Abstract

Untuk mendukung Kota Malang Bermartabat, SPNF SKB Kota Malang terus berinovasi untuk menciptakan kemandirian secara operasional dan adaptif memberdayakan sumber daya sesuai dengan potensi serta kebutuhan lokal sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan warga SPNF SKB Kota Malang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi warga SPNF SKB Kota Malang dalam mengembangkan unit usaha melalui pengembangan skbmalkotstore.com dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan dalam system pemasaran barang dan jasa hasil cipta warga SPNF SKB Kota Malang berupa produk makanan dan minuman, produk jasa, produk karya cipta kreativitas, dan produk argokompleks. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 25 orang warga SPNF SKB Kota Malang antara lain Kepala SPNF SKB Kota Malang, pamong belajar, tutor program kesetaraan, Pendidik PAUD, tenaga administrasi dan sebagiannya warga belajar dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan kerja dan sikap kerja dalam menata unit bisnis. Adapun alur pendampingan antara lain: (1) Mengidentifikasi dan memastikan bahwa materi pendampingan yang diberikan komprehensif sehingga memotivasi peserta untuk mengikuti kegiatan sejak awal sampai akhir secara tuntas., (2) Memastikan bahwa narasumber pendamping memiliki kompetensi yang relevan dengan materi yang disampaikan (3) Materi dan Narasumber yang dihadirkan dengan bobot dan kompetensi yang memadai, (4) Agar proses pendampingannya bernilai tinggi, maka kerjasama antara narasumber dengan peserta harus terjalin secara kekeluargaan. Secara umum pendampingan ini berhasil dapat dilihat dari indicator berikut: (1) Tingginya partisipasi warga SPNF SKB Kota Malang dalam setiap kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir, (2) Tingginya tingkat intensitas diskusi warga SPNF SKB Kota Malang dalam mengisi setiap konten skbmalkotstore.com sehingga domain ini bisa dioperasionalkan secara lancar dan terbuka. (3) Sistem skbmalkotstore.com telah dilaunching secara resmi oleh Bapak Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Malang.

Abstract

Non-permanent teachers who work in Early Childhood Education institutions do not yet have an appropriate salary standard, especially in the Mataram city area. The existence of a good, harmonious and conducive work environment is one of the factors in determining performance. providing motivation is one of the references so that teachers can work optimally so as to achieve the targets imposed by the institution. This study aims to 1) determine the effect of compensation on the performance of precarious teachers in PAUD in Mataram, 2) determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of precarious teachers in PAUD in Mataram, 3) determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of precarious teachers. in PAUD in the city of Mataram. This type of research is quantitative associative with a sample of non-permanent teachers in PAUD spread across the city of Mataram. The data collection method used a survey through filling out a questionnaire on a google form with a Likert scale of 1-5 and data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of hypothesis testing found that all variables, namely compensation, work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of non-permanent teachers with P-Value values of 0.000, 0.000, and 0.008 where all values were 0.05. Thus, the higher the compensation, a good work environment, and high work motivation, the performance of non-permanent teachers in PAUD throughout the city of Mataram will also increase.

Abstract

Non-formal education has a long history in Indonesia, first appearing in the pre-colonial period and continues to grow today. In today's era, the development of non-formal education is very helpful as self-development and improving the quality of learning citizens and can improve the quality of dignity and quality in life. The purpose of this article is to find out the trend of the development of Non-Formal Education in Indonesia. This literature review article uses references sourced from scientific reference articles and books, then analyzed descriptively. The results of after the Indonesian independence revolution in 1945, many non-formal education activities were held, such as eradication of illiteracy, citizenship courses, school broadcasting, women's courses, scouting courses and adult courses conducted in vocational education.

