Abstract

Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) merupakan bagian dari Daftar Efek Syariah (DES), yang mencakup saham-saham syariah yang telah melalui proses audit oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan tercatat di BEI. Perkembangan ISSI yang signifikan tentu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kondisi ekonomi mikro maupun makro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat inflasi dan nilai tukar (kurs) terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Tahun 2021-2024. Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat inflasi berdampak negatif signifikan terhadap ISSI, sedangkan variabel nilai tukar (kurs) berdampak positif signifikan terhadap ISSI..

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore how children Accounts found in the Qur'an can function as a learning medium in instilling religious values in early childhood. Religious values play a crucial role and should be familiarized with from an early stage on as a basis to foster children's character development and morals in facing life. This study uses the Observation method approach through an in-depth examination of various relevant scientific literature, including books, journals, and According to prior research, it has been shown that learning based on Qur'anic stories is effective in conveying moral and religious messages because they are in line with the imaginative aslo concrete world of children. Stories such as the Prophet Ismail, the little Prophet Yusuf, and the Ashabul Kahfi provide examples of honesty, obedience, patience, and faith that may be delivered using enjoyable approaches such as storytelling, role playing, and visualization. These findings reinforce the importance of the role of teachers and parents in internalizing religious values through contextual learning media that touch the emotional aspects of children.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious issue that affects early childhood development and demands educators' attention in providing appropriate preventive education. Ironically, the limited availability of effective educational media for stunting prevention hinders the learning process. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of an educational video based on movement and song activities as a preventive effort against stunting in early childhood. This research employed a research and development (R&D) design involving 28 children as subjects. Data were collected through observation and structured interviews, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The findings indicate that the developed educational video effectively conveys health messages in an engaging and child-friendly manner. The content covers healthy living habits, nutritious food consumption, and regular sleep patterns, all demonstrated through songs and movements. Both children and teachers showed high enthusiasm after using the media consistently for two weeks. The study concludes that movement and song based educational videos are appropriate as a medium for stunting prevention education in early childhood. The implications of this study highlight the importance of developing creative, enjoyable, and behavior-oriented learning media to foster healthy habits from an early age. Further development is recommended to ensure the sustainability and broader applicability of this media in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan E-Samsat, kepuasan wajib pajak, dan efisiensi pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan pajak kendaraan bermotor, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, di Pusat Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah (PPPDW) Kabupaten Sukabumi I Cibadak. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pajak kendaraan bermotor meskipun sistem E-Samsat telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor, serta didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang didahului dengan uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel E-Samsat, kepuasan wajib pajak, dan efisiensi pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas sistem E-Samsat, pelayanan yang efisien, dan kepuasan wajib pajak menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong kepatuhan pajak di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

The Community Service (KKN) program group 38 in Purba Lamo Village, Lembah Sorik Marapi Subdistrict, aims to enhance the community's economy through product diversification based on local potential, specifically bananas. Although the village produces an abundance of bananas, its processing has been limited to selling them in raw form or simple processed products, resulting in low added value. The KKN program initiated training on processing bananas into chips with various flavors, introducing modern packaging techniques and adaptive marketing strategies. The approach used was participatory, including socialization, direct practice, and continuous mentoring in production and distribution. The results showed an improvement in the residents' skills in product processing, the emergence of new entrepreneurial motivation, and collective initiatives to expand marketing networks at local and regional levels. The long-term impact of this activity is an increased awareness among the community about the importance of managing local potential innovatively, which supports collective welfare. This KKN program not only provides short-term benefits, such as increased income, but also contributes to strengthening the village's economic independence sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for making up rooms at Hotel Grandhika Pemuda Semarang with a focus on guest comfort. SOP for making up rooms is a work guideline that ensures that the cleaning and arranging of rooms are carried out according to the standards set by the hotel, thus providing a comfortable stay experience for guests. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews with supervisors, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SOP for making up rooms is consistently able to improve the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort of hotel rooms. However, there are several obstacles, such as the lack of ongoing training for staff and time constraints in the cleaning process when the occupancy rate is high. The conclusion that can be drawn is that with optimization efforts through routine training, stricter supervision, and effective work time management. Implementation of good make up room SOP can increase guest comfort and the reputation of Hotel Grandhika Pemuda Semarang as a hotel that prioritizes service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital crossword puzzle learning media to improve early reading skills in children aged 5–6 years in Class B at Kemala Bhayangkari 01 Kindergarten Palembang. The research was motivated by the low level of children's early reading ability and the limited use of technology-based learning media in early childhood education. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, teacher response questionnaires, and children's reading ability tests.The results showed that the developed digital crossword puzzle media met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The validity test results indicated that the media was categorized as very valid with an average score of 82.5% from material experts, 90% from language experts, and 92.85% from media experts. The practicality test conducted by teachers showed a maximum score of 55 out of 55 or 100%, indicating that the media was very practical to use in learning activities. Furthermore, the effectiveness test showed that the initial field trial achieved 92.5%, which increased to 93.67% in the main field trial. The hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained a t-count value of 8.519, which is higher than the t-table value of 0.443, indicating a significant effect of using digital crossword puzzle media on improving children's early reading skills.Therefore, the digital crossword puzzle media developed in this study is considered valid, practical, and effective for enhancing early reading skills in early childhood education.

