Abstract

Livestock health is one of the factors that influence the success of cattle farming in West Nusa Tenggara Province. One of the areas that has the potential for livestock development in NTB is Darmasari Village, Sikur district, East Lombok Regency. One of the problems that occurs in the village is that farmers do not maintain the health of livestock properly so that losses can occur as seen from the low knowledge of livestock health management. The purpose of the livestock posyandu is to improve the welfare of farmers through animal health and provide knowledge to farmers in livestock health management. Several methods of activities were carried out, including the preparation stage starting from surveys and observations, the implementation stage which consisted of briefings by the Animal Health and Livestock Services, group divisions, and healthy injection activities, and the final stage was carried out, namely the evaluation of activities. The results of the activities carried out include (1) briefing conducted by the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office represented by the Head of the Animal Health Division, (2) group division, (3) livestock health services carried out include giving vitamins and medicines to livestock, (4) evaluation carried out after the Livestock Posyandu activity is completed. With the livestock posyandu activities carried out routinely and continuously, it is expected to minimize the negative impact of livestock diseases so that the quality of livestock health increases and the selling price of livestock in the market is higher

Abstract

The current development of the digital era is marked by the increasingly massive useof social media. Social media has become a very effective tool for promoting variousproducts and services, including tourist destinations. Appropriate image management andmarketing strategies through digital platforms can have a significant impact on increasingthe popularity of a tourist or cultural destination. Branding is done to convey the uniquenessof products, services or tourism to the target market. In carrying out branding, it mustinclude brand, identity and values. Meanwhile, when carrying out promotions, you must payattention to relevant social media trends and targets. This digital media-based branding andpromotion activity uses direct socialization and training methods which aim to provideeducation as well as skills for South Pringgasela youth as future tourism managers throughsocial media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh pemberian Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Packages For The Social Sciences) 24.0 for Windows. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat terkecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik serta uji F untuk menguji koefisien regresi secara parsial dan simultan. Selain itu juga digunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.447 > 1.99394 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.017. Ada pengaruh Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.386 > 1.99394 dengan nilai signifikasi < 0.05 yaitu 0.020 lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.020 < 0.05). Lalu ada pula pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung sebesar 4.153 > 1.99394 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.000. Dan, secara bersama Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal tersebut dilihat berdasarkan hasi uji F, dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu sebesar 20.277 > 2.73 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.000.

Abstract

The development of Prezi learning media was carried out based on a problem found at SDN Jayabakti 03, namely the lack of teachers in utilizing learning media. As a result of the lack of use of learning media, it causes a decrease in students' interest in learning. The aim of the research is to develop learning media based on the Prezi digital application to increase students' interest in learning. The method for developing media uses Research and Development using the ADDIE design in media development. The results obtained from the validation of learning media obtained an average of 90% with the criteria "very valid". On the practicality of learning media, an average result of 95% was obtained by obtaining the "very practical" criterion. Regarding the effectiveness of the product in increasing interest in learning, the results were 89% by obtaining the "very high" criteria, so with this, Prezi digital application-based learning media can increase students' interest in learning.
