Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of tomato farming on former unused land in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months, starting from March to May 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method of 10 respondents. The results showed that the income from respondent farmers with an average land area of 0.13 ha was Rp. 37,857,500, while the average total cost was Rp. 13,590,685, so that the total average income of farmers was Rp. 23,221,815. Tomato farming on a former idle land in Taraitak Satu Village received a production price BEP of Rp 120,271 per cash, so the situation was not profit or loss. In fact, the price per cash reached Rp 175,000 per cash, meaning the selling price was above the break-even point and the BEP production volume was obtained. production of 78 cash then the situation is not profit or loss in fact the production reaches 113 cash, this means that production is at the break-even point of production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online media on the marketing of small and medium business products in the culinary field in Sario District, Manado City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews in the field using a questionnaire to owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who are working in the culinary field. Secondary data is data obtained from the second source of the required data. The number of respondents in this study were 20 SME owners in the culinary field in Sario District, Manado City. The data were analyzed using an interactive model data analysis technique consisting of four components of the analysis process, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it was found that with the existence of online media, sales of small and medium businesses in Sario District are very effective for owners. It can be seen from the increase in sales ranging from 30% to 60%. The online media used are facebook, whatsapp, instagram, gofood, grabfood, shopeefood and maxim food and goods.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how consumers' perceptions of aspects of the existing marketing mix at Black Cup Coffee Roaster Manado. This research was conducted from March 2022 to June 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data isobtained from direct interviews with consumers using questionnaires, to 60 respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the documents of Black Cup Coffee Roaster. Secondary data was also obtained through the internet using Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the research topic, namely Consumer Perception Analysis on Aspects of the Marketing Mix (Marketing Mix 7P) at Coffeeshop. The results showed that consumer perceptions of aspects of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, People and Physical Evidence) on the Black Cup Coffee Roaster were classified as good. In terms of the marketing mix (Product, Process, and People) applied by Black Cup Coffee Roaster, it is classified as very good. In the aspect of the marketing mix (Price, Promotion, Place, and Physical Evidence) it is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to identify strategic planning for Culinary MSMEs in Wanea District during the Covid-19 pandemic and analyze strategic planning for Culinary MSMEs in Wanea District during the Covid-19 pandemic.This research was made on February till march 2022. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative analysis with in-depth interviews and quantitative analysis using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Culinary MSMEs in Wanea District carried out strategic planning from the marketing mix aspect (product, place, price, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, and based on the SWOT analysis the strategic planning position of the Culinary MSMEs in Wanea District was in Quadrant I (meeting between Strengths). and Opportunities) which shows that the Culinary MSMEs of Wanea District are in a favorable position because they have strengths and opportunities, namely by using online media as the best promotion during the pandemic and collaborating with delivery service applications so that products are more easily obtained by the public.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to analyze the efficiency of production factor use of Broccoli farming. Aims to analyze the efficiency the use of production factors of in broccoli farming. This study was conducted in Kakaskasen for five months, starting from October until February, 2013. This study has been conducted on all existing broccoli farmers in Kakaskasen village. Datais analyzed by using descriptive analysis, to describe the characteristics of broccoli farmers and characteristics broccoli farm, and regression analysis with cobb-douglas production function to describe the relationship between the production of broccoli with the factors of production. Analyses were performed by using Minitab 16 program. Economic efficiency of each factors of production can be seen from the ratio of the value of the marginal product of an input X1with the input prices.The results showed that an average area of land cultivated by 0.41 Ha, the average utilization of 0.118 kg/ha, the average utilization of manure by 493.83 kg/ha, the average usage of 198.33 kg/ha NPK, average The average use of urea fertilizer was 207.08 kg/ha and the average utilization of 70.93 person-days of labor per ha. Technically efficient use of seed production factor, labor, manure and NPK fertilizer was efficient and the use of production factors land area is still not efficient, while the use of factors of production was not efficient. Economically, the use of factors of production land, labor seeds, manure and NPK fertilizer still yet efficient, while the use of factors of production and urea fertilizer not efficient.To increase the production of land can still be used. In addition, the use of urea fertilizer should be reduced because their use was excessive.