Abstract

Abstract: Characteristics of the Leadership of the Prophet Musa in the Qur'anThe leadership characteristics of the prophet Musa are described in the Qur'an in detail and become a relevant leadership concept for leaders across generations and ages. The story of the prophet Musa dominates the love-stories in the al-Qur’an, shows the features of the life journey of a Moses and becomes an inspiration and consolation for anyone in living the wheel of life. Among the characteristics of his leadership are that: he has a strong determination and a strong sense of optimism in facing challenges; he has excellent physical strength to support all his activities as a leader and apostle of Allah to his people, the Children of Israel; having a big heart and receiving input and views from others is one of the characters shown by the prophet Musa; the prophet Moses showed social care and a willingness to help others; establish communication with anyone so that the vision and mission can be achieved; and the prophet Musa always improves spiritual and intellectual intelligence.Keywords: Characteristics, Leadership, Optimism, Intelligence Abstrak: Karakteristik Kepemimpinan Nabi Musa dalam al-Qur’anCiri-ciri kepemimpinan Nabi Musa dijelaskan dalam al-Qur'an secara detail dan menjadi konsep kepemimpinan yang relevan bagi para pemimpin lintas generasi dan zaman. Kisah Nabi Musa mendominasi kisah-kisah cinta dalam al-Qur'an, memperlihatkan ciri-ciri perjalanan hidup seorang Nabi Musa dan menjadi inspirasi dan penghibur bagi siapa saja dalam menjalani roda kehidupan. Di antara ciri-ciri kepemimpinannya adalah: memiliki tekad dan rasa optimis yang kuat dalam menghadapi tantangan; memiliki kekuatan fisik yang prima untuk mendukung segala aktivitasnya sebagai pemimpin dan rasul Allah kepada umatnya, Bani Israil; memiliki hati yang besar dan menerima masukan serta pandangan dari orang lain; menunjukkan kepedulian sosial dan kemauan untuk membantu sesama; menjalin komunikasi dengan siapa pun sehingga visi dan misi dapat tercapai; dan selalu meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual dan intelektual.Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Kepemimpinan, Optimisme, Kecerdasan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intensity of formative assessment of science learning outcomes. Experimental studies with the study population was all students in grade V SD 03, and 05 am in East Jakarta, 80 samples of students, inferential statistical testing with the conclusion of the study are: (1). By controlling the initial knowledge of science students, there is a difference between the groups of students studying science are given formative assessment on each face to face with groups of students are given formative assessment on each standara competence (2). By controlling the students' prior knowledge of science, science learning outcomes of students who were given group of formative assessment on each face is higher than the group of students who were in the formative assessment of each competency standard.

Abstract

This article discusses about al-huruf al-muqatta’ah in the book Mafatih al-Gaib by Fakhr al-Din al-Razi. Which contains discussion, the first discussion: how is Fakhr al-Din al-Razi’s interpretation about al-huruf al-muqatta’ah ? the second discussion: what is Fakhr al-Din al-Razi’s comment on the interpretation of scholars about al-huruf al-muqatta’ah ? this research is a qualitative tafsir study based on the study of the kitab. The propose of the study is that the data is taken from the kitab related to the research title. The approach used is tafsir science approach, language and philosophy. Researchers make al-huruf al-muqatta’ah as an object of research by using several books related to it to find out the interpretation of scholars (especially Fakhr al-Din al-Razi) about al-huruf al-muqatta’ah. The reason why the researcher choose this title its because there are differences in opinions of scholars into two opinions. First opinion: these letters are the secret of Allah, second opinion: the purpose of al-huruf al-muqatta’ah can be known and there are many words of scholars about itu, even though there was no direct axplanation from the Prophet Muhammad about the meaning of al-huruf al-muqatta’ah. Therefore researchers think it is necessary to conduct research. The result of this study founds that Fakhr al-Din al-Razi strengthened the opinion that al-huruf al-muqatta’ah is the name of surah and to attract the attention of non muslims to read the Qur’an after they advised one another to turn away from the Qur’an.

