Abstract

Measles is one of the causes of death in children around the world which always increases every year. Although measles immunization programs have been implemented, the incidence of measles in children is still quite high. This study discusses the Implementation of Rapidminer with the K-Means Method (Case Study: Measles Immunization in Toddlers by Province). The increase in cases of measles in toddlers in Indonesia is a case that has never been separated from the governments attention. Data sources and research were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data used in this study are data from 2004-2017 which consists of 34 provinces. The cluster process is divided into 3 (three) clusters, namely high cluster level (C1), medium cluster level (C2) and low cluster level (C3). So that the assessment for cases of immunization against measles based on high cluster province (C1) is 21 provinces for medium cluster (C2) of 12 provinces and for low cluster (C3) of 1 province. The results of the cluster can be used as input for the government, especially the provinces, so that provinces that enter the high cluster receive more attention and increase the socialization of measles immunization against children under five. Keywords: Data Mining, Measles, Clustering, K-means

Abstract

AbstrakBeras rastra adalah sebuah program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meringankan beban keluarga miskin atau hampir miskin dalam hal pangan. Dalam implementasinya pada desa Bandar Siantar Kecamatan Gunung Malela masih belum optimal dikarenakan masih banyak program rastra yang belum tepat sasaran. Konsep data mining akan mempermudahkan mengatasi masalah yang belum optimal di desa Bandar Siantar Kecamatan Gunung Malela. Maka, metode klasifikasi mampu menemukan model yang membedakankonsep atau kelas data, dengan tujuan untuk dapat memperkirakan kelas dari suatu objekyang labelnya tidak diketahui. Oleh sebab itu, Algoritma Naive Bayes dapat memprediksipeluang di masa depan berdasarkan pengalaman dimasa sebelumnya, pada penelitian ini peneliti mengambil data lati sebanyak 70 data dan sebuah data uji, dengan menggunakan 6 kriteria yaitu Status PKH, Jumlah Tanggungan, Kepala rumah Tangga, Kondisi Rumah, Jumlah Penghasilan, dan Status Pemilik Rumah.Hasil penilitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah khususnya di dearah dalam menentukan kelayakan keluarga penerima beras Rastra. Kata kunci : Data Mining, Beras Rastra, Algoritma Naïve Bayes Abstract Beras Rastra is a government program that aims to alleviate the burden of poor or near-poor families in terms of food. In its implementation on desa Bandar Siantar Kecamatan Gunung Malela still not optimal because there are still many rastra program that has not been right target. The concept of data mining will make it easier to overcome the problem that has not been optimal in desa Bandar Siantar Kecamatan Gunung Malela,classification methods are able to find models that distinguish concepts or data classes, with the aim of being able to estimate the class of an object whose label is unknown. Therefore Algoritma Naïve Bayes can predict future opportunities based on experience in the past, in this study researchers took data lati as much as 70 data and a test data,using 6 criteria that isStatus of PKH, Number of Dependent, Household Head, House Condition, Income Amount, and Home Owner Status.The results of this study are expected to assist the government, especially in the region in determining the eligibility of families of Beras Rastra beneficiaries Keywords : Data Mining, Beras Rastra, Algoritma Naïve Bayes

Abstract

Many banks in Indonesia, both government and private offer different advantages to customers, so there are still many common people who are hesitant in deciding where to save. The reasearch proposes a decision support system to recommend conventional banks as a savvy solution for saving. The promethee method generates decisions by comparing alternatives based on different preference functions and weights of each criterion in which the decision result is determined from the promethee II (net flow) rating. The criteria used as the valuation for conventional bank are savings interest rate (C1), number of ATM machine (C2), initial deposit of saving (C3), monthly administration fee (C4) and bank service (C5). This developed system resulted Bank Mandiri as recommendation of conventional bank as smart solution to save with net value 0,725. With this system can help prospective customers in determining the ideal saving place to prepare for future needs.

Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan bagi kehidupan masyarakat yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator terpenting pada perusahaan listrik dengan menggunakan metode backpropagation dan analisis sensitivitas. Data bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan sampel data tahun 2001-2015. Variabel input terdiri dari 6 indikator terpenting perusahaan listrik antara lain: jumlah tenaga kerja (X1); daya terpasang (X2); produksi listrik (X3); tenaga listrik yang terjual (X4); biaya input (X5) dan biaya output (X6). Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan dan pengujian dari 5 model JST (6-10-1; 6-45-1; 6-45-10-1; 6-75-10-1 dan 6-100-75-1) diperoleh model JST terbaik adalah 6-100-75-1 dengan tingkat akurasi 83%. Hasil dari pemilihan model JST terbaik dianalisis dengan analisa sensitivitas, sehingga menghasilkan dua variabel yang paling berpengaruh pada indikator terpenting perusahaan listrik yakni: biaya output (X6) sebagai peringkat pertama dengan nilai error rata-rata 0,13670 dan daya terpasang (X2) nilai error rata-rata 0,08778.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the ideal salon place considering the salon is a place visited by women to beautify themselves. This research can also be used as recommendations in the form of information in deciding whether consumers visit the salon or not based on research results. The method used in decision making is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. To determine the evaluation of the salon, researchers used 5 assessment criteria, among others: service (C1), facilities (C2), products (C3), price (C4) and Purchase Decision (C5). For alternatives used as a salon, among others: salon Sukim (A1), Necis (A2), Endah (A3), Crown (A4) and Chan Dhai (A5). The results obtained by Sukim (A1) with a final value of 0.8835 as the first rank, Endah Salon (A2) with a final score of 0.5530 as the second rank and Chan Dai (A5) with a final value of 0.45 as the third rank.