Abstract

The education level of rural communities tends to be low, resulting in them needing help to fulfill their needs optimally. The role of youth as agents of change is the village's potential to make the community more independent through learning communities so that welfare goals are achieved. Therefore, a collaboration between the community in Manggugebang village and Universities (PT), especially the PLS department, is expected to provide benefits in the form of creating a creative economy through the utilization of village potential so that the community can enjoy it as an effort to improve the welfare of the community. Describing and analyzing learning organizations is to build community empowerment in Munggugebang, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, reduction, display, and levers. Meanwhile, researchers used dependence, dependence, conformability, and transferability to test the validity of the data. This study shows that the implementation of mentoring gives a significant role in the activities of 1) thinking changes and 2) mental empowerment. 3) creative skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tutor competence on the English language proficiency of training participants. The researcher applied a quantitative correlational research design and used simple linear regression analysis. The population studied was all English language training participants in the Community Learning Center (CLC) of Banyuwangi Regency, with a total of 10 CLCs that provide English language training. The research was conducted over 5 months, from August to December 2021, with a sample size of 33 participants from 10 CLCs. Proportional random sampling technique was used to obtain the sample. Data was collected through the administration of a questionnaire as the primary method. The questionnaire was distributed to the 10 CLCs identified as the sample. The results showed that the tutor competence in teaching English has a score of 83.4%, indicating excellent competence, while the English language proficiency of the participants has a score of 65.4%, indicating moderate proficiency. The influence of tutor competence has a value of 0.405, which has a "moderately strong" coefficient interpretation, indicating a significant influence between tutor competence and English language proficiency. Additionally, the significance between the variables (X) Tutor Competence and (Y) English Language Proficiency had a sig value of 0.019, which indicates that if the significant value (0.019) < alpha (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an influence between tutor competence and the English language proficiency of training participants.

Abstract

This paper seeks to explore the economic independence of local community affected by the closure of Dolly prostitution Surabaya. This paper employed qualitative design with case study approach. It took ten people who own and manage Small and Medium Enterprises as the research subject purposively. They were involved since they are the local community around Dolly and affected by the closure of the prostitution. This research was conducted between June and July 2019. The data were obtained through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by employing Miles and Huberman model consisting of three steps: data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusion or verification. The results of the research confirm that most of the local community around Dolly which were affected by the closure of the prostitution indicate an economic independence seen from: (1) the initiative of the local community in developing their business, (2) the satisfaction of the local community from the business they manage after the prostitution closure, (3) the willingness and intention to develop the business, and (4) the beliefs of the local community in developing the business even without the support from the local government. However, this study also confirms that the problem-solving of the local community remains insufficient. Most of them still rely on the government, particularly for the issues of marketing and business place. Thus, as much as 20% of the informants were afraid of the changing of city mayor would impact their business.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan guru dalam mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media loose parts pada pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi flipbook. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan dari Lee dan Owens yang terdiri dari lima langkah: (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Kelayakan bahan ajar dinilai melalui evaluasi ahli media dan isi. Uji efektivitas dilakukan melalui uji coba pengguna/guru. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan media loose parts berbasis flipbook sangat layak digunakan oleh guru pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research is a review of effective institutional management at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). The research method used is reviewing reputable scientific articles found on Google Scholar. The data collection technique in the research was carried out by collecting various relevant articles. The findings in the study provide an explanation of the importance of institutional management in PKBM in order to realize quality education. Governance management in PKBM institutions can be carried out using the principles of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. This principle is an effective step in increasing effectiveness which is based on quality standardization and institutional academic quality. On the other hand, in order to recruit human resources, an appropriate plan is needed as a concrete form of a quality institution. Recruitment of human resources can be done using a staffing strategy by paying attention to the career stages of tutors and employees, as well as their dismissal. The success of the PKBM institution as a community social institution has become a pattern that is accompanied by standardization of the educational curriculum which is relevant to government regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) terkait pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada dua sekolah, yaitu TK Dw Mojosari dan TK Dw Putra Harapan Bleber, yang masing-masing berada di area urban dan semi-rural. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode triangulasi, penelitian ini menemukan peningkatan dalam kompetensi guru setelah penggunaan platform, terutama dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam merancang aktivitas pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan individual anak, dengan mayoritas responden (87,5%) melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka. Strategi utama yang diadopsi oleh para guru mencakup pengelompokan fleksibel dan penggunaan pusat pembelajaran, yang didukung oleh fitur-fitur interaktif dari platform. Namun, tantangan signifikan juga diidentifikasi, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kesulitan dalam mengelola kelas yang lebih dinamis, terutama di TK yang berada di area semi-rural. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan dalam tingkat adopsi platform antara sekolah di area urban dan semi-rural, kedua TK melaporkan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan kontekstual dan responsif dalam pengembangan teknologi pendidikan, serta perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru, khususnya di daerah yang kurang berkembang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Platform Merdeka Mengajar memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pengembangan profesional guru TK dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, namun keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada faktor kontekstual dan dukungan yang tersedia.
