Abstract : This study aims is to 1) design prototype security room lecturer room based arduino mega integrated with Fingerprint and camera, 2) Testing the effectiveness of prototype security room door lecturer. This type of research is a type of research design that is within the scope of research R & D (Research and Development). Data were collected based on observations and interviews. Data analysis technique by descriptive method. The result of the research shows that prototype of latchroom room door STMIK AKBA using arduino mega camera and fingerprint can assist lecturers in improving security in lecturers room and based on descriptive analysis result found that the device can run effectively. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk 1) merancang prototype pengamanan pintu ruang dosen berbasis arduino mega yang terintegrasi dengan Fingerprint dan kamera, 2) Menguji Efektifitas prototype kemanan pintu ruang dosen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian perancangan yang dalam lingkup penelitian R&D (Penelitian dan Pengembangan). Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan cara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian itu menunjukkan bahwa prototype pengaman pintu ruang dosen STMIK AKBA menggunakan kamera dan fingerprint berbasis arduino mega dapat membantu dosen dalam meningkatkan keamanan pada ruang dosen dan berdasarkan hasil analisis secara deskriptif ditemukan bahwa perangkat tersebut dapat berjalan dengan efektif.

This study aims to determine the quality of the package about the Academic Potential Test, to know the procedure of equalizing the package of test of Academic Potential Test and to know how to get two sets of tests that have equality with the method of testEquatigdata .. The type of research is explorative, which will reveal the equivalence of test scores based on response- Items. Tithe equivalence procedure, horizontal equalizer selection, common item nonequivalent group equalization selection, third parameter estimation using 2P model (different power and difficulty level) and four equalization process using testEquatingData. Results Equivalence tests with the EQuestData method based on the grain response theory using the 2 parameter model, indicating that the average difficulty level on both packages differs from the packet value of 01 (-1.32934) and the packet value 02 (-2.63645). While the difference between the two packages is different and shows that it can not distinguish the ability of the participants, between high ability and low participant ability, based on the value of package 01 (-0.26831) and package 02 (-0.37774).

This study analyzes students' perceptions of Kahoot as a learning evaluation medium. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was 68 grade 8 junior high school students. Data was collected through a questionnaire with the help of Google Form. Then the data is interpreted and analyzed to see the usefulness of Kahoot! in learning. The results showed that as many as 71.6% of students agreed that Kahoot increased student motivation in the good category; 91.7% of students agree that Kahoot improves learning effectiveness in the very good category; and 81.2% of students agree that Kahoot improves students' knowledge in the good category. Thus students' perceptions of learning motivation, learning effectiveness, and student knowledge can be increased with Kahoot. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers use Kahoot as an alternative media to help teachers evaluate learning

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

Tujuan penelitian yaitu (1) Mengetahui Gambaran peta penelitian tesis mahasiswa program studi penelitian dan evaluasi pendidikan program pascasarjana UNM, (2) Mengetahui Penelitian tesis mahasiswa memiliki relevansi dengan visi-misi program studi penelitian dan evaluasi pendidikan program pascasarjana UNM, (3) Mengetahui Apakah judul, rumusan masalah, tujuan dan kesimpulan penelitian tesis mahasiswa penelitian dan evaluasi pendidikan memiliki keterkaitan yang sesuai kaidah ilmiah. Jenis penelitian ex post facto yang berbentuk survey dan analisis kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan uji sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa (1) Semua judul sudah menggambarkan ciri khas Program Studi Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan, (2) Semua hasil penelitian mahasiswa memiliki relevansi dengan visi-misi program studi penelitian dan evaluasi pendidikan program pascasarjana UNM, (3) Terdapat 20 (25,64%) judul penelitian yang tidak memiliki keterkaitan yang sesuai kaidah ilmiah keliru dari 78 judul penelitian yang menjadi sampel.

