This study aims to determine the role of communication extension counselor and how far farmers can understand the purpose and purpose of counseling. This research was conducted by using primary data obtained from direct interview with Field Extension Officer and Farmer Group using the prepared kusioner. Secondary data obtained from BPS Manado City and BP3K Office. The result of the research shows that the communication done by PPL has used good communication technique so that the farmer group following the counseling can receive and understand the intent and purpose of the material which have been submitted by each PPL.

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of production factors on rice farming production. This research was conducted in Urban Village of Koya, Sub-district of South Tondano, Minahasa District by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this research was done by using Simple Random Sampling method with 60 farmers as respondents. The variables measured in this research are production, land area, amount of labor, amount of phonska fertilizer, amount of urea fertilizer, number of seeds and amount of pesticide. The data analysis used is Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the influence of each factor of production on the produced production. Simultaneously variable of land area, seed, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, pesticide and labor have an effect on rice field production in Koya. Individual variables of land area, urea seed and fertilizer have a significant effect on rice production.

The objectives of this research are: (1) Analyzing any susceptibility factors that can influence people downstream of Sario River to settle or not stay in settlements located in flood prone areas, (2) Reviewing the policy of flood-prone settlement management what is most effective in overcoming the existing flood problems at the site. This research was conducted in September until November 2017. Sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Analytical technique used in this research using quantitative method that is using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the most influencing factor of the person staying in the flood prone area downstream of the Sario River is the social susceptibility factor precisely the social ties, ie the close kinship between the members of the community in the location. (2) Furthermore, the most appropriate government program for dealing with settlements of the lower flood prone areas of the Sario River is through the creation of a retaining river basin or river dredging.

The objective of this research is to analyze the benefits received by the palm sugar household industry is in one time production process. This research was conducted in Pandu Village, Bunaken Subdistrict,Manado City. This study was conducted for 3 months from June to August 2017. The data obtained is the primary data obtained from three farmer craftsmen of palm sugar. Based on the result ofthe research, it can be concluded that the business of oil palm agroindustry in Pandu Urban Village, Bunaken Sub-district, Manado City is very profitable and get value R / C = 2, 29 which means theindustry is profitable and feasible to be developed.

The objective of this research is to know the comparison of Superjohn varieties and varieties of Granola L in Pinasungkulan Utara Village, Modoinding District. The location of the study was determined purposively (purposive sampling), the determination of the number of samples taken by census (Saturated Sampling) for farmers varieties Granola L as much as 20 farmers and 20 farmers Superjohn varieties taken simple random (Simple Random Sampling). The method of analysis used in this research is the analysis of farm income and komaparatif analysis by using t-test two samples Independent Sample T-test. The results showed that the average income of farmers Superjohn varieties is Rp.70.062.947,00 lower than the average income obtained by farmers varieties Granola L Rp.87.029.058,00. It can be seen that the average income difference between the two varieties is Rp.16.960.111,00. Based on statistical test results with MINITAB Program, the calculation of income per hectare obtained significant value of P-Value of 0.01 at Î± 5% that is 0,01 < 0,05. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is tested for the fact that there is a significant difference between Superjohn varieties potato production income and Granola L varieties.

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with Warunk Bendito service in the Megamas Manado area. This research was conducted in three months starting from preparation to compiling the research report from January 2019 to March 2019. This study uses primary and secondary data. The sampling method in this study was done by accidental sampling. Primary data collection is done by interview technique directly to 60 respondents based on questionnaires that have been prepared in advance. While secondary data collection is obtained from existing documents Warunk Bendito, books available at local bookstores and the internet through google scholar searches to access articles from various scientific journals and other university â€œskripsiâ€ related to this research, especially concerning consumer satisfaction with service. The results of the study using the Likert Scale analysis showed that the index of the level of consumer satisfaction with the service of Warunk Bendito in the Megamas area of Manado was at the point of 83.2% which was in the very satisfied category.*jnkd+erprm*

This study aims to analyze the added value of strawberry processing into double berry juice atÂ Caffe Dâ€™Mooat in Mooat Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research location wasÂ chosen deliberately, namely the area that cultivated strawberries in Bolaang Mongondow TimurÂ District, Mooat Village. This research was conducted from August to October 2018. The CaffeÂ Dâ€™Mooat research site was in Mooat Village, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. The data usedÂ are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from observations and directÂ interviews with the owner of Caffe Dâ€™Mooat (one respondent) based on the questionnaireÂ (questionnaire) that had been prepared previously. Secondary data was obtained from CaffeÂ Dâ€™Mooat's profile, local bookstore, internet through google scholar to get electronic books, journalÂ articles and thesis related to the topic of research on the added value of strawberry fruit. The methodÂ used in this study is a case study method. Data obtained were analyzed using value added accordingÂ to the method of Hayami et al. (1987). The results of this study indicate that in one process theÂ production of double berry juice provides added value of Rp. 68.54/gram.*eprm

This study aims to analyze the income of potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, as many as 30 farmers who worked on potatoes. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interview with potato farmers in Sinsingon Village. Secondary data were collected from the Sinsingon Village Office and Passi Timur Sub-district Agriculutural Extension Office. Data analysis uses the formula for income and R / C ratio. The results showed that the average potato farm receipts per farmer was Rp. 18,746,000 and the total average cost per farmer is Rp. 10,891,458.33 and produce an average income per farmer of Rp. 7,854,541.67 so as to obtain an R / C ratio of> 1 which is 1.72, it means that the potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District is experiencing profit so that this business is worth the effort.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of land production factors, labor, seeds, urea and phonska fertilizers, as well as pesticides on the production of lowland rice farming in Tumani Village, Maesaan Sub-district. This research was conducted for two months from July to August 2019. The method of sampling used simple random sampling method. Data is collected by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from 50 farmers as respondents through interviews with the help of a questionnaire while secondary data were obtained by searching documents from the Department of Agriculture. Analysis of the data used is the Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the effect of each production factor on the production produced. The results showed that, the variable area of land, seeds, phonska and labor had a significant effect, while the variable urea fertilizer and pesticides had no significant effect on the production of lowland rice in Tumani Village, Maustic District. * eprm *
