Abstract

As the largest archipelago in the world, Indonesia has great tourism potential due to its rich natural and cultural diversity on each island. In the era of globalization, the tourism industry has become one of the main pillars of the global economy, and Indonesia realizes the importance of this sector in supporting its economy. One of the important aspects of the tourism industry is accommodation, which has a strategic role in the tourist experience. Hotel Solia Zigna Kampung Batik Laweyan in Solo City, a culturally attractive destination, is an example of how the hotel sector supports the tourism industry. However, the hotel faces challenges in financial management, particularly in the Account Payable function, which is responsible for managing payments to suppliers and ensuring operational smoothness. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, where data collection involves interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The participants in this study are one Finance Controller and two Account Payable staff. The purpose of this study is to determine how the supplier payment process and standard procedures are carried out at Hotel Solia Zigna Kampung Batik Laweyan, what documents are used in the payment process, and the obstacles faced by the Account Payable staff. The research results show that the Account Payable department has the main responsibility for paying bills from suppliers and non-suppliers and must ensure that the payment process runs smoothly to avoid operational disruptions. The main obstacle faced is the delay and loss of documents, which can be overcome through better coordination and a more structured recording system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan infrastruktur terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Kebun Raya Lemor, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Variabel bebas (X) adalah pengembangan infrastruktur yang meliputi fasilitas umum, aksesibilitas, fasilitas penunjang, keamanan dan keselamatan, serta infrastruktur digital. Variabel terikat (Y) adalah kepuasan pengunjung yang diukur melalui kunjungan ulang, rekomendasi, dan ulasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik simple random sampling terhadap 50 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 22 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan infrastruktur berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,645 yang berarti 64,5% variasi kepuasan pengunjung dijelaskan oleh pengembangan infrastruktur. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,557 mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur akan meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur secara berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan loyalitas pengunjung dan daya tarik destinasi.

Abstract

Produk kue tradisional tidak hanya memiliki nilai budaya dan kearifan lokal, tetapi berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi komoditas unggulan daerah. UMKM kue tradisional di Kota Jambi, khususnya di Kelurahan Olak Kemang Kecamatan Danau Teluk menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang menghambat pengembangan usahanya. Permasalahan utama pada aspek manajemen usaha, proses produksi, dan teknologi yang digunakan, terutama dalam pengemasan produk dan pengelolaan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah metode sosial memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra mengenai peningkatan kemampuan manajerial dengan pelatihan pada aspek manajemen, aspek produksi dan aspek teknologi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam aspek manajemen, aspek produksi, dan aspek teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pertukaran pemimpin-anggota terhadap perilaku inovatif dengan kebahagiaan pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 75 pegawai dari total populasi 295. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pertukaran pemimpin-anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif; (2) pertukaran pemimpin-anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan pegawai; (3) kebahagiaan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif ; dan (4) kebahagiaan pegawai terbukti memediasi hubungan antara pertukaran pemimpin-anggota dan perilaku inovatif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya membangun hubungan yang berkualitas antara pemimpin dan bawahan untuk mendorong kebahagiaan kerja yang pada akhirnya memperkuat inovasi di lingkungan organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of zakat literacy and trust in zakat management institutions on the behavior of paying zakat muzakki in the city of Jambi. This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study is muzakki, namely someone who is obliged to pay zakat in the city of Jambi. Samples were taken using Stratified Random Sampling, totaling 90 people. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data testing technique uses Validity Test and Reliability Test, R-Square Test and Hypothesis Testing with Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that zakat literacy had a positive and significant effect on the behavior of paying zakat muzakki in the city of Jambi and trust in zakat management institutions had a positive and significant effect on the behavior of paying zakat muzakki in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

The work environment and career development are two interrelated aspects in the context of the professional world of work. Work environment Refers to the physical, social and psychological conditions in the place where a person works. This includes factors such as organizational culture, team dynamics, company values, relationships between employees, well-being, cooperation, and other factors that influence the daily work experience. Meanwhile, career development refers to individual efforts to improve their skills, knowledge and competencies to achieve higher career goals. The impact of career development and work environment on employee performance at the Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel is covered in this study. The goal of this study is to ascertain and evaluate how career development and work environment affect employees' performance at the Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. Qualitative research is the methodology employed. The data gathering techniques used in this study are described later. The study's conclusions are as follows: (1) the work environment positively affects employee performance; and (2) career development positively affects employee performance. The study's findings indicate that front desk personnel' performance is impacted by their work environment and opportunities for career advancement at Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui karakteristik pelaku usaha mikro warung sembako kecamatan pondok tinggi, 2) mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, tingkat pendidikan dan lama usaha secara simultan terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro kecamatan pondok tinggi. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data kusioner, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua pelaku populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 68 pelaku usaha mikro. Alat analisis data yang digunakan ialah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu secara langsung variabel modal usaha, tingkat pendidikan dan lama usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro. Kata kunci : Pendapatan, modal usaha, tingkat pendidikan dan lama usaha.

Abstract

The aim of this Community Service is to educate MSME members of Sahabat Berdikari Mandiri (SBM) about the importance of business profiles and cash flow through improving skills (direct practice) in creating business profiles and arranging cash flow independently. The continuation of Community Service is expected to increase the profitability of MSMEs by creating business operational efficiency in terms of managing cash in and cash out of the business and increasing market share (product sales). The availability of business profiles and the application of cash flow in MSME operations will be able to add economic value and income for MSME players. The method of implementing this service is by means of lectures, demonstration illustrations, training and intensive mentoring with community service participants. Training on creating business profiles and preparing cash flow is a community service activity that will be carried out at partner locations, namely at the SBM Secretariat Puri Mayang Complex and the production houses of SBM MSME members in Jambi City. The service activities were attended by MSME participants who are members of the SBM MSME Association. The participant description will include 30 MSME players from 111 registered members as of March 3 2023 with business owner status. The results of the service show that the SBM business group has the ability to create a business profile and is able to organize cash flow by utilizing digital financial applications.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on teacher performance mediated by organizational culture. The sample in this study was 47 teachers at the Tanjung Pasir Al Awwabien Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The approach used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data collection in this research is primary data. The results of this study indicate that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on individual performance in teachers, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on individual performance in teachers, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on individual performance which is mediated by organizational culture variables.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of customer experience and customer trust on customer loyalty with perceived value as a mediating variable in Small Businesses in Muaro Jambi Regency. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 190 respondents who were small business customers in Muaro Jambi Regency. Data analysis uses the partial least squares (PLS) method. The research results show that customer experience and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, perceived value is proven to mediate the influence between customer experience and customer trust on customer loyalty. These findings confirm that sensory elements in customer experience as well as service reliability in building trust play an important role in increasing customer loyalty. By providing high perceived value, small businesses can strengthen relationships with customers, increase competitive advantage, and drive sustainable business growth.
