Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of E-GovQual-based service quality and information quality on decisions in using the Silayak website at the Palangka Raya City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM). The method used was a quantitative associative approach, involving a sample of 74 respondents, consisting of Civil Servants (ASN) as active users of the Silayak website, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results indicate that, individually, service quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the Silayak website. Similarly, information quality demonstrated a significant positive influence individually on the decision to use the website, with this variable recognized as a key factor due to its stronger impact than service quality. Together, both variables demonstrated a significant influence on the decision to use the website, with an F-value of 116.512 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.766 indicates that the combination of service quality and information quality explains 76.6% of the variation in the decision to use the Silayak website, while the remaining 23.4% is influenced by factors outside this study. This finding emphasizes the importance of system reliability and the delivery of accurate and up-to-date information as vital components in promoting sustainable digital civil service delivery.

Abstract

Tanjung Puting National Park (TNTP) in Central Kalimantan is an internationally recognized ecotourism destination that significantly contributes to national revenue and plays a crucial role in shaping regional socioeconomic development. This research examines the role of sociopreneurship in promoting the economic sustainability of rural communities through ecotourism development, focusing on Bahaur Village and Pembuang Hulu I Village, both of which maintain a direct connection to the TNTP area. A qualitative case study approach is employed, combining participant observation, in-depth interviews with ten key informants (including village heads, secretaries, freshwater fish farming group leaders, and community figures), and an analysis of village deliberation documents. Data analysis follows three main stages—intuition, analysis, and description—supported by a SWOT framework to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. To ensure data validity, triangulation is applied by comparing and cross-verifying information from interviews, observations, and documents to identify consistent patterns and reduce potential bias. The findings indicate that although ecotourism has the potential to increase local income, it has not yet effectively strengthened community-based business development. The primary challenges include weak infrastructure, limited training opportunities, and inadequate marketing strategies, which have compelled some residents to revert to environmentally harmful economic activities. The implications underscore the need for strategic planning, capacity building, mentoring, market access facilitation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to diversify the local economy and sustain community enterprises within conservation areas.

Abstract

Objective – The number of banks in Indonesia has increased competition in the banking sector. Customer loyalty is a sign that a bank has won the competition. Customer loyalty is influenced by service quality, customer trust and satisfaction. The problem of leakage and sales of customer data is a phenomenon of this research, besides that there is still a gap in the results of previous research on the variables used in this study, making researchers interested in conducting research again using these variables.Design/Methodology/Approach – The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data. The data collection technique in this study involves distributing questionnaires to PT Bank Kalteng customers through Google Forms. The data analysis tool used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 4.1.0.Findings – The results of this study show that service quality and trust have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Service quality and trust indirectly affect customer loyalty positively through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Implications – This study exhibit that customer satisfaction has a greater impact than trust and service quality. Therefore, it is important for PT Bank Kalteng to maintain or improve customer satisfaction by continuing to maintain good service quality and maintaining customer trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and price perception on consumer purchase intention with brand image as a mediating variable at UMKM Kampung Lauk Palangka Raya. The research method employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis on 97 respondents who are consumers of UMKM Kampung Lauk. The results show that social media has no significant effect on brand image (t-statistic 0.420, p-value 0.675), but has a significant negative effect on consumer purchase intention (t-statistic 2.447, p-value 0.014). Price perception has a very strong positive effect on brand image (t-statistic 11.313, p-value 0.000) with a path coefficient of 0.801, but does not directly affect consumer purchase intention (t-statistic 0.105, p-value 0.917). Brand image significantly and positively influences consumer purchase intention (t-statistic 3.339, p-value 0.001) with a path coefficient of 0.489. Mediation testing indicates that brand image does not mediate the influence of social media on purchase intention (Direct-only nonmediation), but fully mediates the influence of price perception on consumer purchase intention (Indirect-only mediation) with a coefficient of 0.392. This study concludes that brand image is a highly dominant key factor in increasing consumer purchase intention, and positive price perception must first establish a good brand image before it can drive purchase intention. UMKM Kampung Lauk needs to optimize its social media strategy and maintain price consistency with product quality to strengthen brand image and increase consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

The increasingly intense competition in the beauty service industry requires companies to continuously build customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of promotion and price perception on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Yopie Salon Kota Palangka Raya. The research employed a quantitative explanatory approach involving 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares). The findings indicate that promotion and price perception have positive and significant effects on both customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. However, customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty and does not mediate the relationship between promotion and price perception and customer loyalty. These results suggest that customer loyalty is more directly influenced by promotion and price perception rather than through the mechanism of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) in implementing the Civil Servant Candidate Basic Training (Latsar) to support the development of civil servant human resources. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that BPSDM plays a role in three main aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation of training. However, implementation still faces obstacles such as limited budget, human resources, coordination, and technical aspects, which impact the suboptimal quality of learning and evaluation. To address these challenges, adjustments were made to the learning method, strengthening the role of mentors, and improving the training system. Future developments will focus on the implementation of blended learning and digitalization of training. This research is expected to support the improvement of the quality of Latsar CPNS and the development of professional civil servants.