Abstract

This research was ex post facto applying a quantitative methodological approach and a scientific approach in psychology. There were 61 Respondents in this study obtained by proportional cluster random sampling and collected through a questionnaire. The instrument was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical hypothesis testing results from F_count analysis of 0.025 and p-value = 0.000 <0.05 means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. It indicated an effect of students' perceptions on utilizing video and PowerPoint media with students' independent learning in PAI subjects in class XI SMA Negeri 6 Sinjai. It means a simultaneous (simultaneous) influence on students' perceptions of using video and media PowerPoint with independent learning. This study implies that Islamic Religious Education Learning was very complex in increasing students' learning independence. As anticipation, a more precise learning process was needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the curriculum and the climate of Islamic boarding school on the morals of students in DDI Kaballangang Islamic Boarding School, Pinrang Regency both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the curriculum and climate of the Islamic boarding school had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the morals of the students in DDI Kaballangang Islamic Boarding School, Pinrang Regency. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained the R Square of 0.014, which means that the curriculum and the climate of Islamic boarding school simultaneously influence 14.0% on the students' morals, while the remaining 86.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media MONRAKED (Educational Giant Monopoly) on the digestive system material for class XI SMA Pesantren GUPPI Samata Gowa Regency and determine the level of validit, practicality and effective of learning media MONRAKED (Educative Giant Monopoly) on digestive system material for class XI SMA Pesantren GUPPI Samata.This study uses research and development (R & D) methods referring to the 4-D development model which includes four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The product developed is in the form of learning media MONRAKED (Educational Giant Monopoly) which is tested through validity tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIA 1 SMA Pesantren GUPPI Samata 2020/2021 as many as 14 students. The research instrument is a student response questionnaire and a teacher response questionnaire to obtain product practicality data, as well as test items to obtain product effectiveness data.The results showed that the MONRAKED (Educational Giant Monopoly) learning media on the digestive system material for class XI SMA Pesantren GUPPI which was developed has a validity level by a team of material experts and a valid design expert team of 3.72, the assessment of student responses and teacher responses, the level of practicality is at practical category with an average total score of 2.64. The test of student learning outcomes using the learning media MONRAKED (Educational Giant Monopoly) on the digestive system material for class XI SMA Pesantren GUPPI Samata is categorized as effective because it reaches 100%. So the learning media MONRAKED (Educational Giant Monopoly) on the digestive system material for class XI SMA Pesantren GUPPI Samata is feasible to use because it has met the valid, practical and effective criteria.

Abstract

Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic had both positive and negative effects, including online learning for the Dirasah Islamiyah study program, concentration on Education and Teacher Training, Postgraduate at Islamic State University of Alauddin Makassar, so it is necessary to be evaluated. The purpose of this study is to evaluate online learning programs using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) program evaluation model formulated by Stufflebeam. This descriptive quantitative research used primary data collected from questionnaires from lecturers and students in the Learning Program Evaluation course as a source of informants and secondary data were taken using documentation in the form of Semester Learning Plans, lecture materials, and coursework results. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the implementation of online learning at the Postgraduate Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, the Dirasah Islamiyah Study Program with the concentration of Education and Teacher Training had been going well although some parts still needed to be improved such as maximizing the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), clear coordination between fellow lecturers who support courses related to RPS which will be applied for one semester and strict conditioning so that students do their assignments responsibly (free of plagiarism).Pembelajaran daring yang berlangsung selama pandemi covid-19 menimbulkan dampak positif dan juga negative, tidak terkecuali pada pembelajaran daring program studi Dirasah Islamiyah konsentrasi Pendidikan dan Keguruan, Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar sehingga perlunya dilakukan evaluasi terhadap program pembelajaran daring tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan model evaluasi program Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) yang dirumuskan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian kuantitatif deskripstif ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil kusioner dari dosen dan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran sebagai sumber informan dan data sekunder yang diambil menggunakan dokumentasi berupa Rencana Pembelajaran Semester, materi perkuliahan, dan hasil tugas mata kuliah. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, Program Studi Dirasah Islamiyah konsentrasi Pendidikan dan Keguruan mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik meskipun ada beberapa bagian yang masih perlu ditingkatkan seperti memaksimalkan penggunaan Learning Management Sistem (LMS), koordinasi yang jelas antara sesama dosen pengampu mata kuliah terkait Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang akan diterapkan selama satu semester dan pengkondisian yang ketat agar mahasiswa mengerjakan tugasnya secara bertanggungjawab (bebas plagiasi).

