Abstract

Sexual violence during dating is a serious issue. The increased sexual violence during dating demonstrates that this phenomenon is becoming increasingly dangerous. This study investigates the gender relationship between perpetrators and victims of sexual violence during dating among university students. This study employed a mixed method. This study included 404 male and female students who had experienced sexual violence as respondents. This study discovered various types of sexual violence that occurred in the context of a loving relationship pattern. The perpetrators tend to control and manipulate the victim, making them want to do whatever they want. The victim loved the perpetrator excessively and was forced to serve the perpetrator’s sexual desires as a form of attention and love for the partner, even though the victim was undergoing psychological treatment. Love is transformed into a “desire to have,” causing the individual to lose himself. The subject has become an object as a result of the dating relationship. The perpetrator was repeatedly abused and was very possessive of their partner. The perpetrator did not consider their partner as a subject but rather as an object for negative emotions that significantly impacted the victim. Repeated sexual violence indicates a dating relationship that leads to a controlling relationship. This occurs because the perpetrator’s hegemony over the victim is carried out persuasively by convincing the victim to approve of the perpetrator’s actions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan media pembelajaran Wordwall ditinjau dari para ahli, mengetahui keterbacaan media wordwall dari hasil lembar kerja siswa dan mengetahui kemenarikan media wordwall pada saat pembelajaran melalui respon siswa di kelas IV UPTD SDN Keleyan 1. Siswa dapat mempelajari berbagai hal mulai penggunaan teknologi dan materi yang disampaikan guru melalui media pembelajaran digital tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian jenis RnD (Research & Development). Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, inplementasi, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti berupa pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, angket dan tes. Media pembelajaran wordwall akan di desain semenarik mungkin dan sesuai dengan materi IPAS kekayaan budaya Indonesia kelas IV, sehingga nantinya media ini menarik bagi siswa dan mampu memingkatkan minat untuk terus belajar dengan kondisi yang menyenangkan. Abstract

Students' reading interest is an important aspect in literacy development and academic achievement. This study aims to analyze students' reading interest at SDN Bunajih 2 Labang. The results show that in general, the reading interest of low-grade students at SDN Bunajih 2 Labang is good, supported by student interviews, observations and teacher interviews. However, some students still show low interest in reading, which is in line with previous research findings on the correlation between reading interest and learning achievement. The school has implemented various strategies, including the CALISTUNG program and the reading corner, to increase students' interest in reading. Observational findings also revealed that reading corners are available in each classroom with a varied collection of books, used as learning resources and updated regularly. Nevertheless, there are some aspects that need to be improved, such as the management of the collection list and reading recap in the reading corner as well as improving communication between teachers and students. This research provides valuable insights for the development of more effective programs in improving students' interest in reading at SDN Bunajih 2 Labang and other schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the Enterprise School Readiness Prediction System (ESRPS) to predict children's readiness for elementary school using machine learning algorithms.  This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using Borg and Gall’s model and Instruments include questionnaires, programming tools, performance evaluation metrics, and web/database development tools to ensure the system's validity, reliability, and practical applicability.The research analyzes data from 300 students in various Indonesian cities, focusing on attributes like age, gender, and parental education. The system implements four algorithms: Decision Tree, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and SVM. Data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning were conducted, followed by evaluation using metrics like accuracy and precision. A web-based application was developed for user interaction and deployment. The result showed that the Decision Tree and Naive Bayes algorithms achieved the highest accuracy at 55%, followed by SVM at 50%, and Random Forest at 45%. This suggests that simpler models may be more suitable for the dataset's characteristics. The system also demonstrated the feasibility of practical deployment for educational use. The study concludes that ESRPS effectively uses machine learning to assess school readiness, highlighting the value of data preprocessing and model tuning in enhancing accuracy. Despite moderate accuracy levels, the study confirms the system's potential for aiding educators and parents in supporting children's transition to school.

