Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Tangerang Regency faces significant challenges in maintaining and increasing labor productivity, where employee motivation is a crucial factor influenced by various aspects of wage and benefits policies. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 employee participants. This study applied a saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population was used as a sample, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS software. The results of the analysis showed that the compensation system had a positive impact and had a significant influence on work morale, with a determination effect (R²) of 0.684. This situation shows that 68.4% of the difference in work motivation is influenced by compensation factors. This study recommends that companies consider the compensation system as a strategic instrument in improving staff morale.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya masyarakat kecil menengah ke bawah yang memiliki usaha dengan pemasaran secara konvensional dan belum memahami penggunaan pemasaran digital. Penjualan rata-rata masih dilakukan dari mulut kemulut, menjajakan produknya di tempat-tempat strategis dan sebagian melalui status whanshap. Perlu pengembangan sistem penjualan secara digital dengan menggunakan platform e-commerce atau dengan membangun aplikasi digital sendiri. Tujuan dari paper ini adalah implementasi metode Agile dalam pengembangan aplikasi penjualan produk makanan tradisional Pempek. Pengembangan aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode agile dan validasi aplikasi dengan menggunakan User Acceptance Test untuk memastikan sistem dapat digunakan dengan baik. Aplikasi penjualan dengan metode Agila dapat mengatasi permasalahan penjualan Pempek saat ini. Kedepannya aplikasi ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan tidak semata-semata satu produk Pempek saja tetapi dengan produk makanan tradisional lainnya seperti Tekwan, Bakso, Gudeg atau produk lainnya sehingga platform dapat mengakomodir masyarakat yang ingin membeli berbagai produk makanan tradisional Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong berbagai sektor bisnis, termasuk usaha kecil menengah, untuk beradaptasi melalui sistem berbasis komputer guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi operasional. Kedai Ngunjuk Indonesia menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan stok barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian antara data dan kondisi fisik di gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi inventory berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile Software Development yang bersifat iteratif, fleksibel, dan memungkinkan kolaborasi aktif antara pengembang dan pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta kuesioner terhadap pemilik dan pegawai kedai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mempermudah proses penginputan, pemantauan, serta pelaporan stok secara real-time. Pengujian menggunakan black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi inventory berbasis web ini menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung digitalisasi dan kinerja operasional pada usaha kecil seperti Kedai Ngunjuk Indonesia.

Abstract

Problems that occur in the field show that the performance of teachers in several Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal, which is reflected in the low discipline in the implementation of tasks, lack of innovation in learning methods, and the achievement of student learning outcomes that are not in accordance with the set educational quality standards. This condition indicates the existence of managerial and leadership factors of madrasah heads that need attention, considering the strategic role of madrasah heads as educational leaders in mobilizing all school resources to achieve educational goals, this study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership management to the governance of Islamic educational institutions by focusing on its influence on teacher performance and education quality. In the research conducted in this madrasah, a quantitative method was used with a survey research design on 85 teachers from three Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is believed to be a crucial driver and force for realizing sustainable learning, so there is an urgent need to consolidate existing research to provide a clear and structured understanding of its tangible benefits, broader impacts, and ongoing challenges. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by offering a concise overview of the role of AI in supporting sustainable learning in terms of benefits, impacts, and challenges in the era of society. Through a periodic review (SLR) of studies published between 2023 to 2025, this paper summarizes evidence on how AI enhances student learning engagement. This synthesis outlines the challenges, impacts, and pitfalls of using AI. The findings reveal that AI-driven tools—including intelligent tutoring systems, chatbots, emotion recognition systems, and adaptive learning platforms—significantly enhance personalized learning experiences and student motivation. This review synthesizes the technological landscape, outlining its benefits, impacts, and persistent challenges. Despite its potential, ethical, technical, and pedagogical hurdles remain. Consequently, this study lays the groundwork for future research and development in AI-based continuous learning. This study has several limitations. The literature review does not cover the specific designs and methodologies for measuring student engagement with AI. It also focuses on explicit outcomes like engagement and motivation, potentially overlooking unintended consequences or long-term impacts of AI integration. Furthermore, the analysis is constrained by the varying methodological quality and reporting transparency of the primary studies included.
