Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing customer loyalty at Kopi Kenangan Bahu Kota Manado. The study was conducted from May to June 2023, and respondent selection was done randomly. Both primary and secondary data were utilized in the research. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires from 58 consumers at Kopi Kenangan Bahu Kota Manado. Secondary data were obtained from Kopi Kenangan Bahu and through relevant journal articles and theses related to the research topic, which is Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty. The research findings indicate that the quality of products and services at Kopi Kenangan Bahu does not significantly affect customer loyalty. On the other hand, promotions through social media, such as discount offers and loyalty programs, play a significant role in building and maintaining customer loyalty. The analysis results reveal that promotions have the highest coefficient value, indicating that this promotional strategy is a key factor that Kopi Kenangan Bahu should pay attention to in order to maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the corn supply chain in South Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection in this study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were those involved in the corn supply chain, namely farmers, collectors, and consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The results showed that the corn supply chain in Tumani Selatan Village consisted of Farmers-Traders-Collectors-Consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The product flow starts from the farmers harvesting the corn and then selling the corn to the collectors and then the collecting traders distribute the corn to consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The financial flow starts from consumers buying corn from collectors at a price of IDR 5,300/Kg with a transfer transaction system via bank then the collector buys corn from farmers at a price of IDR 4,800/Kg with a direct system (cash). The flow of information flows from two directions, the first direction is that consumers from Kawangkoan and Sonder inform the collecting traders that they need 3,000 kg for consumers at Kawangkoan and 3,000 kg for consumers at Sonder, then the collecting traders inform the corn price to farmers, namely IDR 4,800/Kg. The second direction is that the farmers inform the collectors about the availability of corn and provide information on the location where the corn is taken, then the collectors inform the consumers about the corn to be sold.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business profits of Sheren MU Bagea Cake in Buyungon Village Amurang District South Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for 2 months from May to June 2023. The data collected were primary data obtained from direct interviews with entrepreneurs of Sheren MU Bagea Cake, using questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from journals, research reports taken from the internet. The results of the study were analyzed descriptively with profit analysis. The results showed that the amount of net profit from the Sheren MU business in Buyungon Village, Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency was IDR3,061,683 per week, in a month of IDR12,246,732, and in a period of 1 year it was IDR146,960,784.

Abstract

This study aims to describe people's perceptions of female farm laborers in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from May to July 2023. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 25 respondents who are the general public of Wuwuk Village. Secondary data obtained from literature studies, libraries, and journals. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the people of Wuwuk Village on average agree with women's work as farm laborers because according to the community work as farm laborers is work that not only men but also women can do. The Wuwuk Village community considers that the women farm workers in Wuwuk Village are tough women whose energy and performance are not inferior to men, and there are even women whose energy and performance are better than men. However, there are also people who disagree with women's work as farm laborers because according to the community work as farm laborers is not suitable for women, they argue that women should focus on household activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of “Tinutuan Marlan” Restaurant in Bahu, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted over a period of 3 (three) months from September to November 2023 at “Tinutuan Marlan” Restaurant in Bahu, Malalayang District, Manado City. Primary data for this study were obtained through direct interviews with the owner of “Tinutuan Marlan” Restaurant, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Secondary data included business records from “Tinutuan Marlan” Restaurant and internet sources such as journals. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. Data analysis in this study included production cost analysis, revenue analysis, and profit analysis. The results of the study indicate that “Tinutuan Marlan” Restaurant in Bahu, Malalayang District, Manado City is profitable. The total weekly revenue received is IDR6,126,000, total weekly expenses are IDR3,428,250, resulting in a weekly profit of IDR2,697,750. For daily calculations over 6 days a week, the restaurant receives IDR1,021,000 per day in revenue, incurs IDR571,375 in daily expenses, and achieves a daily profit of IDR449,625.