Abstract

Kompetensi widyaiswara yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi substantif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi substantif widyaiswara terhadap efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan keagamaan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metodologi kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan total sampling alumni Diklat Teknis Substantif Wakil Kepala Madrasah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen angket yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Kompetensi widyaiswara diukur berdasarkan persepsi peserta diklat menggunakan skala likert. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi peserta tentang kompetensi widyaiswara berada pada kategori sangat positif. Demikian pula efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan keagamaan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis inferensial, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi substantif widyaiswara terhadap efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan keagamaan secara parsial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Variasi variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel dependen. 2) Peningkatan kompetensi widyaiswara berimplikasi pada meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan 3) Pengaruh simultan variabel kompetensi widyaiswara terhadap efektifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran dan kompetensi substantif adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh.

Abstract

ABSTRACT (ENGLISH) This study aims to (1) determine the ability of reading short chapters at third grade students of MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Polewali Mandar Regency who were using audio-visual media; (2) find out the ability of reading short chapters at class III students of MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Polewali Mandar Regency who were using print media; (3) find out the comparison of the ability of reading short surah of students between those taught using print media at class III MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Polewali Mandar Regency. The type of research that used in this study was a comparative experiment. The population in this study were all third grade students consisting of 3 study groups totaling 54 students with a total sample of 38. The sampling technique that used was multiple random sampling. The research instrument that used was a test in the form of a practice test for reading the Qur'an. The data analysis technique that used was descriptive statistical analysis technique and inferential statistical analysis technique through SPSS v.16 for windows application. The results obtained in the two classes through descriptive analysis, namely for the experimental class 1 (audio-visual media) the average pre-test value was 65.8 and the post-test average was 86.6, while for the experimental class 2 (printed media) the average pre-test score is 59.3 and the post-test average is 77.1. The results of the inferential data analysis showed that the significance value obtained was tcount = 3.566 > ttable = 2.042 and the level value was sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 < 0.005, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference from the using of audio-visual media and print media on the ability of reading short suras of class III students at MIN Sepabatu Tinambung, Polewali Mandar Regency. The implication of this research is that teachers can generate creativity in designing, using and maximizing the quality of learning by using learning media in the classroom in order to support the effective use of audio-visual media and print media, and can be a foundation in carrying out learning to read the Qur'an. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui kemampuan membaca surah-surah pendek peserta didik kelas III MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Kab. Polewali Mandar yang diajar dengan menggunakan media audio visual; (2) Mengetahui kemampuan membaca surah-surah pendek peserta didik kelas III MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Kab. Polewali Mandar yang diajar dengan menggunakan media cetak; (3) Mengetahui perbandingan kemampuan membaca surah-surah pendek peserta didik antara yang diajar dengan menggunakan media audio visual dan yang diajar dengan menggunakan media cetak kelas III MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Kab. Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas III terdiri dari 3 rombongan belajar berjumlah 54 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah multiple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes berupa tes praktik membaca al-Qur’an. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial melalui aplikasi SPSS v.16 for windows. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada kedua kelas tersebut melalui analisis deskriptif untuk kelas eksperimen 1 diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test 65,8 dan nilai rata-rata post-test 86,6, sedangkan kelas eksperimen 2 diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test 59,3 dan nilai rata-rata post-test 77,1. Hasil analisis inferensial data menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh thitung = 3,566 > ttabel = 2,042 dan nilai taraf sig. (2-tailed) = 0,001 < 0,005, berarti H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari penggunaan media audio visual dan media cetak terhadap kemampuan membaca surah-surah pendek peserta didik kelas III MIN Sepabatu Tinambung Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kemampuan membaca surah-surahpendek peserta didik antara yang diajar dengan menggunakan media audio visual danyang diajar dengan menggunakan media cetak peserta didik kelas III MIN SepabatuTinambung Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalaheksperimen komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas IIIberjumlah 54 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasilpenelitian yang diperoleh: (1) Nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca surah-surahpendek peserta didik yang diajar dengan media audio visual lebih tinggi dibandingkantanpa menggunakan media, (2) Nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca surah-surahpendek peserta didik yang diajar dengan media cetak lebih tinggi dibandingkan tanpamenggunakan media, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan signifikan dari penggunaan mediaaudio visual dan media cetak terhadap kemampuan membaca surah-surah pendekpeserta didik. Implikasi Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media audio visual danmedia cetak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca surah-surah pendek pesertadidik.