Abstract

This research is rooted in low achievement in the cognitive realm of science subjects with gravitational force material in grade IV elementary schools. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the improvement of student learning outcomes in science subject disciplines related to the concept of gravity force through the application of a flipped classroom type blended learning learning model. The focus of this research is centered in one of the public elementary schools in Bangkalan Regency, Madura. This research adopts a mixed approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative elements. The method applied is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two stages of cycles. The subjects of the study involved 31 grade IV elementary school students, with details of 16 boys and 15 girls. Research data were obtained through observation techniques and tests. The findings of this research revealed a substantial improvement in the learning outcomes of students in science subjects gravitational force material through the application of a flipped classroom type blended learning model. This is known from the students' classical completion rate which increases in each phase: pre-cycle (29%), cycle 1 (58%), and cycle 2 (94%). These data reflect consistent improvements in student learning outcomes in each cycle. This is proof that the application of the flipped classroom type blended learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Students’ critical thinking skills in IPAS learning are still relatively low, especially in topics related to local wisdom. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Deep Learning approach on students’ critical thinking skills in IPAS learning with the topic of Madurese Local Wisdom at SDN Patereman 1. This research employed an experimental method with a pre-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The study was conducted in grade IV with a total sample of 29 students using a saturated sampling technique. The instruments used were pretest and posttest in the form of multiple-choice questions. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were normality test and paired sample t-test. Based on the analysis using SPSS 27 for Windows, the average pretest score was 62.41 and the average posttest score was 76.90, showing an improvement of 14.49 points after the implementation of Deep Learning through the Problem Based Learning model. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of <0.001 <0.05 and a t-value of -6.471, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the Deep Learning approach has a significant effect on improving students’ critical thinking skills in IPAS learning on the topic of Madurese Local Wisdom at SDN Patereman 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman konsep bangun ruang pada siswa kelas V SDN Kemayoran I/24 melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran bangun ruang. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi bangun ruang seperti kubus dan balok, serta terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang tersedia di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, serta pretest dan posttest. Penelitian melibatkan 28 siswa, dengan 22 siswa mendapatkan perlakuan menggunakan media pembelajaran, dan 6 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil pretest menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 36,7, sedangkan hasil posttest meningkat menjadi 57,3. Peningkatan sebesar 20,6 poin ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep bangun ruang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dan kreatif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran matematika yang lebih efektif dan menarik.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model with a Deep Learning approach on the understanding of third-grade students regarding school regulations at UPT SD Negeri 36 Gresik. The research employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pre-test post-test type, involving 11 third-grade students selected using a saturated sampling technique. The research instruments consisted of a pre-test and post-test, each containing 20 questions, which were validated through expert judgment. The data were analyzed using the normality test and the Paired Sample t-Test. The normality test results showed a significance value of 0.123 for the pre-test and 0.135 for the post-test, both greater than 0.05, indicating that the data were normally distributed. Furthermore, the Paired Sample t-Test revealed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an increase in the average score from 44.09 to 82.73. These results demonstrate that the implementation of Problem-Based Learning based on the Deep Learning approach has a significant effect on improving students’ understanding of school regulations.  Keyword: Problem Based Learning, Deep Learning, students’ understanding, school rules Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan Deep Learning terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas III pada materi tata tertib di UPT SD Negeri 36 Gresik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental tipe one-group pre-test post-test dan melibatkan 11 siswa kelas III yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa pre-test dan post-test  yang berjumlah masing-masing 20 soal yang diuji melalui uji validitas dengan memanfaatkan penilaian ahli (judgment experts). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas dan uji Paired Sample t-Test . Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai signifikansi pre-test sebesar 0,123 dan post-test sebesar 0,135, keduanya lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050 dan peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 44,09 menjadi 82,73. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan Problem Based Learning berbasis Deep Learning berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap tata tertib. Abstract

This study aimed to develop and examine the effectiveness of an Indonesian language teaching module based on the traditional folklore  in improving fourth-grade students’ reading comprehension skills, particularly in identifying characters and characterization. The scope of the study focused on the development of contextual teaching materials that integrate local Madurese cultural values into Indonesian language learning. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the  instructional design model, which included needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, field testing, and evaluation stages. The participants consisted of 18 fourth-grade students of SDN Bugih I Pamekasan. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The module was developed by integrating the PQ4R learning model (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) to enhance students’ cognitive and metacognitive engagement in reading activities. The results showed that the developed module achieved a very good level of feasibility based on expert judgments and positive student responses. The students’ average score increased from 60.22 in the pretest to 81.94 in the posttest. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test indicated a significant difference in learning outcomes, with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05. It can be concluded that the -based teaching module is effective in improving students’ reading comprehension skills and fostering appreciation of local culture.

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) learning in elementary schools plays a strategic role in strengthening character education, particularly through the topic of cultural diversity. However, various studies indicate that the implementation of IPS learning still tends to focus on cognitive aspects and is not optimal in internalizing students' character values. This study aims to analyze the instillation of character values, identify developing values, and examine the role of teachers in IPS learning on cultural diversity in fourth-grade elementary schools. The study used a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach to 30 relevant scientific sources obtained through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish, using specific selection criteria. Data analysis was conducted thematically through a process of reduction, categorization, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the instillation of character values ​​is carried out in an integrated manner through learning activities such as discussions, group work, and an experience-based approach. The dominant character values ​​include tolerance, social care, mutual cooperation, nationalism, discipline, and responsibility. Teachers act as facilitators, motivators, and role models in shaping students' character. However, the effectiveness of character value instillation is still influenced by limitations in learning methods and media. Therefore, learning innovations are needed that are more contextual and oriented towards students' real-life experiences.
