Abstract

Malang City has many fixed billboard locations for rent. Noted there are more than 100 permanent billboards scattered in the city of Malang. Based on the distribution, there was a problem related to the information that the billboards had provided. Potential advertisers are not easy to get information about the distribution point of the billboard location. This problem occurs because there is no WebGIS that displays fixed billboard maps. Therefore there is a need for WebGIS mapping and permanent billboard recommendations to overcome this problem. WebGIS mapping and billboard recommendations are still being built using agile development methods. Billboard recommendations on WebGIS are determined using Tsukamoto's fuzzy calculation formula. WebGIS, which was completed, produced an interface consisting of narration and digital maps. Digital maps on WebGIS include markers, search features, filter features, specification information, photos, and photosphere from billboards. WebGIS is tested using the usability and compatibility parameters. Based on the usability test results, WebGIS can be said to be excellent or can be used easily. Based on compatibility test results, WebGIS can be said to be compatible in several browsers such as Edge, Opera, Chrome, iOS, and Android. WebGIS that has been built and tested is expected to be useful for all users.

Abstract

The potential for disasters in Ponorogo Regency is handled by the Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD). Recording of post-disaster reports at BPBD Ponorogo Regency is still done manually using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point for disaster publications to the public through the WhatsApp application. So we need a website-based system to facilitate reporting and publication of reports to the public as a form of data transparency. TRC (Quick Reaction Team) can record reports directly on the system. After being reviewed by PUSDALOPS and verified by the Kepala Pelaksana, the results of report verification can be accessed by the public via the website and using a GIS (Geographic Information System) to facilitate accurate reading of data by the public by directly looking at the affected areas on the map. This study uses the Waterfall method, data collection for needs analysis is carried out by interviewing one of the BPBD employees of Ponorogo Regency. The requirements analysis resulted in 23 functionalities which were implemented using the PHP programming language and the Laravel Framework, Leafleat js as a library for displaying maps, and the mySQL database. The implementation results tested using white-box, black-box testing, usability testing, Pearson product testing, split half testing and testing matrix model testing. From these tests, it was obtained valid results for white-box testing, one test was invalid from a total of 23 test-cases in black-box testing. For usability testing, a score of 62.5 was obtained or it was in the 'good' category. Meanwhile, for the feature validation test, there are 4 valid features, 6 invalid features and the rest cannot be calculated because there is a costant variable. The accuracy of GIS (Geographic Information System) using a test matrix model, the value is 80%.

Abstract

PT. The Malang branch of the Indonesian Trading Company (Persero) is one of the state-owned companies (BUMN) as one of the BUMNs engaged in domestic trade and international trade in the Malang region, East Java. Through the trading business of various products and commodities handled from upstream to downstream, exports and imports which are also trusted by the government to handle and maintain price stability and availability of national food stocks and or other community needs. In an effort to provide easy job evaluation and customer grouping for the marketing division, there is a recommendation for a solution in the form of a dashboard to display commodity and customer values. This system was built using the PHP programming language assisted by Boostrap and MySQL for database management. This dashboard uses data processing in the commodity database and customer data which is used as graphics and digital maps. In making a digital map using the coordinates of several areas for commodity purchases by customers in East Java province.

Abstract

PT PRUDENTIAL LIFE ASSURANCE launches a PRUforce application for marketers. In providing services, marketers use application-based information technology. Prudential staff encountered interface problems when using PRUforce. The usability testing method and user experience questionnaire (UEQ) are the methods used in research by researchers. The steps in compiling the research started from literature studies, data collection and processing sessions, discussed analysis results sessions and conclusions and suggestions. There were 5 PRUforce users who were then performed usability testing. The test provides a value in terms of the effectiveness aspect with a value of 100% which indicates that the user can complete the task, in terms of efficiency it is obtained a value of 0.01 goals / second which means the level of speed of the user in completing the task and in terms of satisfaction in the value range of 60% -65% which indicates the level PRUforce application user satisfaction. Furthermore, the UEQ questionnaire was distributed to 30 respondents to test the user experience and a score with an average of 2.37 which was produced in terms of perspicuity, attractiveness, dependability, stimulation, efficiency and novelty aspects, which showed that the PRUforce application tended to evaluate the assessment towards good / positive direction according to user experience.

Abstract

The policy demands regarding SKM (legal evidence or curriculum vitae) regarding various activities carried out by students and is part of a requirement listed by students during Semhas registration or Results in Seminar and also thesis examination registration from the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM UB ) request OPTIIK FILKOM UB to have information media to be better known, especially in the academic community of FILKOM UB who have interest in photography and design. In today's digital era, the use of the internet as an information medium has increased in users. The data is quoted from Statista's data, which shows internet users in Indonesia in 2018 were 95.2 million, growing 13% from 2017, which was 84 million users. 2019 is projected at 12.6% or 107.2 million users. Increase in internet users due to access to the internet using websites to find information. Departing from the problems that have been analyzed, this research will create a website design using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach and the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach and the design results using the Software Usability Questionnaire (SUS). In addition to producing the results of the user interface design, this study will also explain the comparison of the results of the user design and the comparison of the results of the SUS test for that design as a consideration for the development of the OPTIIK FILKOM UB website.

