Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diferensiasi produk dan diferensiasi citra terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan pengaruhnya terhahadap kinerja pemasaran Industri Kecil Menengah Kopi di Kabupaten Temanggung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 156 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional area random sampling, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh 61 responden dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dan positif dari diferensiasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing, sedangkan diferensiasi citra tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah semakin tinggi perusahaan menerapkan strategi diferensiasi produk maka akan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, namun semakin tinggi diferensiasi citra yang diterapkan perusahaan belum tentu meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan bersaing meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran

Abstract

Student behavior in entrepreneurship has not been maximized, where some members actually already have a business framework, but it is only a framework and there is no real action. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial attitudes, contextual environment, and creativity on entrepreneurial behavior through the entrepreneurial intentions of students who are members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (IYEA) at two universities, namely Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) and Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP). This type of research is a quantitative study with a student population of members of IYEA UNNES and UNDIP. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 students. The data collection method used an online questionnaire. The method of data analysis is Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the Warp-PLS 7.0 program. The results of the study showed entrepreneurial attitudes, contextual environment influences entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial intentions are proven to be able to mediate the influence between entrepreneurial attitudes and the contextual environment on entrepreneurial behavior. Suggestions in maintaining and improving student entrepreneurship behavior is to be active in participating in various activities, training, and seminars on entrepreneurship. Abstract

The development of the teaching profession during the pandemic declined, because limited interaction and mobility made some teachers reluctant to innovate and be creative in learning. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of teacher professionalism through Classroom Action Research training. The methods used are discussions, lectures, and practice of proposal preparation, implementation, and preparation of reports and articles in journals. The result of this service is that the teacher has an understanding of Classroom Action Research after attending the training, can determine problems based on the results of learning reflections, prepare proposals, compile reports and articles in journals.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and innovation on social entrepreneurship in student members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) Universitas Negeri Semarang. The research used is quantitative method. The research population is all entrepreneurial students who are members of Universitas Negeri Semarang HIPMI class 2019-2020. The total of samples as many as 83 respondents with the technique of determining the saturated sample. The collecting data method using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 21 program. The results show that the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and innovation simultaneously affect social entrepreneurship by 65.3%. While partially self-efficacy has the greatest effect on social entrepreneurship by 15.9%, entrepreneurial knowledge has an effect of 9.20%, and innovation has an effect on social entrepreneurship by 6.90%. The variables of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and innovation simultaneously affect social entrepreneurship. Suggestions given to entrepreneurial students are expected not only to be entrepreneurship that prioritizes profit, but also to have a social mission. Suggestions for further researchers to examine research on social entrepreneurship using other variables.

Abstract

Efforts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus implemented in Indonesia in the education sector have resulted in learning at junior high schools in Semarang City using online learning through parental guidance. This study aims to describe the impact of COVID-19 on online learning in Semarang City's first schools. Online learning can use digital technology such as google classrooms, study houses, zoom, video conferencing, telephone or live chat and others. This research is a qualitative research. The informants in this study were students, teachers and parents of junior high school guardians in Semarang City. The results of this study were (1) The impact felt by students on the teaching and learning process at home was that students felt they had more experience than learning in class. (2) From the parent guardian's point of view, the impact felt is the additional cost of purchasing internet quota and parents have to spend time accompanying their children in online learning. (3) The impact felt by the teacher is that not all are proficient in using internet technology or social media as a learning tools.

