Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi SMK Negeri 3 Linggabuana, adalah perlunya peningkatan kompetensi lulusan yang tidak hanya menguasai aspek teoritis, tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan praktis dan sikap profesional yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan dan standar kerja industri menjadi tantangan utama dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing. Sebagai solusi, sekolah menyelenggarakan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) teori dan praktik pada Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) dengan melibatkan dosen praktisi perguruan tinggi sebagai penguji eksternal. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi pengujian berbasis standar kompetensi kerja, penilaian kinerja praktik administrasi perkantoran, layanan bisnis, serta evaluasi sikap profesional siswa untuk menjamin objektivitas dan validitas hasil penilaian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan selama dua hari dan diikuti oleh 34 siswa kelas akhir Jurusan MPLB. Seluruh tahapan UKK dilaksanakan secara sistematis, mulai dari persiapan instrumen, pelaksanaan ujian teori dan praktik, hingga evaluasi hasil oleh penguji internal dan eksternal. Dampak konkret dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi peserta, di mana terjadi kenaikan tingkat pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis siswa sebesar 30%, serta peningkatan sikap profesional dan kesiapan kerja sebesar 25%. Hasil UKK menyatakan 100% peserta dinyatakan kompeten, sehingga lulusan SMK Negeri 3 Linggabuana memiliki kesiapan yang lebih baik untuk memasuki dunia bisnis dan industri.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the level of work discipline, work motivation, and employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Youth and Sports Office, as well as to examine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance within the institution. The research employed a quantitative approach with descriptive verification methods, which allowed the researcher to describe existing conditions and then verify the relationship between variables through statistical testing. The population in this study consisted of all employees at the West Bandung Regency Youth and Sports Office, with saturated sampling used to ensure that every member of the population was included as a respondent. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, while multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination were applied with the support of SPSS 26 to measure the extent of influence between the variables studied. The findings showed that the levels of work discipline, work motivation, and employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Youth and Sports Office were generally categorized as high. Employees demonstrate adherence to organizational rules, commitment to punctuality, and respect for established procedures, all of which reflect strong work discipline. Likewise, employee work motivation was found to be high, supported by teamwork, interpersonal relationships, and a conducive work environment that encourages productivity. Employee performance also showed positive results, reflected in the ability to work collaboratively, fulfill responsibilities, and contribute actively to organizational tasks. Based on statistical tests, it can be concluded that work discipline and work motivation have a very strong and significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination indicated that 88.5% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and work motivation, while the remaining 11.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. These results emphasize the importance of enforcing discipline and enhancing motivation to improve overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Waste management has become a critical environmental issue in Bandung Regency due to increasing waste generation and the limited capacity of landfill sites. Improper waste management contributes to environmental pollution, public health problems, and the underutilization of waste as a potential economic resource. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to strengthen community capacity and participation in technology-based waste management through collaboration with the Environmental Agency of Bandung Regency by applying Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) technology. The program was implemented using a participatory approach, including initial socialization and education on waste management and environmental impacts, technical training on the operation and maintenance of RDF machines, and continuous assistance in managing processed waste products with economic value, such as organic compost and plastic pellets. Program evaluation employed a multidimensional impact assessment covering environmental, social, and economic aspects through pre-test and post-test instruments, participatory observation, and activity documentation. The results indicate a significant improvement in community knowledge, awareness, and participation in waste management practices, along with the potential reduction of landfill burden and the creation of new employment opportunities. This program demonstrates that technology-based waste management combined with a community-based waste management approach and circular economy principles can serve as a sustainable solution that delivers environmental, social, and economic benefits for local communities.

Abstract

Human resource development for Generation Alpha is based on the concepts of education and technology, due to daily habits that are closely linked to technology. However, the work abilities of Generation Alpha, characterized by their adaptability to technology and strong desire to learn, are not yet fully balanced due to a lack of soft skills such as communication, leadership, and social empathy. Respondents in this study were taken from secondary school students born after 2010. Using a verifiable quantitative research method based on literature studies, it was revealed that the variable of psychological well-being functions as a mediator between digital literacy and work readiness as well as soft skills and work readiness.  It is understood that optimal digital and social skills for use in the workplace also depend on mental balance and the ability to manage stress.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti pengaruh aksesibilitas layanan, kualitas layanan, dan digitalisasi sistem terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien dalam layanan kesehatan digital berbasis komunitas di daerah pedesaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) diterapkan pada data dari 47 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan pasien, dengan kualitas layanan menunjukkan pengaruh terkuat. Kepuasan pasien, pada gilirannya, memiliki dampak substansial terhadap loyalitas. Nilai R² sebesar 0,68 untuk kepuasan dan 0,72 untuk loyalitas menunjukkan daya penjelas yang kuat dari model tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks layanan kesehatan pedesaan, kualitas interaksi penyedia layanan dan kemudahan akses lebih penting daripada fitur teknologi semata. Digitalisasi terutama berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pendukung yang meningkatkan efisiensi layanan daripada sebagai pendorong utama kepuasan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada integrasi teori aksesibilitas layanan, kualitas layanan, dan transformasi digital sekaligus menawarkan wawasan praktis untuk pengembangan layanan kesehatan hibrida berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada pengalaman pasien.