Abstract

Fetal Head Circumference (HC) measurement using Ultrasound (USG) imagery is a crucial biometric parameter for estimating gestational age and monitoring fetal growth rate. However, automated interpretation is often hindered by speckle noise, low contrast, and blurred object boundaries inherent in USG images. This study aims to optimize the performance of a U-Net architecture with backbone ResNet-34 for fetal head segmentation through image preprocessing and data augmentation techniques. The proposed method integrates Anisotropic Diffusion for noise reduction and CLAHE (Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization) to enhance boundary features, alongside geometric augmentations (rotation, flip) and median blur. The model was trained on 799 training images and validation with 80:20 ratio and 200 test images from a public dataset. Results indicate that the proposed preprocessing significantly improves segmentation performance compared to the baseline. The Intersection over Union (IoU) score increased from 0.9440 to 0.9526, and the Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC) get 0.9757. Although preprocessing visually intensified certain artifacts, it effectively enhanced feature distinctiveness for the model. Based on the segmentation output, biometric estimation was conducted using ellipse fitting. This study concludes that U-Net optimized with Anisotropic Diffusion and CLAHE preprocessing shows significant potential as an assistive tool for medical professionals, enabling faster biometric measurement while maintaining the necessity for clinical verification.

Abstract

Providing optimal nursing care is key to improving patient satisfaction. However, conditions on the ground reveal an overlap of nurses duties during critical hours, as well as complaints from patients regarding slow responses from nurses. This study aimed to determine the impact of implementing the Professional Nursing Care Model (MAKP): Team Method on patient satisfaction at RSUD Rantauprapat in 2026. This was a quantitative analytic correlational study utilizing a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was conducted over a three-week period in the surgical inpatient ward of RSUD Rantauprapat, with a sample size of 60 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The instruments used were an SOP observation sheet for the implementation of the MAKP Team and a questionnaire to measure patient satisfaction. Data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using an alternative Chi-Square test, namely the Likelihood Ratio test. The univariate analysis showed that the majority of the MAKP team implementation at RSUD Rantauprapat was in the fair category, with 54 respondents (90.0%), and the majority of patient satisfaction levels were in the satisfied category, with 41 respondents (68.3%). The bivariate analysis using the Likelihood Ratio test yielded a p-value = 0.004 < α (0.05), which means that the implementation of the MAKP team has a significant effect on patient satisfaction so Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study indicate that the implementation of MAKP team method has a significant impact on patient satisfaction levels in the surgical inpatient ward of RSUD Rantauprapat in 2026. The hospital management is suggested to optimize the roles and coordination of nursing care providers through regular supervision so that the quality of service can be improved from the fair to the good category in order to maximize patient satisfaction. Abstrak Pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang optimal merupakan kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Namun, fenomena di lapangan menunjukkan adanya tumpang tindih tugas perawat saat jam kritis serta keluhan dari pasien terkait lambatnya respons perawat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional (MAKP): Metode Tim terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Rantauprapat Tahun 2026. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama tiga minggu di ruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Rantauprapat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi SOP untuk penerapan MAKP Tim dan kuesioner untuk mengukur kepuasan pasien. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji alternatif Chi-Square yaitu uji Likelihood Ratio. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penerapan MAKP tim di RSUD Rantauprapat berada pada kategori cukup yaitu sebanyak 54 responden (90%) dan tingkat kepuasan pasien mayoritas berada pada kategori puas yaitu sebanyak 41 responden (68,3%). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji likelihood ratio diperoleh nilai p-value = 0.004 < α (0.05), yang berarti penerapan MAKP tim berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien sehingga Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional (MAKP) tim memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Rantauprapat Tahun 2026. Pihak manajemen rumah sakit disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan peran dan koordinasi pelaksana asuhan keperawatan melalui supervisi berkala agar mutu pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan dari kategori cukup menjadi baik demi memaksimalkan kepuasan pasien.
