Bone is the most important part of the human body and not a few people who have broken bones caused by accidents, neglect and because of age. One of the methods used to identify broken bones is to read the x-ray images manually. Manual checking takes longer and allows mistakes in making decisions when doing a manual check. What's more in reading an x-ray image requires a strong background light (as lighting) to make objects in the X-ray image appear clearer, so we need a method that can facilitate the orthopedic doctor in identifying broken bones. The method proposed in this study is edge detection using the kirsch method. Edge detection aims to improve the appearance of margins, boundaries or objects in the image. The Kirsch method will detect the edges of the eight cardinal directions, namely east, northeast, north, west, northwest, southwest, south and southeast, by convoluting the image using eight kernels. From the results of testing with these methods each cardinal direction has different results. Steganography is the science and art of hiding secret messages in other messages so that the existence of those messages cannot be known. The letter sent does not attract attention with steganography, and the container media does not arouse suspicion. Steganography requires two properties, namely container media and secret messages. The LSB method (least significant bit)is the simplest and easiest steganography method to implement. An example of implementing this method is to use a digital image as a cover text. Each pixel in the image is 1 (one) to 3 (three) bytes in size. Pda bit arrangement in a byte ( 1 byte = 8 bits), there are the most significant bits ( MSB) and the least significant bits (LSB). For example, on 11010010 bytes, the first bit from the right is the MSB bit, and the last bit from the right is the LSB bit. Image Inpainting method is a technique of modifying images without being detected. The purpose of thisapplication is starting from the restoration of damaged paintings and photography to removing or replacingcertain objects. Image inpainting is one method of image restoration for confronting images that are slightlydamaged such as scratched or streaked where filling the area will be restored based on information around thearea so that the restoration is carried out completely in that area. Digital image can be defined as a function of two variables, f (x, y), where x and y are spatial coordinates and the value of f (x, y) is the image intensity at the coordinates. Digital images represent image data in numbers representing the level of gray (color black and white) or color coordinates (color image). The problem in this system is how to implement digital image cryptography using Hill Chiper method so as to ensure the security of the digital image from the parties which is not entitled to know it or make changes in the digital image. This digital image cryptography is designed using Hill Chiper method implemented with Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. Hill Chip method is a Hill Cipher method is one of the symmetric key cryptography algorithms. Hill Cipher algorithm uses an m x m matrix as the key for encryption and decryption. The basic matrix theory used in Hill Cipher is inter-matrix multiplication and inverse in matrix. This digital image cryptography produces an obscure and invisible digital image without the help of the software that the author designs, and changes the size of the digital image file by mapping the RGB value of each pixel of the digital image into a geometry . Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisa dan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan hidup menurut budaya karo dengan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Objek utama sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah memberikan saran memberikan saran kepada pengguna aplikasi terhadap pasangan hidupnya sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil yang diberikan bukan paksaan dan hanya berupa saran semata. Sehingga pengguna dapat melihat hasil calon pasangan yang berdasarkan bantuan sistem pendukung keputusan ini. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terciptanya suatu aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk memilih pasangan hidup menurut budaya karo daan sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. His research is a field study that is kaulitatif in which the data and information are obtained and collected through direct studies of improving the quality of teaching staff through internationally reputed scientific work carried out in the science and technology faculty of the Sumatra State Islamic University of Medan (UINSU). Techniques used in data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research found by researchers in the field are that there are still educators who have never published scientific work with international or national reputation. To improve the quality of teaching staff, one of the trainings was provided by researchers to help motivate them to write scientific works. . In the training to improve the quality of educators of internationally reputed scientific works, present speakers or experts who are well aware of scientific work. This research also proves that the competence of the teaching staff in improving the quality of scientific work is very low and has not taken significant results. One way to improve the quality of experts in the publication of internationally reputed scientific work, namely by the existence of workshops on scientific writing must be consistent in the writing of scientific works both internationally and nationally.

Pada jaringan komputer data yang mengalir saat ini sangat padat seperti jalanan untuk kendaraan umum, sehingga diperlukan beberapa jalur alternatif dalam penentuan jalur yang tepat agar data sampai ke tujuan cepat. Seperti halnya jaringan, dalam pengiriman paket data diperlukan routing yang tepat serta pemberian bandwidth tepat pula untuk mengatur paket- paket tersebut agar sampai ke tujuan. Dalam pengiriman data router sangat berperan penting dalam hal tersebut. Protokol routing yang ada didalamnya sangat menentukan paket tersebut sampai dengan cepat dan tepat sehingga penentuan protokol yang digunakan juga perlu di atur dan didesain agar data yang disampaikan tepat sampai tujuan. Enchanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol adalah protokol routing yang diciptakan cisco yang mempunyai keunggulan dalam mengirimkan update data perubahan data routing. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode perbandingan dengan memberikan bandwidth yang berbeda – beda pada tiap router sehingga dapat diketahui router mana yang akan dilalui data dengan menggunakan routing EIGRP.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini khususnya teknologi internet, tidak menutup kemungkinan banyak potensi dan sumber daya yang bisa dimanfaatkan. SMK Swasta Global Mandiri Aceh Singkil memberikan beasiswa kepada para siswanya yang secara ekonomi kurang mampu dan siswa yang mempunyai prestasi akademik yang bagus, sehingga para mahasiswa tersebut dapat terus melanjutkan studi. Banyaknya kriteria yang diseleksi dalam menentukan keputusan pemberian beasiswa mengakibatkan pihak manajemen kesulitan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan dan waktu yang dibutuhkan menjadi lebih lama, kurang akurat dan tidak efisien. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Beasiswa Menggunakan Metode Topsis Pada SMK Swasta Global Mandiri Aceh Singkil merupakan Aplikasi untuk memudahkan penentuan beasiswa dengan beberapa kriteria sehingga dapat mempermudah pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa. Pembuatan Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Beasiswa Menggunakan Metode Topsis Pada SMK Swasta Global Mandiri Aceh Singkil ini berbasis Web sehingga memungkinkan untuk kerja secara online maupun offline. Pembuatan Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Beasiswa Menggunakan Metode Topsis Pada SMK Swasta Global Mandiri Aceh Singkil tersebut menggunakan metode TOPSIS.
