Abstract

Proses pelaporan terjadinya tindak kejahatan dan kriminal di Polsek Pancur Batu masih mengandalkan proses manual dalam melaporkan kejadian, seperti menelepon atau melaporkan secara langsung. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan tertundanya prosedur pelaporan, dan manfaat kemajuan teknologi dan komunikasi juga tidak sepenuhnya memuaskan. Sistem informasi pelaporan ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk membantu dan mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Itu dibangun menggunakan paradigma air terjun SDLC. Dalam rangka mengelola informasi dan pemberitaan laporan kejahatan serta menyampaikan informasi yang lebih akurat dari para pelapor, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sistem informasi pelaporan kejahatan dan peristiwa kekerasan. Temuan penelitian Sistem pelaporan kecelakaan lalu lintas Polsek Pancur Batu yang berbasis web menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini. Efek yang diantisipasi dari sistem ini akan terjadi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pelaporan dimanapun dan kapanpun.

Abstract

Respiratory disease is an infectious disorder that often occurs compared to other diseases. Due to the lack of handling and people who take it lightly with the symptoms caused by respiratory diseases in humans, causing the disease to get worse. The purpose and intent of this research is to facilitate and help the public to diagnose respiratory diseases efficiently and effectively. Seeing the problem occurs, a web-based application is made to overcome it. This expert system has analyzed data consisting of 6 diseases, namely tuberculosis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pleurisy, tonsillitis, and asthma. So that there are 40 disease symptom data that form a symptom rule and form the right diagnosis results. This web-based expert system for diagnosing respiratory diseases in humans is used with the forward chaining method. So the result of this research is an application or web-based expert system for diagnosing respiratory diseases in humans.

Abstract

Cryptography is an alternative solution that can be applied to protect and increase data security. This research will implement a combination of the Beaufort Cipher symmetric cryptographic algorithm and the RSA asymmetric cryptographic algorithm in a super encryption scheme to increase data security in text files. The combination of the two cryptographic algorithms is done by first encrypting the message contained in the text file using the Beaufort Cipher algorithm key, then re-encrypting it with the public key of the RSA algorithm to create an encrypted text file. The combination method between the two algorithms aims to obtain superior encryption (ciphertext) results so that they are not easy to crack, and also to handle the use of a single ciphertext which is comparatively weak because it only uses one cryptographic algorithm. This research produces a web-based application that can be used to secure text files using a combination of the Beaufort Cipher algorithm and the RSA algorithm in the super encryption technique.

Abstract

Abstract: The decision of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the relocation of the territory of the Indonesian state capital to the Nusantara Capital in North Penajam Pasir, East Kalimantan is certainly an interesting discussion. This is a new record in Indonesian history because it has never happened before, becoming one of the big news stories that has generated a lot of opinions or reactions from the public. Twitter is one of the social media that people use to express opinions. Various kinds of opinions, both positive and negatif, are expressed by Indonesian people through their Twitter social media accounts. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Twitter with the keywords "ibu kota nusantara" and "ikn" with the amount of data used as many as 606 tweets. The data is then labeled (class) using the lexicon-based method but first translated into English so that it is detected by the lexicon dictionary. From the labeling results, there were 400 tweets (66%)  with positive labels and 206 tweets (34%) with negatif labels. The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentimen analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public opinion sentimen about the relocation of the national capital will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=2). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The performance of the system built in this study can be said to be good. Keywords: relocation of national capitals; sentiment analysis; naïve bayes classifier. Abstrak: Keputusan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tentang pemindahan wilayah ibu kota negara Indonesia menjadi Ibu Kota Nusantara di Penajam Pasir Utara, Kalimantan Timur tentu menjadi pembahasan yang menarik. Ini merupakan catatan baru dalam sejarah Indonesia karena belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, menjadi salah satu berita besar yang menimbulkan banyak opini atau reaksi dari masyarakat. Twitter merupakan salah satu media sosial yang digunakan masyarakat untuk mengungkapkan opini. Berbagai macam opini antara positif dan negatif diutarakan masyarakat Indonesia melalui akun media sosial Twitternya. Data diperoleh dengan teknik crawling dari media social Twitter dengan kata kunci “ibu kota nusantara” dan “ikn” dengan jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 606 tweet. Data kemudian diberi label (kelas) dengan metode lexicon¬-based tetapi terlebih dahulu menerjemahkannya kedalam Bahasa Inggris agar terdeteksi oleh kamus leksikon. Dari hasil pelabelan diperoleh data berlabel positif sebanyak 400 tweet (66%) dan negatif sebanyak 206 tweet (34%) . Tahap preprocessing data dilakukan sebagai persiapan untuk data agar bisa diproses untuk analisis sentimen. Dari sekian banyak opini yang diperoleh, maka akan dilakukan analisis sentimen opini masyarakat tentang pemindahan ibu kota negara dengan menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes. Pada penelitian ini juga diterapkan metode pembobotan kata TF-IDF dengan fitur n-gram yang digunakan yaitu bigram (n=2). Sistem akan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan confusion matrix. Kinerja dari sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan baik. Kata kunci: pemindahan ibu kota negara; analisis sentimen; naïve bayes classifier.

