Abstract

AbstractPhilosophy of education plays a fundamental role in shaping the direction and quality of national education. This study aims to analyze the influence of educational philosophy on curriculum development, teaching practices, and character formation in the Indonesian context. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review, the study examines major philosophical perspectives, educational theories, and scholarly sources related to curriculum design and character education. The findings indicate that educational philosophy functions as a normative foundation for formulating holistic educational goals that integrate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Furthermore, philosophical principles significantly influence the development of curricula that are aligned with Indonesia’s sociocultural context, particularly those grounded in Pancasila values. In teaching practice, philosophical foundations encourage reflective, participatory, and learner-centered approaches, as exemplified in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Educational philosophy also contributes to strengthening character education through the internalization of moral, ethical, and social responsibility values. Despite its substantial contribution, limited philosophical understanding among educators remains a challenge in its practical application. This study concludes that strengthening educators' understanding of educational philosophy is essential for improving teaching quality and ensuring the relevance of curricula, enabling education to produce intelligent, ethical, and adaptable future generations.Keywords: Philosophy Of Education, Curriculum, Character, Teaching PracticesAbstrakFilsafat pendidikan memiliki peran fundamental dalam membentuk arah dan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh filsafat pendidikan terhadap pengembangan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka yang menelaah teori-teori filsafat pendidikan, aliran filsafat, serta dokumen ilmiah terkait pengembangan kurikulum dan pendidikan karakter. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa filsafat pendidikan berperan sebagai landasan normatif dalam merumuskan tujuan pendidikan yang holistik, mengintegrasikan dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Selain itu, filsafat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap desain kurikulum yang relevan dengan konteks sosial budaya Indonesia, khususnya melalui nilai-nilai Pancasila. Dalam praktik pembelajaran, filsafat pendidikan mendorong penerapan metode yang reflektif, partisipatif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik, sebagaimana dicontohkan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Filsafat juga berkontribusi pada penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Meski memberikan kontribusi besar, pemahaman guru yang masih terbatas mengenai prinsip-prinsip filosofis menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi di lapangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan pemahaman filsafat pendidikan sangat penting guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan relevansi kurikulum di Indonesia, sehingga pendidikan mampu menghasilkan generasi yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.Kata Kunci: Filsafat Pendidikan, Kurikulum, Karakter, Pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Principal's Management in Implementing Inclusive Schools in State Elementary Schools Cluster III, Dewantara District, West Java Regency. North Aceh and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Principal Management in Implementing Inclusive Schools in State Elementary Schools Cluster III, Dewantara District, Aceh North Aceh. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods with a phenomenon approach or direct observation and interaction in the field. The subjects in This research is the principal and several teachers who teach at inclusive class. Technique collection data using interviews, observations, and also documentation studies. Data presentation analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and documentation. data And withdrawal conclusion to participants in field without the existence of engineering. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses the criteria of degree of trust, transferability, dependence And certainty participants as source person. Results research shows that (1) Principal Management in Implementing Inclusive Schools in State Elementary Schools Cluster III, District Dewantara Regency Aceh North Already Can it is said Good. Can seen from the management process carried out with POAC elements, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. (2) supporting factors, namely laws that regulate about school inclusive, and factor inhibitors, namely unavailability or inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructure, support from the local community and accompanying teachers who are not graduates of inclusive education for students with special needs.

Abstract

Pembentukan kepribadian manusia memegang peranan utama dalam pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan semata-mata bertanggung jawab untuk membentuk akhlak yang baik pada diri setiap orang, termasuk generasi muda Indonesia. Apalagi bagi anak yang sedang mencari jati dirinya, tanpa adanya peran pendidikan maka ia akan kehilangan arah dan terkena permasalahan sosial. Tak hanya pendidikan, peran ayah dan ibu juga sangat penting dalam mendidik dan mengasuh anak. Pengaruh model kepemimpinan orang tua terhadap perilaku nakal anak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepribadian anak. Model kepemimpinan yang baik akan menciptakan karakter yang baik dan sebaliknya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan anak, antara lain teman dan lingkungan, namun faktor keluarga lebih mendominasi. Pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kenakalan anak. Pendidikan juga sangat mempengaruhi pembentukan kepribadian anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bireuen.
