Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine students' perceptions ofphysical education learning during face-to-face learning at SMP Negeri 1 Ukui. Thisresearch was conducted using descriptive research. The method used in this researchuses a survey method. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 UKUI Jl. Poros Lubuk Kembang Bunga Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. In August-September 2023, face-to-face learning after the Covid-19 pandemic was implemented. The samples from this research were classes VII, VIII and IX. From the mental indicators, the average score was 171.3 with a percentage of 77.9% in the very good category. On the intelligence indicator with an average score of 179.8, the percentage value of 81.7% is in the very good category. Then the physical indicator obtained an average score of 178.5 with a percentage of 81.1% in the very good category. Furthermore, the environmental and parental indicators with an average score of 186.3, a percentage value of 84.7%, are in the very good category. In the infrastructure indicator, the average score was 164.7 with a percentage of 74.8% in the good category. The results of research on students' perceptions of physical education learning during face-to-face learning at SMP Negeri 1 Ukui overall indicators with an average score of 173.1 and the respondent's achievement level was 78.7% in the very good category.Keywords: Perception of Learning, Face to Face

Abstract

Abstract: The main issue in the teaching of Physical Education, Sports, andHealth in elementary schools is the lack of attention to students' motor skills,particularly gross motor skills. Teachers tend to provide only practical material withoutassessing students' motor abilities, causing some students to struggle in the learningprocess. The lack of data on students' motor development results in suboptimal learningprocesses that do not meet individual needs. This study aims to identify and obtaininformation about the gross motor skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 110Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive, as the researcher aims to describe andillustrate the current conditions. The population of this study consists of all fifth-gradestudents at SD Negeri 110 Pekanbaru, totaling 109 students. The sampling techniqueused is purposive sampling, with a research sample consisting of 37 students from classV A. The data analysis technique in this study applies quantitative descriptive statisticalmethods, and the data obtained from the test are adjusted to the norms of the Test ofGross Motor Development (TGMD-2). The results of this study indicate that the grossmotor skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 110 Pekanbaru are generally in theaverage category. Based on the Gross Motor Development Test – 2 (TGMD-2), 32students, or 86.49%, fall within the norm range of 90-110. The final average score ofthe Gross Motor Quotient is 99.27, which also shows that the majority of students havegross motor skills classified as average, indicating that most students possess adequatemotor skills to meet the needs of daily physical activities.Keywords: Students' Gross Motor Skill Level

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model permainan bulu tangkis berbasis fun games untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di SDN 004 Muaro Sentajo. Berdasarkan permasalahan  maka peneliti memberikan bagaimana model permainan bulu tangkis berbasis fun games untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di SDN 004 Muaro Sentajo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat belajar PJOK setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran model fun games pada siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 004 Muaro Sentajo, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat belajar PJOK setelah diterapkan pembelajaran model fun games. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK berfokus pada kelas atau pada proses belajar mengajar yang terjadi di kelas, bukan pada input kelas (silbus, materi) ataupun output (hasil belajar). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi kelas VI SD Negeri 004 Muaro Sentajo sebanyak 33 siswa/siswi. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan lembar penilaian afektif, lembar penilaian psikomotorik, dan lembar penilaian kognitif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik di SDN 004 Muaro Sentajo melalui model permainan bulu tangkis berbasis fun games kelas VI SD Negeri 004 Muaro Sentajo dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai yang dicapai siswa pada saat siklus I dengan kategori baik namun belum mencapai nilai ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%, hanya mencapai nilai persentase sebesar 57,58% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 19 orang siswa dengan nilai rata-rata yang dicapai siswa hanya sebesar 81.02 dengan kategori baik, karena terletak pada rentang 80-90. Sedangkan pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar siswa dalam melakukan permainan bulu tangkis berbasis fun games sudah lebih baik dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 90,91% dan telah lebih dari 80% yang lulus akan nilai KKM (80) dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 30 orang siswa dengan nilai rata-rata yang dicapai siswa sebesar 86,28 dengan kategori Baik karena terletak pada rentang 80-90.

Abstract

The constraint this research is that learning motivation of physical education students during the Covid-19 pandemic through the Google Classroom media is very lacking. The aim is to find out the learning motivation of students in Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Class of 2019 FKIP UNRI. The population and sample in this research were students of Penjaskresek's Classes A and B of 2019 using a total sampling technique of 78 students. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire and student semester scores. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is obtained as follows: The average attention factor in the pass category is in the range of 55.32%. relevance factor) then the average in the sufficient category is in the range of 61.70%. The confidence factor means that the average in the category less is in the range of 57.45%. Satisfaction factor then the average in the sufficient category is in the range of 65.95%. That the learning motivation of physical education, health and recreation students for the 2019 FKIP UNRI through Google Classroom media during the Covid-19 period was in the sufficient category or at 61.70%.