Abstract

Computerization requires system testing and further system development, namely color feature extraction with KNN. Avocado is one that has a high protein content in it. This research uses the KNN algorithm method and feature extraction in order to get more effective results, the purpose of this research is to make it easier for people to choose the ripeness level of butter avocados because people still don't know about the maturity level of butter avocados. In this study, testing was carried out by bringing the avocado fruit closer to the cellphone camera connected to the researcher's internet, after which the application will automatically match the color of the avocado. to the system, the system will produce output based on that color with output in the form of the ripeness level of the avocado, whether it is ripe, ripe, half ripe, rotten and also generates information on how much longer the avocado will ripen. All stages of system development are carried out by analyzing data first, then taking sample data, training and testing datasets, then the results of the system will become benchmarks. The test data in this study used several types of avocado objects, namely: Raw, Half Ripe, Ripe, Ripe, Rotten. It consisted of 55 data samples consisting of 11 raw avocado samples, 11 half-ripe avocado samples, 11 ripe avocado samples, 11 ripe avocado samples and 11 rotten avocado samples. Obtained euclidean distance values ​​for each type of avocado butter. After that, the sum is done to get the overall level of accuracy by adding up the total euclidean distance with the total euclidean distance for each type of avocado. After getting the added value multiply it by 100%. Then the overall accuracy results obtained are 98.38%.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the development problems in various fields which is characterized by high unemployment, underdevelopment and deterioration caused by change. Most of the residents of Setia village, Pahae Jae sub-district, still have many poor people, the poverty rate is still high and they have implemented a social assistance system for the poor or underprivileged to reduce poverty. However, it turns out that the selection of social assistance recipients in the Setia Village area, Pahae Jae District is still using a manual system. the selection process is carried out by observing the residents' files from the start of the process to who can receive assistance based on the criteria that have been determined in the social section. So that the settlement process in determining the prospective recipients of social assistance does not occur systematically and sometimes is not on target, the decision tree algorithm c5.0 method was chosen by the author to speed up and facilitate the selection of eligible citizens to receive social assistance. the criteria are processed so that and obtain a value that will be compared with the training data, this research is an application of the classification of eligible and unworthy social assistance recipients. building this program or application can help make it easier for the village to determine recipients of the social assistance program for underprivile ged families.

Abstract

Communication is something vital in human existence. Communication is generally divided into two, namely verbal and non-verbal. For deaf and speech impaired people, the comic used is sign language and the intermediary used is a web-based application based on sign language from SIBI, with the implementation of the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) method to analyze its usability and use. The use of this method in sign language dictionaries is to change the time coefficient into distance, because similarities in images can produce patterns from the object that is the example. In this test there are 24 letters and for each letter 10 image models taken via camera are used, and training is carried out with 50 datasets. The average test result collected reaches 90% because the condition of the hand can be said to be like the condition of other hands. This application is used to learn SIBI language, translate and read hand movements via real-time video. And during testing, accuracy results affect certain situations such as camera capacity, model coloring in the background and hand movements, and light brightness in the training data. Abstract

The main factors causing inequality and poverty in Indonesia are education, welfare, and access to essential systems such as clean water, sterilization, and of course electricity as the main energy supplier in human daily activities. Therefore, to reduce poverty in Indonesia, the main responsibility of the government is to close the gap between groups of people by providing access to various facilities such as electricity. One of the programs initiated by the government to increase access to electricity for the poor is the free electricity installation assistance scheme. However, when providing such assistance, potential recipients must be evaluated or qualified to ensure that aid funds are distributed effectively and efficiently. And in its implementation, problems often occur related to the selection of beneficiaries which are still subjective and less objective. This can have an impact on not being on target and misappropriating aid, so that aid programs do not reach their targets. A decision support system that can help evaluate the eligibility of beneficiaries in a more objective and transparent manner is needed to resolve this issue. One strategy that can be used is the Weighted Product (WP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. In using a combination of the WP method, it can give weight to each criterion in determining the choice of free electricity installation assistance and the SAW method is ablei to determine the data ranking of free electricity installation assistance options. The results of this study can assist in selecting beneficiaries of free electricity installation assistance in an objective and effective way.

Abstract

Toddlers are the human stage after infancy, toddlers are one of the most important stages in the quality development of human growth. one way to develop health in toddlers is to carry out routine checks at Public Health Center. Public Health Center has not yet provided a system for selecting healthy toddlers and also requires a system for selecting healthy toddlers. Therefore a decision support system is needed to make decisions related to checking the health of toddlers. decision support system is part of a computer-based information system, which is used to make a decision, in making a decision support system the Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is used. Based on the calculations made regarding the decision to check the health of toddlers, the MOORA method uses weighting criteria and determines the type of criteria, and MOORA does not have sub-criteria weighting provisions using FMADM, FMADM weighting reduces ambiguity because the bigger the value, the better, but if the value is too large then it is not good, such as body weight. It is necessary to provide more sub-criteria so that the accuracy in ranking is better and more accurate with a scale of 0-5. The optimization value for A1 is obtained by adding the cells from A1 0.6765 + 1.0070 + 0.2626 + 0.1195 = 2.0656 and Alternatives A2, A3, A15 have the most optimal weight values ​​with optimization values ​​(2.3282).

Abstract

One of the problems faced by government agencies in BPASILHK Aek Nauli is that the process of writing correspondence is still manual, which has an impact on employees who are less than optimal in writing letters. By utilizing the Microsoft Word application in making letters, it has several main weaknesses, such as dependence on the employee's ability to make letters, which results in the letter format being variable and not as expected by the head office. For this reason, the author created a web-based Letter Template Application at BPSILHK Aek Nauli as a technological solution that facilitates the process of creating, managing and developing letters in this technological era. This application has a variety of features and benefits, including reduced time and effort, increased efficiency, use of standard mail, ease of collaboration, integration with various and reduced costs. With this application, users can easily create various types of letters, such as assignment letters, service letters, orders, permits and so on. Apart from that, this application can also make it easier for users to adjust the letter format according to their needs. Thus, users no longer need to spend a lot of time creating letter documents manually. The web-based letter template application provides convenience and efficiency in the process of preparing letter documents.
