Abstract

Abstrak. Pengaruh Konseling Kelompok Behavioristik dengan Teknik Assertive Training terhadap Korban Bullyiing di SMP N 1 Bobotsari dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perilaku bullying yang disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan siswa korban bullying dalam bersikap asertif di lingkungan sekolah dan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah ada penerapan konseling behavioristik dengan teknik assertive training pada korban bullying di SMP N 1 Bootsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, metode penelitian pre-eksperimental desain dilakukan dalam satu kelompok pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 6 siswa korban bullying. Mendapatkan populasi dengan teknik sampling purposive mengumpulkan ilustrasi tanpa bersumber pada random. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji hipotesis hasil uji t dari paired sample test pada Sig.(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. dengan demikian, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh dari layanan konseling kelompok. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok behavioristik dengan teknik assertive training berpengaruh terhadap korban bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Inclusive Education Model Based on Stakeholder Collaboration to strengthen support services for students with special needs in Pangudi Luhur Elementary School Semarang. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design referring to the ADDIE model, involving needs analysis, model development, expert validation, and limited implementation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, document analysis, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with teachers, parents, school leaders, and special education staff. The expert validation results revealed that the model obtained a score of 91.4% for content validation and 84.3% for media validation, categorizing it as “highly feasible.” During implementation, the model was positively accepted by stakeholders, with an acceptance rate of 84.4% (teachers and school leaders) and 98.2% (parents). The findings conclude that the developed model effectively facilitates structured collaboration and strengthens inclusive practices in elementary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru di HIMPAUDI terkait prevensi kekerasan seksual anak (KSA) melalui pelatihan, memperoleh dukungan orang tua dalam menerapkan pendidikan seksualitas sebagai prevensi KSA, meningkatkan keterampilan pemanfaatan IPTEKS dalam kurikulum anti kekerasan seksual (KAKS) melalui penerapan Seri Animasi Miko Mila dan Buku Komik Berseri tentang Organ Reproduksi, dan mendampingi guru dalam menyusun kurikulum KAKS. PKM menggunakan pendekatan pembangunan komunitas berfokus pada pengembangan komunitas. PKM melibatkan HIMPAUDI Kota Semarang sebagai subjek dan obyek melibatkan partisipan dalam kegiatan PKM untuk meningkatkan perannya dalam pengembangan kelompok. PKM dilaksanakan 6 bulan. Tim PKM memberikan materi pendidikan seksual berupa pencegahan KSA di sekolah, penanganan KSA di sekolah dan masyarakat, serta pelaporan pengaduan KSA di sekolah dan masyarakat. Hasil PKM diperoleh bahwa terdapat 7-8 partisipan guru memilih netral dan satu partisipan tidak setuju dengan indikator pendampingan KAKS. Keempat indikator tersebut memerlukan perhatian lebih dari tim pendamping KAKS. Misalnya, guru memerlukan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang evaluasi dan cara melakukan evaluasi KAKS. Pada indikator elaborasi materi KAKS, terdapat satu partisipan (TA) yang belum mengetahui dan mampu mempraktikan cara elaborasi materi. Maka, perlu perbaikan dalam pendampingan KAKS terutama evaluasi, elaborasi materi, dan tindak lanjut dari KAKS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the instructional leadership of the principal in improving teachers’ pedagogical competence at SD Negeri 2 Tulakan. A qualitative approach was employed to explore in depth the principal’s instructional leadership practices, which include defining the school mission, supervising and evaluating instruction, promoting professional development and maintaining high visibility. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically to identify leadership patterns and their contribution to the enhancement of teachers’ pedagogical competence. The findings reveal that the principal has implemented instructional. These practices significantly contribute to the improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence, although several challenges remain, such as limited resources, resistance from some teachers, and restricted time for instructional supervision. This study recommends the need for continuous leadership training, strengthened coordination between the principal and teachers, and the development of a more effective supervision system to optimize the implementation of instructional leadership in primary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school leadership in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SD Negeri 2 Tubanan, Jepara. The findings indicate that the leadership of the principal significantly contributes to the improvement of teachers' professional competence through effective supervision, motivation, and the provision of continuous professional development opportunities. The principal’s role as a supervisor involves regular classroom visits, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring teachers have the resources and support they need to improve. Furthermore, the principal fosters a collaborative environment by encouraging teachers to participate in relevant training programs, thus enhancing their pedagogical skills. However, challenges such as time constraints for training, the integration of technology in teaching, and the motivation of some teachers to participate in professional development programs remain. This study highlights the importance of principal leadership in promoting professional growth and its direct impact on the overall quality of education. It also offers practical insights for future educational leadership practices.