Abstract

UMKM are the driving force of the regional economy. The Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises has an important role in the development of UMKM. The very fast growth of UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency causes a lack of information on UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency. Problems that are often faced are related to MSME data collection which is still not optimal, data collection is still using a questionnaire then the data is recapitulated by administrative officers using Microsoft Excel so that it requires a lot of time and human resources and people who need information about UMKM must come directly to the Cooperative and Micro Business Office. With this website, it is hoped that it will make it easier for service employees to collect data and make it easier for the public to get information on UMKM and to be able to access MSME locations by utilizing the WebGis available in the system. This study uses the Waterfall method. Elicitation is carried out by interviewing employees of the Cooperative and Micro Business Office. There were 20 functional systems implemented with the PHP programming language and the map library used, namely Leaflet Js. The results of this study were a map display along with information on the distribution of UMKM. Black box testing is used the UAT method and for the white box using flowgraph. And for usability testing, the SUS method was used, the results were 77%, which means good. To test the accuracy, the test matrix table is used, the results are 85%.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is an area that has very good and strategic investment land in the East Java region. This can be proven by the amount of investment that comes in from 2014-2018 has always increased. This amount of investment is not matched by the amount of land available for new investors, especially in the city center of Sidoarjo Regency. Sidoarjo Regency Government seeks to develop urban areas throughout the districts of Sidoarjo Regency. The existence of this urban area is needed to meet the availability of land for new investors who want to invest in the city center of Sidoarjo Regency. This research developed a geographic information system to determine the suitability of land in an urban area in Sidoarjo Regency using Multi-Criteria Evaluation and AHP methods. Criteria such as urban settlements, social services, and economic activity are used in this research based on the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia number 57 of 2010 on Guidelines and Standards for Urban Services. The result of this research indicates that the land area of 385,831 km2 (54.21%) is very suitable to use an urban area of Sidoarjo Regency. Only 2.08% of land in Sidoarjo Regency stated not suitable. The result of accuracy testing using receiver operator characteristic method to analyze result model stated pretty well.

Abstract

Pasuruan City is one of the small cities in East Java province. Pasuruan City has a variety of tourist and culinary attractions, and this city has grown rapidly to have many inns and shopping centers. Not a few tourists come to this city to enjoy tourist attractions and culinary delights, as well as for the people themselves to enjoy all the facilities provided in Pasuruan City. The city is quite up-to-date on its website and all social media with the latest news in Pasuruan City. However, of all the sites and social media, the City of Pasuruan does not yet have a special site for mapping the City of Pasuruan which displays various facilities in the form of a map. Therefore, the author builds a Geographic Information System for Pasuruan City by displaying various facilities in Pasuruan City. The method used in the construction of this system is the method waterfall. The results of this study are a-based geographic information system webGIS that has passed the test with results of 93.07% for admin users, and 83.71% for general public users. It can be concluded that this system can be used properly by the entire community of Pasuruan City.

Abstract

PT. An Namiroh Travelindo is a travel service company for Umrah and Hajj services plus which has branches in several major cities in Indonesia. However, PT. An Namiroh Travelindo experienced internal and external problems in business processes that arose due to the presence of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia. The traditional system of business processes causes misunderstandings between leaders and agents to cause problems in the marketing process. Based on the problems above, the researcher wants to provide a modern business process solution by designing the user interface of the web-based namiroh marketing application that will utilize the design thinking method for the user interface design process. So with the creation of this application, agents can see the commission correctly and make it easier for the public to register and buy hajj and umrah packages at PT. An Namiroh Travelindo. This application design process uses the design thinking method that uses five stages, namely the empathy phase, define phase, ideate phase, prototype phase, and test phase. This study uses a usability scale system for usability testing with a task scenario that will achieve aspects of satisfaction, learnability, and efficiency. Based on the test results obtained a value of 83.5 so it can be concluded that the user interface design of the namiroh marketing application has a high level of satisfaction based on the data obtained. Based on the criteria for high acceptance, ranking (grade scale) above average, and good adjective ratings.

Abstract

The continued increase in the human population will continue to be followed by the community's need for a place to live. This causes the use of open land for housing construction, more and more done to meet the needs of human habitation. Every year, big cities experience an increase in built up density which causes new problems, including lack of clean water, flooding, poor public facilities, to land subsidence every year. By utilizing Geographical Information System technology, researchers hope to be able to answer all current and future problems in the future. One of the functions of the Geographical Information System is to identify areas with built up density by calculating the built up index and vegetation index in the area using the open source Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) software. The purpose of this research is the development of a QGIS plugin that can help measure the density index of built up in an area using Landsat 8 satellite imagery data. This plugin will be developed using the python programming language because the language is integrated with QGIS and has a package that can be used to calculate indexes on raster data. density of buildings in an area. By doing a confusion matrix test and blackbox testing, this plugin gets a value of 73% and 100% for its functionality value.
