Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Temuan dalam pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di pesantren untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sehingga mereka dapat menemukan ilmu baru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D) dan dilanjutkan dengan eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas XI Nurul Iman Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas paralel, satu kelas sebagai kelompok kontrol dan satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Dalam kontrol kelas diterapkan model pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas eksperimen diterapkan model Temuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model temuan dapat lebih meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa daripada model pembelajaran konvensional. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model temuan dalam pembelajaran Kitab Kuning dapat meningkatkan efektif, keterampilan berpikir kritis sehingga siswa dapat menemukan pengetahuan baru untuk masing-masing studi. Melalui model temua guru terbantu di dalam kelas sehingga pembelajaran berlangsung lebih sistematis diimplementasikan dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This activity aims to foster an understanding of the urgency of education in the future and foster a spirit of motivation to go to college and not give up on the situation. The low understanding of adolescents about the importance of learning for future success is the main factor in this service. This service is in addition to many community members who experience economic difficulties, especially for their children's educational needs. This service activity took respondents from 45 young men/women from Sungai Alai village. This service is carried out with a descriptive method consisting of planning stages, implementation, and evaluation. The method in this service is through counseling for all male/female adolescents, which begins with distributing questionnaires to all village adolescents and closes with the delivery of material and discussion. This service activity produces and can increase the motivation of college-interest adolescents; this is indicated by the number of participants who are very enthusiastic about following it so that they get enlightenment from the obstacles they have experienced. The results of the service that we have done obtained results of 28, 40% answering strongly agree, 31.17% answering agree, 28.59% answering less agree, and 11.85% answering strongly disagree % with details of 36 statements and 4 answers, namely strongly agree, agree, less agree, and strongly disagree.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas IV di SDN 088/II Sungai Mengkuang. Guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing yang membantu siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif guna memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam mengenai peran guru, hambatan yang dihadapi, serta strategi yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa kelas IV, serta dokumentasi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menjalankan peran sebagai pengajar, pembimbing, motivator, fasilitator, dan evaluator. Berbagai metode pembelajaran yang menarik telah diterapkan untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Namun, pelaksanaannya belum maksimal karena masih ditemukan hambatan seperti kurangnya keterlibatan aktif siswa, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, dan minimnya dukungan dari lingkungan rumah. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru terus mengembangkan kompetensi dan kreativitas dalam memilih metode serta media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif dari orang tua sangat diperlukan dalam mendukung proses belajar di rumah. Dengan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua, diharapkan minat belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh

Abstract

This research was conducted in response to the rapid advancement of digital technology that has significantly transformed learning processes in elementary schools, particularly in terms of students' learning styles. The study aims to analyze the learning styles of students at State Elementary School 36/II Sarana Jaya in the context of digital-based instruction. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively to explore the tendencies of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles as they manifest in digital learning environments. The findings revealed that visual and auditory learning styles were predominant among students. Digital media such as instructional videos, interactive quizzes, and visual presentations helped enhance student motivation and engagement. Nevertheless, some obstacles were identified, including limited internet access, inadequate digital infrastructure, and students’ lack of digital literacy. The study concludes that aligning digital learning tools with students’ individual learning preferences can improve learning effectiveness and foster active participation. In the future, integrating technology that supports diverse learning styles is expected to create a more inclusive and engaging educational environment at the elementary level.