Abstract

School development requires strategic leadership to ensure continuous improvement in educational quality and sustainability. However, many elementary schools still face challenges related to instructional quality, teacher capacity, and resource management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the leadership strategies implemented by the principal in developing SDN 4 Kaliaman, Kembang Subdistrict, Jepara Regency. This research employed a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal implemented strategic leadership through participative school planning, teacher empowerment via continuous professional development, integration of technology in learning, and collaboration with parents and the local community. In addition, effective infrastructure development and efficient budget management supported the successful implementation of school programs. The study concludes that strategic leadership characterized by participatory planning, teacher capacity building, and optimal resource utilization plays a crucial role in fostering a conducive learning environment and supporting sustainable school development.

Abstract

Education quality is strongly influenced by the culture of quality within schools, which shapes collaboration, trust, and academic achievement among school members. This study aims to examine the implementation of quality culture at SD Negeri 2 Kaliaman, Kembang District, Jepara, focusing on three key elements: reliability culture, trust culture, and academic optimism. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain an in-depth understanding of the strategies and practices used to develop quality culture. The findings indicate that the school has effectively fostered a culture of reliability through structured supervision, teacher motivation, and competency enhancement via training and the use of technology. Trust culture has strengthened communication and cooperation among teachers, students, and the community, while academic optimism is demonstrated through collaborative academic and non-academic activities involving teachers, students, and parents. However, challenges remain, particularly in fully integrating technology into teaching practices and bridging gaps in understanding between parents and the school. In conclusion, implementing a quality culture plays a critical role in improving educational outcomes, promoting stakeholder engagement, and creating a sustainable and competitive learning environment.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the principal as a manager in improving the quality of learning through learning communities at SD Negeri 1 Kalipang. The research aims to understand how effective school leadership can enhance teaching quality by organizing collaborative learning environments for teachers. The findings suggest that the principal's involvement in planning, organizing resources, and motivating teachers has significantly contributed to the success of the learning community program. By engaging teachers in collaborative activities and fostering a culture of continuous professional development, the school has enhanced both teaching competencies and student engagement. Despite challenges such as a limited number of certified teachers in certain subjects, the school has been successful in overcoming these obstacles through training and resource optimization. This study highlights the importance of a principal’s leadership in fostering a supportive learning community, which ultimately improves educational outcomes. The results provide valuable insights for other schools aiming to implement similar programs to enhance learning quality and teacher development.

Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools continues to be a significant concern, negatively impacting students' emotional well-being, social interactions, and academic engagement. In response, many schools in Indonesia have adopted the Child-Friendly School (CFS) program as a strategic initiative to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. SDN Pleburan 01 Semarang is one such school dedicated to strengthening bullying prevention through effective child-friendly school management strategies. This study aims to analyze the approaches employed by SDN Pleburan 01 in managing a child-friendly school to prevent and address bullying. A qualitative research design was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the principal, teachers, students, and the CFS team. The findings indicate that the school has implemented comprehensive bullying prevention measures, including needs-based planning, integration of character-building activities, active involvement of stakeholders, and the use of technology such as the Si Galing application for anonymous reporting. The study also found a significant reduction in bullying incidents and improvements in students' sense of safety, emotional well-being, and participation in school activities. In conclusion, the research highlights that successful child-friendly school management requires thorough planning, collaborative execution, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable bullying prevention efforts in elementary schools.