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing mix at Mako Cake and Bakery Mega Mall Manado outlet. This research was carried out at Maco Cake And Bakery in Mega Mall Manado, and the research time is 2 (two) months, the data used in this research is primary and secondary data, the sampling method uses the Qualitative Descriptive Method. Based on the results of interviews conducted, this research shows that the location/distribution channel strategy in this marketing mix is very profitable for the Mako Cake and Bakery Outlet in Mega Mall Manado, the reason is because it is located near the entrance which is easy to find, and also the ease of transportation to reach the location which is in the city center. The marketing mix results for product, price, place and promotion have been carried out well. In terms of products, it is in accordance with the motto of Mako cake and bakery, namely High-quality, refined, and delicious bread and pastries or high- quality, smooth and delicious bread and pastries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profits of the Goroho Manalagi Banana Chips business in Dendengan Dalam Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City. This research was carried out from June 2023 to August 2023. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations as well as documentation with business owners, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, written sources or documents that have relevance to this research. The data analysis used is Total Revenue, Total Cost and Profit. The results of the study show that, the analysis of the profits of the Goroho Manalagi banana chips business for 5 days of production can be concluded that the cost of banana chip production is IDR 3.459.683,04 and the revenue is IDR 4,277,000.00 so that the profit obtained in one week is IDR 817.316,96.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan saluran pemasaran dan menghitung marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share di Desa Kakenturan Kecamatan Modoinding, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode survei dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling pada lembaga pemasaran dengan jumlah sampel 10 petani, 3 pedagang pengumpul desa, 2 pedagang pengecer antar kota dan 2 pedagang antar pulau. Hasil penelitian saluran pemasaran kentang yang ada di Desa Kakenturan terdiri dari tiga saluran, yaitu saluran pemasaran I : petani ke pedagang pengumpul ke konsumen, saluran pemasaran II : petani ke pedagang pengumpul ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen, dan saluran pemasaran III : petani ke pedagang pengumpul ke pedagang antar pulau ke konsumen. Margin pemasaran tertinggi yaitu pada saluran pemasaran III sebesar Rp5.000. Farmer’s share tertinggi yaitu pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar 90,90%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dari pengolahan limbah kohe ayam menjadi pupuk kandang di PT. Tomohon Apat Masharie, Kelurahan Taratara Dua, Kota Tomohon. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian proses pengolahan menghasilkan output sebesar 300 kg pupuk kandang dari total input 360 kg limbah kohe ayam dengan rasio konversi sebesar 0,833. Produk akhir dijual dengan harga Rp5.000 per kilogram. Karena bahan baku utama berupa limbah tidak menimbulkan biaya, maka komponen biaya terbesar berasal dari bahan penolong sebesar Rp1.176,33 per kilogram. Imbalan tenaga kerja diberikan sebesar Rp278 per kilogram (9,3%) sedangkan keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh mencapai Rp2.710,33 per kilogram (90,7%). Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa pengolahan limbah kohe ayam menjadi pupuk kandang tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis tinggi tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Pendekatan ini dapat dijadikan strategi alternatif dalam pengelolaan limbah berbasis pertanian berkelanjutan oleh karena itu, implementasi metode ini dinilai layak untuk direplikasi dalam skala yang lebih luas di sektor agrikultur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi curahan waktu kerja wanita tani dalam kegiatan usahatani jagung di Desa Lowian, Kecamatan Maesaan, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara bola salju (snowball sampling) yaitu dari dalam rumah ke petani jagung ke tenaga kerja wanita tani, dan ke tenaga kerja wanita tani lainnya kepada 10 wanita tani yang telah bekerja minimal 2 tahun. Metode analisis data menggunakan secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan satuan HOK (Hari Orang Kerja). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi curahan waktu kerja wanita tani pada usahatani jagung di Desa Lowian paling banyak pada pekerjaan pemupukan dengan jam kerja wanita tani berjumlah 0,76 HOK dengan persentase berjumlah 61,1%, dan kontribusi tenaga kerja wanita tani paling rendah pada pekerjaan pengolahan lahan dengan jam kerja wanita tani berjumlah 0,28 HOK dengan persentase berjumlah 8,57%. Wanita tani memiliki peranan penting dalam usahatani jagung, terutama pada tahapan yang memerlukan ketelitian dan ketekunan. Dukungan dan pemberdayaan terhadap tenaga kerja wanita perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendorong produktivitas pertanian.