Abstract

       Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada siswa kelas V SDN 94/II Muara Bungo yang dilatar belakangi observasi awal yang menunjukan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai rata-rata hasil tes ulangan harian siswa pada pokok bahasan KPK dan FPB yaitu 60. Rata-rata nilai tersebut masih di bawah kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu 70. Hal ini menunjukkan masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi KPK dan FPB. Oleh karena itu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa adalah model pembelajaran Course Review Horay Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model Course Review Horay dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus melalui penerapan model Course Review Horay pada materi KPK dan FPB.      Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SDN 94/II Muara Bungo yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif berupa lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model Course Review Horay dan lembar angket motivasi siswa. Sedangkan data kuantitatif berupa data yang diperoleh dari 1) persentase keterlaksanaan model Course Review Horay yang diperoleh dari jumlah jawaban Ya dan Tidak pada lembar observasi, 2) persentase motivasi belajar siswa dan 3) peningkatan hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari N-gain hasil pretest dan posttest hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Course Review Horay.       Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1) keterlaksanaan model Course Review Horay pada materi KPK dan FPB berkategori sangat baik, 2) hasil belajar siswa pada materi KPK dan FPB setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan di atas nilai KKTP yaitu 70, setelah diterapkan model Course Review Horay. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 48,27 dengan peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II adalah 62,55 dengan peningkatan hasil belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I, dan II 3) motivasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan model Course Review Horay pada materi KPK dan FPB dengan nilai rata-rata 94% katagori sangat tinggi. Penerapan 1model Course Review Horay dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar, dan dapat membantu siswa agar tetap fokus dalam berbagai situasi pembelajaran yang sedang terjadi sehingga terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low understanding of the concept of the material by students, students do not participate actively in the learning process, students do not understand the concept of the material being taught and low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the process and learning outcomes of students. The Time Token Model is a solution to the problems that occurred in class V as many as 11 students of SDN 025/II Muara Bungo, Bungo Dani District, Bungo Regency. The method used in this study is PTK. The results of the study showed that in cycle I the results of the assessment of the educator process obtained 59% while the results of the assessment of the student learning process in cycle I obtained 45% and the learning outcomes of students in cycle I were 55%. in cycle II the results of the assessment of the educator process obtained 83% while the results of the assessment of the student learning process in cycle II obtained 82% and the learning outcomes of students in cycle II were 82%. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the underlying causes of student tardiness and its impact on learning outcomes among Grade III and Grade V students at SDN 06/II Tanjung Agung. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of attendance records. The findings indicate that tardiness is caused by both internal factors such as oversleeping, lack of time discipline, and poor sleep habits and external factors, including long commuting distances, transportation issues, and family responsibilities. These delays often result in students missing core subject explanations, reducing their understanding and academic performance. Teachers generally respond with verbal warnings and counseling, though responses vary depending on frequency and student behavior. The study concludes that addressing student tardiness requires a collaborative effort involving both school and family, with an emphasis on behavioral support, routine reinforcement, and context sensitive educational policies. These findings can inform school strategies and educational policymaking to foster student punctuality and improve learning engagement.

Abstract

This study investigates the learning styles of academically high-achieving students at SD Negeri 138/II Daya Murni, aiming to understand how these preferences influence their academic success. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted from June to August 2025. The study's subjects, selected through purposive sampling, included two high-achieving students and their Class V homeroom teacher. Data were collected using method triangulation, comprising participatory observations, structured interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using a descriptive analysis technique involving data reduction, presentation, and verification. The key findings indicate that while students utilized a combination of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic styles, their academic achievement was predominantly driven by the effective application of visual and auditory learning. The study concludes that an understanding and accommodation of these dominant learning styles, alongside a supportive learning environment, are crucial for fostering and sustaining high academic performance.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning process and outcomes of mathematics among fifth-grade students at SDN 196/II Taman Agung, as indicated by the lack of student involvement in classroom activities and the average exam scores that were still below the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) of 70. The purpose of this research is to describe improvements in the learning process and outcomes through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 20 fifth-grade students, with data collected through observation and testing using observation sheets and test instruments. Observation data were analyzed descriptively, while test data were analyzed using simple statistical formulas. The findings indicate that the implementation of the TGT Cooperative Learning Model in learning fractions and integers was categorized as Very Good, where teacher performance in Cycle I reached 83.33% and student participation increased from 60% in Cycle I to 80% in Cycle II, exceeding the success indicator of 75%. Furthermore, student learning outcomes improved significantly above the KKTP standard of 70, with mastery learning scores increasing from 75% in Cycle I to 85% in Cycle II. These results show that the application of the TGT Cooperative Learning Model can effectively enhance both the learning process and outcomes of mathematics for fifth-grade students at SDN 196/II Taman Agung.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of grade IV D students of SDN 131/II SKB. This study aims to improve the learning process and critical thinking skills of students using the Guided Inquiry learning model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were 35 students of class IV D. The object of the research is the process and critical thinking skills of students. The data collection techniques used are observation and test techniques. The data collection instruments used observation sheets, critical thinking ability test sheets for students and documentation. Analysis of research data used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study can be seen that the learning process and critical thinking skills of students have increased, this is evidenced by the assessment of teacher and student performance and the results of critical thinking ability tests. In the assessment of teacher performance in cycle I meeting I was 84% and in cycle I meeting II increased to 88% so that the percentage of teacher performance in cycle I 86% can be considered very good. While in cycle II meeting I increased to 91% and in meeting II increased to 96% so that the percentage of teacher performance in cycle II was 93.5%. In addition, the results of the assessment of the student learning process in each cycle per meeting increased, namely in cycle I meeting I from 72.06% to meeting II 76.57% there was an increase of 6.26%. Furthermore, cycle I meeting II to cycle II meeting I from a value of 76.57% to 81.84% there was an increase of 6.88%. Then from cycle II meeting I 81.84% to cycle II meeting II 89.16% there was a significant increase reaching 8.94%. And students' critical thinking skills also increased during the pre-cycle reaching a value of 45.71% in the (less critical) category. In cycle I it increased to 71.43% in the (critical) category and in cycle II it increased significantly to 91.43% in the (very critical) category, thus achieving the target indicator of critical thinking skills success, which is 65%.
