Abstract

Product superiority can influence purchasing decisions for that product. This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, word of mouth, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions. The research method used was quantitative. The population used was Papermint Coffee consumers and the sample consisted of 102 people. Data analysis techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Determination Coefficient, F Test, and t Test. The results of the study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The researcher's suggestion is that Papermint Coffee should recruit employees who are specifically tasked with managing social media so that they can respond quickly to any questions asked through social media, always offer products that consumers need so that consumers are willing to recommend them to others, arrange tables and chairs that are not yet properly arranged, and always offer products that are superior to those of competitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image influence purchasing decisions for The Originote products on the TikTok Shop platform. This study focuses on understanding the digital factors that influence consumer behavior, particularly among Gen Z in Denpasar as an active group of social media and e-commerce users. This study employs a quantitative method using non-probability sampling (accidental sampling), involving 112 respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Gen Z customers of The Originote in Denpasar, which had undergone validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, and was subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results demonstrate that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image significantly contribute to purchasing decisions. This means that the better the customer reviews, the higher the product ratings, and the stronger the brand image perceived by consumers, the more likely they are to purchase The Originote products on TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer marketing and flash sale promotion on impulse buying mediated by fear of missing out (FOMO) and brand trust among Generation Z TikTok Shop users in Bali. The research applies a quantitative approach with a causal associative design based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory. The sample consists of 250 Generation Z consumers aged 18-26 years selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected using an online questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that influencer marketing and flash sale have a positive and significant effect on FOMO, brand trust, and impulse buying. FOMO and brand trust also have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Furthermore, FOMO and brand trust are proven to partially mediate the effect of influencer marketing and flash sale on impulse buying. These findings confirm that digital marketing stimuli shape impulsive purchasing behavior not only directly but also through consumers' psychological conditions.

Abstract

Coffee agrotourism has emerged as a unique tourism concept that combines agricultural activities with nature-based experiences to enhance visitor engagement and destination competitiveness. This study aims to examine the effects of experiential marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on revisit intention, both directly and indirectly through brand image. A quantitative associative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from 160 visitors to coffee agrotourism destinations in Gianyar, Bali, and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results indicate that experiential marketing has no significant direct effect on revisit intention (b = 0.208, p = 0.078), whereas e-WOM has a positive and significant effect (b = 0.422, p 0.001). Experiential marketing (? = 0.290, p 0.001) and e-WOM (b = 0.576, p 0.001) significantly improve brand image, which subsequently has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention (b = 0.276, p = 0.006). Furthermore, brand image fully mediates the relationship between experiential marketing and revisit intention and partially mediates the relationship between e-WOM and revisit intention. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening brand image and encouraging positive e-WOM to increase tourists' revisit intentions toward Bali coffee agrotourism
