Abstract

Milk is a source of nutrition for humans, especially in infants who cannot digest food. Milk has a high calcium content and can strengthen human bones. This study aims to recommend low-fat milk as a recommendation to consumers to determine the right milk product. Data collection methods used were interview techniques and questionnaire random sampling to 60 respondents who used low-fat milk at STIKOM Tunas BangsaPematangsiantar. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, the assessment criteria were obtained, namely price (K1), side effects (K2), packaging (K3), and availability of goods (K4). The alternatives used in the study were Ultra Milk Low Fat (S1), Bear Brand Gold (S2), Frisian Flag (S3) and Hilo Teen (S4). The settlement method applied is POFILE MATCHING. The results of the algorithm show that the right alternative is for the highest ranking Hilo Teen (S4) with a final score of 88.95 and followed by Ultra Milk Low Fat (S1) with a final score of 86.325. The results of the study are expected to provide recommendations to consumers to determine the right low-fat milk.Keywords: Milk, Nutrition, Profile Matching, Decision Suport System, Product Selection

Abstract

Organic masks are masks made from natural ingredients that have good nutritional content for the face. Organic masks have many benefits which are certainly no less than treatments at a beauty doctor. Facial masks are beauty masks in the form of gels, pastes and powders which are applied to clean and tighten the skin, especially facial skin. Face masks also function as carriers for active ingredients that are useful for skin health, such as extra plants, essential oils, or seaweed that can be absorbed by the skin's surface to be carried into the blood circulation. The purpose of this study is to help consumers determine the best organic face mask. This research method uses the MOORA method. The criteria used are Variant (A), Size (B), Price (C), Aroma (D), Method of Use (E), Rules of Use (F), Results of Use (G). The alternatives used are Crushlicious (0.1147), Namo.Id (0.2758), NHM (0.2257), Lea Gloria (0.7218), Poupeepou (0.1692), and Natuna Oilvera (0.1157). Thus, the best value of the six alternatives is the Lea Gloria Organic Face Mask with a value of 0.7218.

Abstract

The number of divorces each year continues to increase, including what is happening at the Simalungun Religious Court. Divorce by the male party is called divorce talak and that is done by the woman and is called divorce suicidal. There are many aspects that cause divorce every year. With the continuing increase in the divorce rate that is happening, employees who work must carry out their work as effectively as possible. This study aims to recommend estimating the number of divorces in the Simalungun religious court. Researchers use the method of applying data mining multiple linear regression algorithms. The source of this research data was obtained by means of interviews and direct observation to the secretariat in the Simalungun religious court

Abstract

It is important for us to predict what will happen in future and to reduce uncertainty. Various analyzes are therefore necessary in order to optimize or improve the prediction results by several methods. The objective of this research is to analyze predictive results by optimizing the training and testing by means of cross validating parameters on the growth of micro and small-scale production in Indonesia through the exactness of the return-propagative method. The method of reproduction is used. These results are compared with results of backpropagation during training and testing without optimisation of the same architectural model. The dataset is based on the growth in production in micro and small businesses by province from the Central Statistical Agency(BPS). There were 34 records in which data from 2015-2019 for growth of production were collected. The results with optimisation have surpassed without optimisation the back propagation model by looking at RMSE, in which the best RMSE in the 3-2-1 architectural model was obtained and the side type is mixed sampling. The obtained RMSE value is 0.1526, or a difference between the best background architectural model, 3-2-1 and 0.0034. (0.157). The results of this model were 94 percent.