Abstract

Some efforts to maintain health are by doing physical activity and maintaining quality sleep. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between physical activity and sleep quality in class X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib. This research is a type of correlational research. The sample in this study consisted of 25 students of class X IPA 2. Data collection to determine the level of physical activity of students was obtained from completing the The Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents (PAQA) questionnaire, while to determine the level of students' sleep quality was obtained from filling out the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI) questionnaires were given directly to students and then data analysis was carried out. and hypothesis testing using the parametric statistical method Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results found in this study were 7 (28%) students whose physical activity was included in the moderate category, and 18 (72%) students who were included in the low category, then there were 11 (44%) students with good sleep quality and 14 students . (56%) students with poor sleep quality. The results of data analysis obtained rx.y = 0.569, and rx.y = 0.569 > r table: 0.505. Based on the results of this study, the level of association of 0.569 is at the "Moderate" level, which is equal to 0.40–0.599, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between physical activity and the sleep quality of students in class X IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Continuous Running training on cardiovascular endurance in badminton extracurricular athletes at SMP Negeri 48 Pekanbaru. The research method used is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design. Cardiovascular endurance measurements were carried out using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) before and after being given Continuous Running training treatment for several weeks. The results showed that there was a significant increase in cardiovascular endurance after being given the training, which was indicated by an increase in the participants' VO2max values. The statistical tests conducted proved that Continuous Running training had a positive effect on increasing aerobic capacity, so it can be recommended as an effective training method for athletes to increase cardiovascular endurance. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the results of the pre-test with the post-test were analyzed using the t-test, the t-results on the sample using ankle weight load were Tcount 3.571> Ttable 1.943 then H1 was accepted, at level (a) 0.05. This means that there is an effect of ankle weight training on increasing the speed of the Dojo Ikhlas Pekanbaru athlete's mawashi geri kick.

Abstract

Setiap kegiatan penelitian tentu memiliki maksud dan tujuan, berdasarkan perumusan masalah yang ada maka tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan semasa transisi daring ke luring berdasarkan mata kuliah teori dan praktik di pendidikan olahraga Universitas Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa  pendidikan olahraga fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan Universitas Riau angkatan 2020. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 68 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah dengan pemberian angket. Dari hasil proses penelitian sampai dengan pengolahan data yang diwali dengan pengambilan data untuk melakukan uji coba instrument penelitian sebanyak 66 Mahasiswa Universitas Riau menyatakan bahwa 58 butir pernyataan tersebut valid yang dinyatakan dengan r hitung > r table (0.239) serta uji reliabilitas dengan nilai cronbach’s alpha 0.741. setelah itu peneliti melakukan uji coba instrument penelitian dengan menyebarkan kuisioner (angket) kepada 68 sampel yaitu Mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga Universitas Riau angkatan 2020 menghasilkan data yang dijadikan patokan sebagai pembahasan hasil penelitian. motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan semasa transisi daring ke luring berdasarkan mata kuliah teori dan praktik di pendidikan olahraga Universitas Riau dengan persentase 72,09%.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the author in conducting this research is to determine the Perception of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers on Physical Education and Sports Learning in the Independent Curriculum. This research is classified as descriptive research. This design is carried out through several procedures to determine the population, sample, create a questionnaire and distribute it to teachers and students. Then the data that has been obtained is processed using descriptive techniques. The research was conducted at Bunut District School from January 2025 to March 2025. Based on the results of the research and discussion regarding the perceptions of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) teachers on PJOK learning in the Independent Curriculum in Bunut District, it can be concluded that PJOK teachers generally have a positive perception of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PJOK learning. They realize the importance of curriculum flexibility in providing space for creativity and innovation in the teaching and learning process. Even so, the main challenge faced is the limited facilities and infrastructure that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of PJOK learning. Learning indicators, such as learning models, teacher competencies, and school environments, show good results, but there is a need for infrastructure improvement, teacher competency development, and further understanding of the Independent Curriculum so that its implementation can be more optimal. Overall, teachers' perceptions of the Independent Curriculum in PJOK learning are in the very good category, with an average achievement of 82.50%. Keywords: Teacher Perception, Independent Curriculum

Abstract

Abstract: The issue addressed in this study is that some referees in the Indragiri Hulu Regency Football Association still experience doubts due to fear of failure in officiating matches, fear of declining performance quality, fear of injury or other incidents, and concerns about physical condition affecting their ability to complete their duties. Additionally, referees reported experiencing anxiety during football matches due to fear of physical or non-physical aggression from spectators and players. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety experienced by referees while officiating football matches in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research employed a descriptive method. The population in this study consisted of all licensed C1, C2, and C3 football referees in Indragiri Hulu Regency, totaling 21 individuals. The sampling technique used was total sampling, resulting in 21 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative analysis in the form of percentage values. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the overall level of referee anxiety while officiating football matches in Indragiri Hulu Regency falls into the very low category, with an average percentage of 54.78%, which is below the 55% threshold. Keywords: Referee anxiety level, football

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of anxiety of class VII students of SMPN 47 Pekanbaru in participating in PJOK learning, especially the material of backward roll floor gymnastics. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the main instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire and supported by interviews and documentation. The subjects of the study were all 31 students of class VII.1 of SMPN 47 Pekanbaru. The results showed that most students experienced anxiety in the moderate category (74.2%), low category (25.8%), and no students experienced anxiety in the high category. In terms of causative factors, psychological factors (such as fear of failure, lack of self-confidence, anxiety) are more dominant than physiological factors (such as heart palpitations or sweaty hands). Specifically, 90.3% of students experienced physiological anxiety in the low category, while 80.6% of students experienced psychological anxiety in the moderate category. This study concludes that the level of anxiety of students in participating in PJOK learning of backward roll floor gymnastics is still within reasonable limits, but still requires attention, especially in creating safe, enjoyable and emotionally supportive learning. Keywords: Anxiety Level, Backward roll floor gymnastics