Abstract

One solution to reduce unemployment is to create an entrepreneur in vocational school students through entrepreneurship learning. Efforts to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus in Indonesia have resulted in entrepreneurship learning being carried out online. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of online entrepreneurship learning, the obstacles faced when implementing online entrepreneurship learning and the strategies of the obstacles associated with learning entrepreneurship online at SMK YPPM, Boja District, Kendal Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, questionnaires with a Likert scale, and documentation. The results of this study are (1) Online entrepreneurship learning shows ineffective results. (2) The obstacles that arise during the implementation of online entrepreneurship learning for students are students who are not ready, unhappy, not interested in online entrepreneurship learning, lack of understanding of online learning media, inadequate internet networks, difficulty finding learning resources, unaccompanied, students cannot concentrate , students feel lazy, bored when learning entrepreneurship online and after learning entrepreneurship online students do not like reading books. Meanwhile, the obstacle for teachers is that it is difficult for teachers to find student grades because there are still many who do not collect assignments. (3) The strategy to reduce barriers is for the teacher to conduct a home visit. Shows very effective results and runs smoothly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara minat menjadi guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan praktik pengalaman lapangan terhadap Kesiapan menjadi guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi yang berjumlah 389 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 197 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, minat menjadi guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan praktik pengalaman lapangan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru sebesar 74,1%, minat menjadi guru berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru sebesar 33,06%, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru sebesar 20,34% praktik pengalaman lapangan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru sebesar 3,96%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara minat menjadi guru, lingkungan keluarga dan praktik pengalaman lapangan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Saran bagi penelitian ini adalah penting bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan keyakinan dirinya bahwa ia mampu menjadi guru yang professional, penelitian selanjutnya agar menambah variasi variabel atau sampel yang akan digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa untuk menjadi guru.

Abstract

The development of the industrial revolution demanded various changes in every activity, including in the field of education. Through technological developments in the learning process will be able to help students to face these challenges. This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology in education to help students face the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a descriptive qualitative research collecting data from literature study. The results of this study found that technology has a significant role in the world of education, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Through the use of technology, students gain relevant skills and knowledge in the future. Abstract

                                     Indonesia  akan menghadapi persaingan dalam semua bidang, antara lain perniagaan, industri dan berbagai bidang lainnya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya berkualitas, kreatif dan produktif yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan. Sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia sebagai agen penggerak ekonomi kreatif serta untuk menanamkan jiwa berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui internalisasi pendidikan ekonomi kreatif sebagai bridging course pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif persentase. Populasi penelitian  adalah para guru dan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan di  dua sekolah adiwiyata  di kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa internalisasi pendidikan ekonomi kreatif  baik  ditinjau dari   sisi  guru dan peserta didik tergolong sangat tinggi, artinya sekolah sudah memasukkan nilai-nilai  pendidikan ekonomi kreatif ke dalam pembelajaran; selain itu pembelajaran kewirausahaan baik  dari sisi guru dan peserta didik juga tergolong  sudah tinggi, artinya pembelajaran kewirausahaan baik dari sisi materi, metode dan kemampuan guru sudah sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci:  internalisasi, pendidikan ekonomi kreatif, pembelajaran kewirausahaan

Abstract

Business development is increasingly rapid and competition is getting sharper in capturing market share, companies are required to be able to empower their resources effectively and efficiently so that companies can have a competitive advantage. Kobamie Cooperative aims to prosper its members by expanding market share, especially in the use of digital media. However, in this case the Kobamie Cooperative has not been able to maximize its broad market share. In this case, the use of digital advertising has not been maximized. The solutions offered to overcome partner problems are training and assistance in strengthening marketing through digital advertising. The methods used in the community service include socialization activities, training, mentoring and evaluation of community service programs. The result of this community service is to increase partners' understanding of the concept of digital advertising, partners are able to practice, compose interesting content and images to be used as advertisements and partners are able to post advertisements via digital platforms. The conclusion of this community service is that this community service helps partners in marketing products via digital. Perkembangan bisnis yang semakin pesat dan persaingan semakin tajam dalam merebut pangsa pasar, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memberdayakan sumber daya yang dimiliki secara efektif dan efisien agar perusahaan bisa mempunyai keunggulan bersaing. Koperasi Kobamie bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya dengan memperluas pangsa pasar terutama dalam penggunaan media digital. Namun, dalam hal ini Koperasi Kobamie belum bisa secara maksimal meraih pangsa pasar yang luas. Dalam hal ini disebabkan karena penggunaan digital advertising yang belum maksimal dilakukan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra yakni pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penguatan pemasaran melalui digital advertising. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi program pengabdian. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang konsep digital advertising, mitra mampu mempraktekkan, menyusun konten dan gambar yang menarik untuk dijadikan iklan serta mitra mampu memposting iklan via platform digital. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah dengan adanya pengabdian ini membantu mitra dalam memasarkan produk via digital.
