi, disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja daripada supervisi. Oleh karena disiplin kerja dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, menjadi prioritas utama dalam peningkatan kinerja, maka guru SMPN 18 Kota Bandung diharapkan untuk senantiasa menjaga kondisi yang ada, sehingga mampu bekerja lagi secara profesional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) Work Discipline (2) Work Motivation; (3) performance; and (4) Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on the performance of employees in the Field of Infrastructure and HR Development at Cililin Hospital, West Bandung Regency, either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this study was a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey. The unit of analysis in this study were employees of the Infrastructure and HR Development Sector of Cililin Hospital, West Bandung Regency, with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Work Discipline for employees in the Infrastructure and HR Development Sector of Cililin Hospital, West Bandung Regency, it turned out that employees gave good responses. Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees in the Field of Infrastructure and HR Development at Cililin Hospital, West Bandung Regency. But partially Work Discipline dominantly influences employee performance rather than Work Motivation. Because Work Discipline is more dominant in influencing performance, it becomes the first priority in improving employee performance. then employees of the Infrastructure and Human Resources Development Sector of Cililin Hospital in West Bandung Regency are advised to remain consistent with maintaining existing work discipline, so that they are able to work more professionally

Abstract

Dandrem Karoba (4122.5.17.21.0003) Tahun 2019, Peranan Komitmen dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Personil di Balai Pemeliharaan Direktorat Pemeliharaan Peralatan Angkatan Darat (BENGPUSPAL DITPALAD) Kota Bandung. Program Pascasarjana Fakultas Ekonomi Program Studi Magister Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas Winaya Mukti Di bawah bimbingan Dr.H.AsepHilmanMPd dan Drs.H.NandangDjunaedi MM.CHRA. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja Personalia. Hal ini ditandai dengan menurunnya pelayanan dalam hal administrasi di instansi tersebut. Keadaan tersebut harus segera dibenahi, karena personalia memiliki peran sebagai fasilitator dan menjadi salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan instansi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Komitmen dan disiplin digunakan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran komitmen, disiplin, kinerja. Peranan Komitmen dan Disiplin terhadap kinerja, peranan komitmen terhadap kinerja, dan peranan disiplin terhadap kinerja personil BENGPUSPAL Bandung. Objek unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Balai Pemeliharaan Direktorat Pemeliharaan Peralatan Angkatan Darat (BENGPUSPAL DITPALAD) Bandung. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen dan disiplin, dan variabel terikat (Y) adalah kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik stratifield random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu perangkat lunak komputer SPSS 20.0. Dari hasil penelitian pada pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa komitmen dan disiplin berpengaruh sebesar 76,5% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen berpengaruh sebesar 51,6% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin berpengaruh sebesar 28,4% terhadap kinerja. Dari penelitian pada pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa komitmen dan disiplin memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan penelitian lain mengenai komitmen dan disiplin dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda.

The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this research is cross-sectional.Based on the research results, it was found that the work culture experienced by employees of the Medical Records Installation at the Cibabat Regional General Hospital, Cimahi City was good, the work environment at the Medical Records Installation at the Cibabat Regional General Hospital, Cimahi City could generally be said to be good, the performance of the employees at the Hospital Medical Records Installation In general, the Cibabat area of ??Cimahi City is currently considered good. Work Culture and Work Environment influence the Performance of Medical Records Installation Employees at the Cibabat Regional General Hospital, Cimahi City simultaneously and partially. However, partially the dominant work culture influences employee performance rather than the work environment.Because work culture predominantly influences performance, it is the first priority in improving performance. Abstract

Supervision and motivation are factors that affect a person's performance. Based on observations in the field, the researchers found that there were several indications that were considered less than optimal both in terms of supervision and motivation which were feared to affect teacher performance which could have a bad impact on the organization itself. The low teacher performance is thought to be caused by inappropriate supervision of the principal, apart from supervision problems, it is also suspected to be due to motivational problems. Motivation can also be seen as an integral part of the teaching and learning process that is less than optimal. The purpose of this research is to describe supervision, work motivation and performance of SMPN 40 Bandung City and to examine the influence of supervision and motivation on performance (a study at SMPN 40 Bandung City). The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis is the teachers of SMPN 40 Bandung City with a population of 56 teachers. The time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analytical methods used are frequency distribution and path analysis The findings of this study are the principal of SMPN 40 Bandung City has appropriate supervision, high motivation of SMPN 40 Bandung City teachers and high performance SMPN 40 Bandung City teachers. Supervision and motivation affect teacher performance. However, when viewed partially, it turns out that motivation is more dominant in influencing performance than supervision, therefore motivation is a priority in improving teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing content and E-WOM through the TikTok platform on purchase decisions on Shopee. The source of data in this study was obtained from the results of the distribution of primary questionnaires to student respondents of the STIE Wibawa Karta Raharja management and accounting study program for the 2020-2021 batch, with a research sample of 190 people. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that marketing content has a significant positive influence (O=0.450) on the construction of purchase decisions. The value of t- statisties in the construct relationship is 9.750. E-WOM through the tiktok platform has a positive and significant influence (O=0.563) on the composition of purchase decisions. The value of t-statisties in this construct relationship is 13.071. Marketing Content and E-WOM through the TikTok platform have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions on shopee.

Abstract

Waste management is a problem in the city of Bandung, with the landfill Sarimukti accommodating waste that exceeds the capacity of the site. A solution is needed to overcome the accumulation of waste, with the KangBurMa program with students providing education to the community to be able to sort organic and non-organic waste, establish maggot houses, carry out the concept of Buruan Sae as a habit of caring for cleanliness and greening in the KangPisman concept. This Community Service Program activity is beneficial for students, indirectly having practical knowledge and being able to understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness with good waste management and becoming a facilitator in the community, to create a waste-free environment.

Abstract

Planning a digital sales system that maximizes the role of Village-Owned Enterprises must integrate digital technology to expand market reach, improve operational efficiency, and empower local businesses. This plan includes the use of digital technology in sales systems, digital marketing strategies for Village-owned enterprise, capacity building and collaboration, and identifying the benefits of digital sales systems for Village-owned enterprise. Automation technology offers significant benefits for Village-owned enterprise, ranging from administrative efficiency, market expansion, cost savings, improved service quality, to community empowerment. By adopting automation systems, Village-owned enterprise can increase sales and contribute more significantly to sustainable village economic development. By designing an integrated digital sales system supported by appropriate digital marketing strategies, Village-owned enterprise can maximize their role as drivers of village economic development, increase village income, and strengthen the economic independence of village communities.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Stie Pembangunan Tanjungpinang, Tesis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Winaya Mukti Program Studi Magister Manajemen. dibawah bimbingan Dr. H. Deden komar Priyatna, ST., S.IP., MM., CHRA dan Dr. Winna Roswinna, SE., MM. CPM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Kompetensi (2) Motivasi; (3) Kinerja Pegawai; dan (4) Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para staf di lingkungan Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang dengan sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Tipe investigasinya adalah causalitas, serta time horizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa kompetensi Dosen STIE Pembangunan memberikan tanggapan baik, Motivasi Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang pada umumnya dapat dikatakan baik, lalu kinerja Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang saat ini dinilai baik. kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. Namun secara parsial kompetensi dominan mempengaruhi kinerja Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Karena kompetensi Dosen lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja, menjadi prioritas pertama dalam meningkatkan kinerja Dosen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang dengan kompeten lebih mungkin mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dalam pengajaran dan penelitian mereka sesuai dengan tridarma pendidikan dosen yang harus dijalankan untuk pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