Health information is a very important part of everyday life, where health information is obtained through direct consultation with doctors. However, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit, we are required to continue to follow the health protocols recommended by the government by keeping a distance from each other or social distancing. Consultations are carried out face-to-face with doctors and conventional consultation methods prolong the meeting time between doctors and patients. Based on interviews conducted with several patients in several clinics, patients obtain health information by visiting the clinic and consulting directly with doctors. The purpose of this research is to build an Android-based Health Control Consultation application with an Information Technology approach, which is a form of service application. This application was built so that patients can find out health information through questions and answers via e-consul. Patients enter questions about health problems or health problems in text form, then the e-consul will respond to patient questions. So that it can facilitate someone in health consultations and obtain information on health problems and provide first aid information when a symptom or disease occurs. The E-consul application is also equipped with articles so that doctors can also share information from their knowledge with patients. This application is built by utilizing mobile-based application technology.

A website-based community service information system can improve the performance of sub-district, village, community units and neighborhood units so that it can speed up report generation and can also improve the quality of better services because it is faster and without queuing. This research is to design and build an Information System for the Rukun Warga (RW) Service at Perumnas Antang Blok 10 by using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and the Multi-Objective Optimization On the Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method that is able to provide effective services. and efficient to citizens and able to facilitate in supporting decision making acceptance of social assistance. The results of the study show that the Community Service Information System (RW) at Perumnas Antang Blok 10 can help provide effective and efficient services to residents and is able to facilitate decision making in receiving social assistance. Based on the results of the respondent's assessment through the distribution of questionnaires, the Information System for the Rukun Warga (RW) at Perumnas Antang Blok 10 is very good to use because it meets the final score criteria of 88%.

The attendance or attendance system is a recording or provision of information on a person's presence which indicates that the person has provided information about his presence and absence, then it is stated in the form of an attendance report. Along with the development of technology, an attendance recording has also developed, where we used to use paper attendance to fingerprint attendance. In educational institutions such as campuses, attendance has an important role in the process of developing a student. Until now, there are still many campuses that still use conventional attendance to record the presence of students in class, which allows for human error or fraud from both lecturers and students. Therefore, a solution is possible to suppress errors that may occur, namely by creating a website-based attendance or attendance system where the QR Code is used as an auxiliary medium in recording the presence or absence of a student at the STMIK AKBA Makassar Campus.

The purpose of the study was to determine the process of developing teaching methods using infographic and comic life media on interest in learning chemistry, teaching methods using infographic media and comic life on interest in learning chemistry can be declared valid, practical and effective for use in schools. This type of research is development research. The data analysis technique used to obtain the appropriate data, so that it can be processed using the data technique validation results of the infographic and comic life media teaching methods. Data on the effectiveness of learning media, data on the practicality of learning devices. The procedure for developing teaching methods includes needs analysis, design phase, realization/construction phase, test and evaluation phase and implementation phase. Development results in the form of teaching methods based on infographics and comic life that can be used by teachers and students in the learning process. In the expert test of instrument validation, the teaching method underwent several revisions before being implemented in schools until a valid, effective and practical learning media was obtained. The results of the validation of infographic and comic life media with an average validity value of 4.0. The practicality of teaching methods meets the criteria by providing convenience for educators/teachers and students in the learning process and the effectiveness of teaching methods meets the criteria by looking at the positive responses of students with a percentage of 70% stating strongly agree and 30% agreeing.

The purpose of this study is to develop a word composition educational game for young children after the Covid-19 pandemic. The game is designed to help children strengthen their word composition skills and introduce new letters and syllables related to fruits. The game uses a 2D display and is developed using the Construct 2 game engine. The development method used is the waterfall method, and the game was tested on 10 parents and teachers to validate its effectiveness in helping children learn to compose words. The results of the study showed that the use of gamification and technology in early childhood education can help to motivate children and improve their learning outcomes. The use of Construct 2 as a game engine allowed for the development of a user-friendly and visually appealing educational game. The contribution of this study is to provide an innovative solution for improving children's word composition skills in a fun and engaging way.
