Abstract

The rapid digitalization of education demands inclusive pedagogical strategies, especially within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), to ensure equitable learning opportunities. This study focuses on post-secondary students and aims to identify the competencies required by educators in implementing inclusive digital pedagogy. It also serves as a foundational reference for future in-depth research. The study examines the strength of consensus among expert groups from Indonesia and Malaysia regarding inclusive digital pedagogy using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique (FDT). A purposive sampling technique was employed to select 30 experts from Indonesia and Malaysia. The selection criteria included academic qualifications, professional experience in TVET and digital pedagogy, and prior involvement in educational research or policy-making, in identifying and prioritizing key components, including infrastructure and training, digital skills development, accessibility, student-centered approaches, employer engagement, and personalized learning. Data analysis utilizing triangular fuzzy numbers revealed a strong consensus, highlighting the foundational role of infrastructure and innovative pedagogical practices aligned with industry needs. The findings contribute a comprehensive framework for enhancing digital inclusivity in Southeast Asian TVET contexts and demonstrate the effectiveness of FDT in consensus-based educational research. Future research is recommended to empirically validate the proposed framework in real classroom settings and to investigate its adaptability across different cultural environments in the ASEAN region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 8 Cakranegara. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 8 Cakranegara yang terdiri atas 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan butir tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif deskriptif dan perhitungan ketuntasan klasikal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terjadi peningkatan dari pra siklus, siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Pada kegiatan pra siklus ketuntasan klasikalnya sebesar 18%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus 1 persentase ketuntasan klasikalnya sebesar 44% dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 91%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan TaRL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV SDN 8 Cakranegara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKN dengan pendekatan culturally responsive teaching (CRT). Penelitian ini dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Cakranegaara tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 27 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran angket motivasi belajar peserta didik untuk setiap siklus. Angket motivasi terdiri atas 26 pernyataan yang terdiri atas pernyataan positif dan negatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Peningkatan motivasi ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan persentase motivasi belajar PPKN peserta didik kategori tinggi dari 14,81% pada kegiatan prasiklus menjadi 37,04% pada siklus 1 dan 62,96% pada siklus 2. Kemudian persentase peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik kategori sangat tinggi dari 7,40% pada kegiatan prasiklus menjadi 14,81% pada siklus I dan 33,33% pada siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran CRT dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik SDN 8 Cakranegara pada mata pelajaran PPKN.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of openness to experience, social support, and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between openness to experience and social support on employee performance in the West Sulawesi Regional Police. This study used a quantitative method, with sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 99 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, using a Likert scale of 1–5, limited interviews to validate contextual information, and document analysis to support descriptive data. Testing the quality of the research instrument used a validity test and a reliability test. The analytical tools used were classical assumption test analysis consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test; multiple linear regression analysis; path analysis; Sobel test analysis; then hypothesis testing used a partial test (t-statistic test), simultaneous test (F-statistic test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) social support does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (3) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between openness to experience and employee performance; (4) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between social support and employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Police; (5) job satisfaction has an influence and is not significant on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Police
