Quantitative research methods were employed for this study. Data analysis involved descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research encompassed respondent profiling, data variable descriptions, validity testing, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis testing comprising multiple linear regression, R2 coefficient of determination, simultaneous F-test, and partial T-test. The findings revealed that while promotion does not significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Jofie Bakery Cake Shop products in Medan, product quality plays a significant role in shaping these decisions. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Creative Economy on Economic Growth and sustainable sharia finance in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with a verification type of research. Secondary data was obtained through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (KEMENPAREKRAF), namely creative economy data and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), namely export data and economic growth and suistainable sharia finance in Indonesia. The population in this research is the entire growth data for each variable from 2014 to 2023. The samples used in this research are the creative economy, exports and economic growth and suistainable sharia finance during the 2014-2023 period, each of which consists of 40 samples taken from annual data in the form of time series data using data interpolation. Other data was obtained through observation and literature study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Creative Economy Fashion, Creative Economy Crafts, and Creative Economy Culinary have no effect on Economic Growth and Sustainable Sharia Finance in Indonesia through exports as an intervening variable. So it can be concluded that indirectly, the leading subsectors of the creative economy, namely fashion, crafts and culinary, through exports are not able to influence economic growth and suistainable sharia finance.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of public intention to participate in digital waqf through the lens of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), with trust in the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) serving as a moderating variable. The analysis explores four key factors: attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and trust in digital waqf management institutions. A quantitative approach employing Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 200 Muslim respondents in North Sumatra Province. The findings indicate that attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and trust significantly and positively influence the intention to engage in digital waqf. Moreover, trust was found to moderate the relationships between attitude and intention, as well as perceived behavioral control and intention, but not between subjective norms and intention. These results underscore the pivotal role of trust, alongside psychological factors, in strengthening public willingness to contribute to digital waqf. The study’s implications highlight the need to enhance digital waqf literacy, ensure transparent governance, and reinforce BWI’s role in fostering public trust. Such measures are expected to boost community participation in digital waqf, particularly in North Sumatra, thereby advancing Islamic philanthropy and the Islamic economy in Indonesia.
