Abstract

Disciplinary violations that are still occurring in the Riau Islands Police Subbidprovos Bidpropam, which has tagging responsibility in its work, namely managing the orderliness of every member of the police, is currently an obstacle. This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Discipline, and Leadership Style on the Performance of the Riau Islands Regional Police Bidpropam Subbidprovos. The population in this study were all members of the Riau Islands Police Subbidprovos Bidpropam, totaling 88 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Saturated Sampling Jenuh. Data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: there was an influence of the work environment, individual characteristics, discipline, and leadership style on the performance of the Riau Islands Police Subbidprovos Bidpropam, this can be seen from the results of the work environment, namely tcount thitung (4.395) > ttabel (1.988), df = 83. Individual characteristics is tcount thitung (-574) < ttabel (1.988), df = 83. Discipline is tcount yaitu thitung (3.517) > ttabel (1.988), df = 83. Leadership style is tcount thitung (2.408) > ttabel (1.988), df = 83.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Internasional Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Usaha Budidaya Madu Kelulut Di Alor Gajah Melaka Malaysia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Internasional ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia pada usaha budidaya Madu Kelulut di Alor Gajah Melaka Malaysia. Metode PKM Internasional ini dengan menggunakan ceramah, pendampingan, dan contoh kasus. Hasil PKM Internasional adalah adanya peningkatan ketrampilan dalam memanajemeni sumber daya manusia yang ada pada Usaha Budidaya Madu Kelulut di Alor Gajah Melaka Malaysia.

Abstract

Kesinambungan perusahaan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan internal dan eksternal, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Lintas Digital Makmur. Dengan metode regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara pengembangan karir tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees of PT. Haleyora Powerindo Batam related to the work environment, work safety, rewards, and punishments. Employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable in this study. Workplace (X1), work safety (X2), rewards (X3), and punishments (X4) are independent variables in this scenario. A sample of 120 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling approach, and the population used in this study consisted of all 172 workers of PT. Haleyora Powerindo Batam. The multiple linear regression analysis approach used SPSS 25.0 software, and the research methodology was descriptive and quantitative. The research findings show that at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Batam, several variables significantly improve staff performance. The R Square value for reward and punishment factors that affect performance is 20.4%.

Abstract

Researching employee work discipline is a very interesting topic because it is one of the factors that influence organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to check and verify how organization behavior and leadership style influence on employee work discipline. SPSS version 25 and a questionnaire for 101 respondents are used in this research. This research uses multiple linear regression techniques along with statistical analysis and quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis results for organization behavior (X1) of 6.440 with a significance value of 0.000 and leadership style (X2) of 3.637 with a significance value of 0.000 were produced by researchers based on SPSS data analysis. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000 and a score of 43.854. The conclusion of this study, the first hypothesis is that organization behavior has a significant effect on employee work discipline, the second hypothesis is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee work discipline and the last hypothesis is that the two variables (organization behavior and leadership style) have a simultaneous influence on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan revolusioner, kompensasi, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bertuah Samudera Abadi. Responden berjumlah 78 orang karyawan, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model regresi berganda, dengan uji T dan uji F. Hasil analisis data diperoleh variable kepemimpinan revolusioner (x1) dengan t hitung 3.910> t table 1.655 nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan revolusioner berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi (x2) dengan t hitung 4.274> t table 1.655 nilai signifikan 0.001 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin (x3) dengan t hitung 4.436 > t table 1.655 nilai signifikan 0.000 > 0.05. Hal ini menunjukan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Uji F diketahui F hitung 19.278 > Ftabel 2.430 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya kepemimpinan revolusioner, kompensasi, disiplin, secara simultas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study evaluates the direct and mediating relationships between work stress behavior and workload, with an emphasis on strengthening employee engagement to address the phenomenon of cyberloafing. The quantitative research involved a survey of 68 participants of varying ages and genders from the Batam City Transportation Agency. The relevance and impact of each indicator-variable influencing cyberloafing were tested using the structural equation model (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS) through SmartPLS 4.1.03 software. The findings indicate that among the factors studied, two variables show a strong and significant positive correlation with cyberloafing (p-value = 0.000). Conversely, variables assessed through the median column reveal an insignificant effect with a positive but very weak correlation, ranging from 1% to 9%. These results suggest that enhancing employee capacity and capability alone is neither a primary nor a sufficient measure for the Batam City Transportation Agency to curb cyberloafing. The findings underscore that employee behavior can be influenced by complex workloads that contribute to work stress, impacting overall work performance. Thus, alternative approaches are needed to address the issue of cyberloafing, considering employee behavior on digital platforms in the modern era and its effect on job performance.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of algorithmic management on employee autonomy and creativity within remote first companies. As organizations increasingly rely on automated systems to assign tasks, monitor performance, and standardize workflows, concerns arise about how such systems impact workers' creative capacities. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 employees across various digital industries. Thematic analysis revealed that while algorithmic oversight enhances operational clarity and consistency, it also imposes rigid structures that often reduce discretionary decision making and psychological safety. Autonomy emerged as a key mediating factor: employees who retained some control over how they worked were more likely to report creative engagement, while those facing strict digital control reported demotivation and cognitive fatigue. Emotional responses, such as anxiety, trust, and detachment, were also found to shape creative outcomes. The study further identified design implications for algorithmic systems, emphasizing transparency, human override mechanisms, and participatory features that support innovation. These findings suggest that creativity and algorithmic management are not mutually exclusive but require careful system design that balances control with employee empowerment. The research contributes to a deeper understanding of how digital oversight affects innovation in distributed work settings and offers practical guidance for organizations navigating remote workforce management through algorithms.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Kinerja Guru SDN 008 Sagulung Kota Batam”. adapun variabel dari penelitian ini adalah Supervisi Akademik, kompetensi Guru, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Lingkungan Sekolah (sebagai variabel bebas) dan Kinerja Guru (sebagai variabel terikat). penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh Supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, 2)supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para guru, SDN 008 Sagulung Kota Batam.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 50 Orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dimana penulis menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan rehabilitasnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, uji determinan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. sedangkan lingkungan sekolah menunjukkan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