Abstract

In general, the shortest path search can be divided into two methods, namely conventional methods and heuristic methods. Conventional methods tend to be more easily understood than heuristic methods, but when compared to the results obtained, heuristic methods are more varied and the time required for calculation is shorter. In the heuristic method there are several algorithms, one of which is the ant algorithm. An ant algorithm is an algorithm that is adopted from the behavior of ant colonies. Naturally ant colonies are able to find the shortest route on the way from the nest to the food sources. Ant colonies can find the shortest route between the nest and the source of food based on footprints on the trajectory that has been passed. The more ants that pass through a path, the more obvious the footprints will be. Ants Algorithms are very appropriate to be applied in solving optimization problems, one of which is to determine the shortest path. This study aims to facilitate the Development of Drinking Water Treatment Performance to make decisions in determining the point where the installation of water distribution pipelines that will be distributed to residents' homes. This study took 8 points of clean water treatment pipeline with starting point A and point N. Based on the calculation of clean water pipeline between A and N by using ant algortima, from two cycles passed, it is proven that the shortest path is only one pipeline, pipe N as destination with route length 4 as V1 → V2 → V3 → V4 → V8.

Abstract

Analisis pada sebuah prediksi (peramalan) sangat penting dilakukan pada sebuah penelitian, agar penelitian menjadi lebih tepat dan terarah. Seperti halnya dalam memprediksi Indeks Harga Konsumen berdasarkan kelompok kesehatan, diperlukan adanya kajian-kajian dan penggunaan metode yang tepat untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat secara luas, baik bagi Pemerintah Daerah maupun pihak swasta sebagai salah satu bahan kajian dalam pengembangan bisnis, maupun bagi para akademisi sebagai bahan kajian/penelitian khususnya yang terkait dengan bidang ekonomi dan kebijakan publik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Indeks Harga Konsumen berdasarkan kelompok Kesehatan yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Medan dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2016, bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jaringan saraf tiruan Backpropagation dengan menggunakan 8 model arsitektur, yakni : 12-5-1, 12-26-1, 12-29-1, 12-35-1, 12-40-1, 12-60-1, 12-70-1 dan 12-75-1. Penggunaan metode ini nantinya akan menghasilkan prediksi dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 92% dan besar MSE 0,3659742 dengan tingkat error yang digunakan 0,001 – 0,05 dengan menggunakan model arsitektur 12-70-1. Dengan demikian, model ini cukup bagus untuk prediksi Indeks Harga Konsumen berdasarkan kelompok kesehatan.

Abstract

The Rough Set (RS) method is part of machine learning that analyzes the uncertainty of the dataset used to determine the attributes of important objects (classification). The purpose of this study was to extract information from the rough set using the Rosetta application in predicting cases of students' level of understanding of the course. The attributes used are communication (F1), learning atmosphere (F2), learning media (F3), appearance (F4), and teaching methods (F5). Sources of data obtained from the output of the Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 1255 (1). https://doi.org/10.1088/1742-6596/1255/1/012005. The results of the application of the Rough Set method in determining the prediction of the level of student understanding of the course, produce new knowledge, namely learning outcomes based on the subject. There are 15 Reductions with 90 Generate Rules. But overall, the attributes that affect the level of student understanding of the subject are communication (F1) and learning media (F3)

Abstract

The aim of the research is to create a prediction model on the best neural network architecture by combining the k-medoids and backpropagation methods in the case of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Data obtained from the Ministry of Health is sampled and processed from covid19.go.id and bnpb.go.id. The case raised was the number of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia as of July 7, 2020, with 34 records. The variables used in this study are the number of positive cases (x1), the number of cases cured (x2), and the number of deaths (x3) by province. The process of data analysis uses the help of RapidMiner software. The solution provided is to combine the k-medoids and backpropagation methods. Where the k-medoids method is mapping the specified cluster. The cluster labels used are high cluster (C1 = red zone), alert cluster (C2 = yellow zone), low cluster (C3 = green zone). The results of cluster mapping are continued to the backpropagation method to predict the accuracy of the existing cluster results. By using the best architectural model 3-2-1, the accuracy value is 94.17% with learning_rate = 0.696. Cluster mapping results obtained nine provinces are in the high cluster (C1 = red zone), three provinces are in the alert cluster (C2 = yellow zone), and 22 provinces are in the low cluster (C3 = green zone). It is expected that the results of the research can provide information to the government in the form of cluster mapping of regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract− Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government program that has been running since 2007 which is a poverty reduction program through the provision of cash assistance to very poor families based on the terms and conditions set. In the implementation of PKH in Limbong Village, Dolok Merawan District, this cannot be maximized because there are still many poor families that have not been channeled by the PKH program so that the funds channeled are not on target. Thus, the classification method is able to find models that distinguish data concepts or classes, with the aim of being able to estimate the class of an object whose label is unknown. Therefore, the Naive Bayes algorithm can predict future opportunities based on past experience. So this research conducts data processing using data mining to classify the eligibility of PKH recipients with the classification method using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, which is expected that the data generated from the data mining process can be an evaluation.Keywords: Data Mining, Naïve Bayes Algorithm, Classification, PKH
