Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Sandwich Generation (Work Psychology, Time Management and Work Commitment) on the Performance of National University Employees. This research data used primary data in the form of questionnaires to 95 National University respondents. Data analysis techniques using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 22. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables Work Psychology (X1), Time Management (X2), and Work Commitment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of this study expect companies to improve compensation, motivation, and time management training that can support employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of writing the study is to analyze: (1) The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. (2) Effect of Competence on Employee Performance. (3) The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. This study explains both partially and simulatan, The method used in this study is a quantitative method to find out the influence between variables, where hypothesis testing uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was 109 people. The results of this study state that there is an influence between emotional intelligence, competence, organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Incentives on the Performance of the DKI Jakarta Bina Marga Service Employees. This study uses primary data and the data collection method used for the results of material analysis is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire from 100 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results of this study show that the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Incentives simultaneously affect the Performance of the DKI Jakarta Bina Marga Service Employees.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation, and Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Depok City Regional Secretariat. The research data is data that uses primary data. This data collection was in the form of a questionnaire to 119 respondents from the Regional Secretariat of the City of Depok. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables Competency (X1), Motivation (X2), and Physical Work Environment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of this study hope that agencies can improve Competence, Motivation, and Physical Work Environment which can support Employee Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how much the influence of the work environment, compensation, and motivation on the personnel performance at Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya. The population of this study is all personnel of the Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya with a total of 155 personnel. The sample was taken using the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 112 respondents. In this study using primary data in the form of questionnaires that have been distributed to 155 respondets. The results of this research were processed and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS Version 22 program. The results of this study show that the work environment, compensation, and motivation at the HR Bureau Polda Metro jaya together have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. The results of this study hope that the instasis can improve the work environment, compensation, and motivation can support personnel performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion of North Maluku Province in 2022. The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. From the results of the study, it was found that the significance value of leadership was 0.004 < 0.05 and T arithmetic was 2.979 > T table (1.990), the significance value of the non-physical work environment was 0.005 < 0.05 and T calculated was 2.863 > T table (1.990) and the motivation significance value was 0.042 < 0.05 and T count of 2.071 > T table (1.990) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between leadership, non-physical non-work environment, and motivation with employee performance. It is hoped that the ministry of religion will increase good leadership and can try to use democratic and transformational types of leadership and build a good work environment by establishing good relationships between superiors and colleagues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence motivation, work discipline and supervision have on employee performance at the Jati Padang Regional General Hospital, South Jakarta, the population in this study were 278 employees of the Jati Padang Regional General Hospital, South Jakarta. Using the formula, respondents were selected. Slovin as a sample from 278 to 74 employees, based on the results of data analysis using SPSS the results of the study showed the proposed hypothesis 3, there was a significant hypothesis 3. The data collected was then analyzed using inferential data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression and using the application of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 program. With the results of this study, the authors hope that the Jati Padang Regional General Hospital can strive to increase motivation, Work Discipline and Supervision of Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Job Training on Employee Performance at the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA). The primary data source for this research consists of questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents affiliated with the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA). The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically axial sampling, where data is collected from encountered sampling units. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics, with the results processed in SPSS 23 to examine regression coefficients. The partial findings of this research indicate that Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Job Training each exhibit a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Workload, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Center for Chemistry and Packaging of the Ministry of Industry. The research adopts a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire as the primary research instrument. The population for this study encompasses 120 employees at the Center for Chemistry and Packaging of the Ministry of Industry, with a sample of 92 employees chosen through a simple random sampling technique, facilitated by the slovin formula. The research instrument's validity and reliability are assessed through directed validity and reliability tests. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings reveal that Workload, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline each exert a significant impact on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Industry's Center for Chemistry and Packaging when analyzed individually.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the impact of compensation factors, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance through quantitative methods, employing primary data from 141 distributed questionnaires. The study employed descriptive and inferential analyses, encompassing instrument test analysis, model feasibility test, multiple linear regression correlation analysis, and hypothesis tests. The regression analysis revealed a positive influence on performance, as indicated by the equation Performance = 0.361 K + 0.226 M.K + 0.273 D.K. The feasibility test affirmed the model's significance (p-value = 0.000), signifying that all independent variables significantly influence performance. Hypothesis testing demonstrated significant values for compensation (0.000), work motivation (0.002), and work discipline (0.000), supporting the acceptance of hypotheses. Management is advised to prioritize the compensation factor with the greatest contribution to PT Khong Guan employees' performance. Addressing employees' perceptions and fostering motivation and discipline can enhance overall company goals. Including a sentence about potential areas for future research based on the findings would provide a forward-looking perspective.