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to determine the effect of social change especially attitudes and social values, for the increasing Idle land in the village of Tombasian Atas Kawangkoan West Subdistrict.Data collection was conducted for three months, since January 2014 until March 2014. Data obtained are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through the survey directly to the owners of idle land in the "Tombasian Atas" village, West Kawangkoan Subdistrict. Secondary data obtained through the government of "Tombasian Atas" Village. Sampling used "Census Method", where the entire population was investigated without exception. A Likert scale analysis are using to determine the effect of social change, especially for the attitudes.The results showed that the influences of social change on Idle land in "Tombasian Atas" village, West Kawangkoan Subdistrict are high based on the attitudes and sosial values of landowners.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to compare rice farmer income between participant and nonparticipant at Agro Commodity Auction Market in Kiniar, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency.The data have been collected for four months, since September 2013 until January 2014. The data consist of Primary and Secondary data. The primary data have been earned from survey to the farmers, participant and nonparticipant directly. The secondary data have been earned from all of the institutions that related with this research.The sampling has been done by using simple random sampling technique, where 15 samples for each population were taken to find out the difference between their incomes, so that we can compare them, with t-test.The result from this research showed that the income between farmer as participant and nonparticipant at Agro Commodity Auction Market ware different. The income average of rice farmer in Kiniar as participant is higher than the income average of rice farmer as nonparticipant at Agro Commodity Auction Market.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this study is to analyze the levels of liquidity Current Ratio of Credit Cooperative “Kamangtawaya”, Sendangan Village Remboken Sub District Minahasa Regency, based on financial report from 2008 to 2013. Research was conducted at Cooperative “Kamangtawaya”, Sendangan Village Remboken Sub District Minahasa Regency lasted for 4 months from January 2014 to April 2014. Data was collected by survey methods. Data collected was secondary data obtained from the data and the books of financial statements as well as interviewed with cooperative leader and treasurer. Data used from were data 2008 to 2013.The research result showed that Credit Cooperative “Kamangtawaya”, Sendangan Village Remboken Sub District was good enough in managing their short-term liabilities, current ratio obtained by the cooperative is still in the normal phase that was is above 100%. So that the savings and Credit Cooperative Kamangtawaya still able to meet its short term obligations.

Abstract

ABSRACTThe objective of this research is to identify the effect ofgovernment expenditure to GRDP of agriculture sector in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from October to November 2014 by using secondary data in form of tim series data in 2005-2013 period obtained from North Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics and North Sulawesi Province Agriculture and Livestock Department. Analysis of data uses simple linear regression method using Minitab Statistics program version 16.Research result showed that 80,3 percent of GRDP Agriculture sector was significantly affected by Government expenditureat 30 percent significance level, therefore it can be concluded that the increasing of government expenditure of agriculture sectorincrease GRDP of agriculture sector in North Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine what type of media a lot and frequently accessed by the farmers and the relationship between communication media exposure available with the ongoing development of farming in the village Rurukan, as well as farmers' perceptions of communication media circulating in the Village Rurukan. These results indicate that horticultural farmers in villages Rurukan already regarding the use of communication media as an information for agricultural development to marketing, communications media are often used to capture the agricultural information is television, radio, and newspaper. Communications mediais most often accessed by farmers is through themedium of television, while the communication mediumfarmersarerarely accessed via the internet, it shows that thevillage farmersto better respond Rurukan through the medium of television that is easily accessible and understood by farmers/ farmer groups so as tosaid tothe televisionasthe most influentialmedium of communication and helps farmers/ farmer groups to obtain information about his farming business management. Therefore, in this study suggested farmers / farmer groups horticulture can continue to evolve with the demands of the modern era in the use of communication media, for it sought for agricultural extension workers, farmers and farmer groups are able to call on other farmers who are not familiar with the communications media and the still use traditional farming systems to use the Media Communication switch in crops, especially internet media because the information is always updated especially regarding price, as well as jointly develop horticulture farming results while utilizing media Communications for the needs of the farmer tried.
