Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of the tahlily interpretation method and the muqaran interpretation method. This research uses a qualitative approach and a literature review method. Analytical methods or tahlily methods, namely, interpreting qur'anic verses by explaining all aspects contained in the interpreted verses and explaining the meanings included in them in accordance with the expertise and tendency of mufasir who interpret the verses. While Muqaran interpretation is one of the interpretive methods that use comparison techniques in revealing or explaining qur'anic verses, so that the main targets in this cashede are verses that seem to have similar redactions, which speak of the same case or two different cases , the second target is a verse that appears to contradict the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) by birth, and the last is to compare the views of the scholars of the interpretation of the verse they interpreted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the iqra learning paradigm in building the nation's character. This research uses a qualitative approach and a literature study method. Based on the results of the study, the iqra paradigm in learning is able to touch the substantive meaning, namely the ruhiah aspect, where education almost loses this aspect. There are at least two aspects that must exist in the world of education today, namely the aspect of affection and directionality of values. The approach of compassion and the development of divine values should be integral in the entire educational effort. Because the success of education cannot be separated from these two aspects. How these aspects are read and absorbed by students in educational communication delivered by the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali pandangan mufasir dalam Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 260 dan implikasinya terhadap pendidik dan peserta didik. Pendidik dan Peserta didik merupakan komponen yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam proses pendidikan. Al-Quran sebagai pedoman hidup dalam hal ini telah mengisyaratkan adanya konsep pendidik dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini mengkaji Q.S. Al-Baqarah ayat 260 dari rujukan enam kitab tafsir sebagai referensi utama dan jurnal serta referensi lainnya sebagai referensi sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ayat tersebut mengindikasikan bahwasannya media pembelajaran harus dibuat dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal, yaitu: diawali dengan nama Allah, sebaiknya dilengkapi dengan identitas pemateri yang akan menyampaikan, adanya isi materi pelajaran yang mengajarkan kebaikan, menggunakan konten yang indah, tertata rapi, isinya singkat dan jelas, menggunakan bahasa yang lemah lembut, tidak diiringi cercaan atau cacian, menarik perhatian, dan tidak diiringi dengan muatan materi yang melukai orang yang melihatnya. siswa dalam proses pembelajaran perlu mengarahkan dirinya menuju Allah SWT, mengedepankan adab, dan mengeksplor rasa ingin tahu yang ada. Selain itu, ayat tersebut mengandung isyarat bagi guru dalam proses pendidikan hendaknya menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu peserta didik, menumbuhkan suasana kelas yang nyaman untuk bertanya, menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang tepat, dan mengarahkan proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai Ridha Allah SWT.

Abstract

institutions need management to ensure effective and efficient education. One of the ways this can be realized is by having quality teaching staff. In reality, there are still inadequately qualified teaching staff which has an impact on school quality. Thus, strategic management is needed to overcome this. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of strategic management, the quality of teaching staff, and the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of teaching staff at Miftahul Huda Al Husna Vocational School, Tasikmalaya City. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) the implementation of strategic management runs quite optimally through activities a) strategic planning including formulating the school's vision, mission and goals, internal and external analysis using SWOT analysis, and making short, medium and long term plans. b) strategic implementation includes having school policies, providing motivation to teaching staff, and allocating resources, c) strategic evaluation by supervising all school programs, monitoring the learning process, and providing direction. 2) quality of staff, a) pedagogical competence by compiling, implementing and evaluating learning, b) personality competence, namely being a role model for students, and 3) social competence by communicating with students, fellow students, parents/guardians of students and the community, and d) professional competence is visible from mastery of the subjects taught. (3) the implementation of strategic management at Miftahul Huda Al Husna Vocational School, Tasikmalaya City is quite optimal so that it has an impact on the quality of teaching staff. However, there are still several factors inhibiting teaching staff, not all of them are linear and there is a lack of certified teaching staff. Supporting factors include the enthusiasm and cooperation of teaching staff in implementing strategic management.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the dynamics of wayang golek art and to highlight its sustainability in the future. Modernity, the acceleration of technological devices and globalization wave in the last two decades, transfers great pressure on traditional arts and culture. Wayang Golek, a performing art originally from West Java, has recently received a fairly strong wave of resistance due to changes in the social culture which is mainly leading to modernity. By using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing two main players as the puppeteers of Wayang Golek. The data analysis uses the theory of Miles and Hubberman, and the theoretical review of Islamic studies. The results of the study show that 1) Wayang Golek has unique characteristics, where the talent needed tends to go through the "inheritance" tradition, 2) Wayang Golek can be a bridge for internalizing religious and humanist values for the community through unique stories based on custom, 3) the restriction of Wayang Golek performance due to the Covid-19 pandemic leads the puppeteers to be more creative to survive, such as creating videos and uploading them in YouTube and other social media, and 4) the preservation of this art depends on the serious attention of all parties, from the government, regional officials, and the community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeskplorasi dinamika kesenian wayang golek, serta menyoroti keberlangsungan ‘hidup’ seni tradisional wayang golek dimasa yang akan datang. Era modernitas, akselerasi perangkat teknologi dan gelombang arus globalisasi dalam dua dekade terakhir, memberikan tekanan hebat pada wilayah seni dan budaya tradisional. Wayang Golek sebuah seni pertunjukkan yang berasal dari Jawa Barat akhir-akhir ini mengalami gelombang resistensi cukup kuat imbas dari perubahan kultur sosial masyarakat yang bergerak kearah modernitas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap dua pemain utama sebagai “Dalang” Wayang Golek, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubberman, dan kajian teoritis Islamic studies. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Seni Wayang Golek memiliki karakteristik unik, dimana bakat yang dibutuhkan cenderung melalui tradisi “warisan”, 2) Wayang Golek dapat menjadi jembatan internalisasi nilai-nilai religius dan humanis bagi masyarakat melalui cerita-cerita unik berbasis adat, 3) dilarangnya pagelaran Wayang Golek akibat pandemi Covid-19 membuat para dalang lebih kreatif untuk bertahan, seperti membuat video dan menunggahnya ke YouTube dan media sosial yang lain, dan 4) Kelestarian kesenian ini bergantung terhadap perhatian serius semua pihak baik dari pemerintah, pejabat daerah, maupun masyarakat.