Abstract

Transformasi digital mendorong perubahan sistem kerja pada berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, adopsi sistem kerja modern berbasis digital pada UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh peran kepemimpinan pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan pemilik UMKM dalam mengadopsi sistem kerja modern berbasis digital pada UMKM sektor kerajinan tangan di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pemilik dan karyawan UMKM yang dipilih secara purposive, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilik UMKM berperan sebagai pengambil keputusan utama, teladan dalam penggunaan sistem kerja digital, serta pengelola resistensi karyawan terhadap perubahan. Adopsi sistem kerja digital dilakukan secara bertahap dan berdampak pada perubahan pola komunikasi, pembagian tugas, serta pengawasan kerja yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien, meskipun pemanfaatan teknologi masih bersifat sederhana. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi sistem kerja UMKM sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kepemimpinan pemilik usaha. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan implikasi kebijakan bagi pengembangan UMKM di Jawa Barat, khususnya dalam perancangan program transformasi digital yang menekankan penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan pemilik UMKM, pendampingan adopsi teknologi, dan integrasi sistem kerja digital yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Kawasan perkotaan menghadapi tekanan lingkungan dan meningkatnya beban ekonomi rumah tangga akibat keterbatasan lahan dan pesatnya urbanisasi. Dalam kerangka green economy, penerapan green infrastructure pada skala rumah tangga berpotensi menjadi strategi adaptif berbasis lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak ekonomi penerapan green infrastructure terhadap pemanfaatan lahan rumah tangga di Kecamatan Rancasari, Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi pada rumah tangga pelaku green infrastructure. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik urban farming rumah tangga berkontribusi langsung pada pengurangan pengeluaran pangan harian, pemanenan air hujan menurunkan ketergantungan terhadap pasokan air berbayar, dan sistem biopori berperan dalam efisiensi pemanfaatan lahan sempit tanpa tambahan biaya operasional signifikan. Secara ekonomi, dampak yang dirasakan rumah tangga lebih dominan pada penghematan pengeluaran rutin dibandingkan peningkatan pendapatan langsung. Selain itu, keberadaan elemen hijau meningkatkan persepsi kenyamanan hunian, nilai estetika, dan potensi nilai properti, yang dipandang sebagai manfaat ekonomi tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa green infrastructure skala rumah tangga berfungsi sebagai strategi efisiensi ekonomi mikro melalui mekanisme penghematan biaya dan optimalisasi lahan, serta mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan di kawasan permukiman perkotaan

Abstract

Digital transformation in the trade sector has encouraged marketplaces to utilize social media as a primary medium for business communication and marketing activities. Promotional campaigns such as discounts, free shipping, shopping vouchers, and flash sales are widely used strategies to attract consumer attention and increase user engagement within the online shopping ecosystem. This article aims to analyze how digital business communication is implemented in marketplace marketing campaigns on social media, identify communication barriers that occur, and understand patterns of user interaction in digital conversations. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using Social Network Analysis and NVivo software to process data from social media conversations related to marketplace promotional campaigns. The analysis reveals that user discussions are dominated by price promotion themes, particularly discounts and free shipping, which play a major role in attracting consumer interest. In addition, consumer trust and shopping experience emerge as important factors that strengthen user engagement in digital interactions. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of business communication in marketplace marketing depends not only on promotional intensity but also on the platform’s ability to build consumer trust and provide a positive shopping experience within the digital commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

Indonesian Food And Drug Authority (BPOM) has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of policies, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, the implementation of technical guidance and supervision. This study analyzes the Performance and Level of Service Importance (Importance Performance Analysis-IPA) in BPOM, in Quadrant I shows the highest service performance. In this quadrant there are indicators of Officer Cost and Behavior. On the cost indicator, it does not involve too many officers. Payment of services can be made by customers online with a virtual account. Customers assessing cost indicators are important aspects of the service and the assessment of its satisfactory performance "Good". This means that BPOM service products are in accordance with customer needs.