Abstract

In general, insurance is providing risk coverage to the insurer, namely the insurance company for a predetermined period and agreements. Insurance or coverage is an agreement between two or more parties, in which the insurer binds himself to the insured, by receiving an insurance premium, to provide compensation to the insured due to loss, damage or loss. The k-medoids method is one of several clustering methods in data mining which is part of partitional clustering. This method uses objects in a collection of objects to represent a cluster. The k-medoids clustering method can be applied to customer financing data for insurance claims on motor vehicle users, so that the financing grouping can be seen based on these data. From the grouping data, the characteristics can be seen so that it is known that the cluster is low, cluster is medium and cluster is high

Abstract

Measles is one of the causes of death in children around the world which always increases every year. Although measles immunization programs have been implemented, the incidence of measles in children is still quite high. This study discusses the Implementation of Rapidminer with the K-Means Method (Case Study: Measles Immunization in Toddlers by Province). The increase in cases of measles in toddlers in Indonesia is a case that has never been separated from the government's attention. Data sources and research were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data used in this study are data from 2004-2017 which consists of 34 provinces. The cluster process is divided into 3 (three) clusters, namely high cluster level (C1), medium cluster level (C2) and low cluster level (C3). So that the assessment for cases of immunization against measles based on high cluster province (C1) is 21 provinces for medium cluster (C2) of 12 provinces and for low cluster (C3) of 1 province. The results of the cluster can be used as input for the government, especially the provinces, so that provinces that enter the high cluster receive more attention and increase the socialization of measles immunization against children under five. Keywords: Data Mining, Measles, Clustering, K-means

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to classify the improvement of student learning systems using the C4.5 datamining method. The source of the research data was obtained from the education section of STKOM Tunas Bangsa through interviews and questionnaires to semester 5 students (160 students) in the 2019-2020 academic year study program. The attributes used in the classification of student learning systems include: Teaching System (C1), Teaching Aids (C2), Environment (C3), Infrastructure Facilities (C4) and Assignment (C5). The calculation results mention the attribute Assignment (C5) is the attribute that most influences the improvement of student learning systems. The test was also carried out using the help of Rapidminer software and obtained an accuracy of 95%.Keywords: Datamining, Classification, C4.5, Student Learning, STIKOM Tunas Bangsa

Abstract

This study aims to help internet cafe service providers in choosing gaming computers that are in accordance with the needs factor. The method used is the Decision Support System using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Data is obtained by observing and interviewing the services of internet cafe providers in pematangsiantar city. The criteria used are 7 criteria: Processor (X1), Motherboard (X2), RAM (X3), VGA card (X4), Storage (X5), Casing (X6), Power Supply (X7) and 5 alternatives: Asus (A1) , Acer (A2), Lenovo (A3), Dell (A4) and Toshiba (A5). The results of the study indicate that the Toshiba alternative (A5) is the first recommendation with a final value of 3.95. Alternative Asus (A1) becomes the second recommendation with the final value 3.75 and Lenovo (A3) being the third recommendation with the final value 3.4.

Abstract

Backpropagation is a method of Artificial Neural Networks that is quite reliable in solving prediction problems (forecasting). However, in its application, this algorithm still has weaknesses such as optimizing the artificial neural network weights to avoid local minimums, the problem of long training times to achieve convergence and the process of determining the right parameters (learning rate and momentum) in the training process. The purpose of this research is to solve this problem by using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) which is a simple and reliable optimization algorithm to solve optimization problems. The data source is obtained from the site sumut.bps.go.id. There are 5 network architecture models used in this study, including 2-5-1, 2-7-1, 2-9-1, 2-11-1 and 2-13-1. The results of trials conducted with Rapid Miner software, the best architectural model is the 2-9-1 model with a total RMSE of 0.056 +/- 0.000 in the implementation of Backpropagation, while in the implementation of Backpropagation + particle swarm optimization the amount of RMSE is 0.055 +/- 0.000. The smaller the RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error), the better the model

Abstract

Home industry saat ini menjadi cabang usaha yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat, karna sifatnya yang tidak membutuhkan modal yang sangat besar. Home industry juga bisa menjadi penyaluran kreatifitas bagi Mahasiswa yang kreatif, dan juga mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat memilih usaha kecil Home industry yang tepat bagi mahasiswa menggunakan metode electre. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan angket atas 350 sampel Mahasiswa STIKOM Tunas Bangsa yang ingin membuka usaha kecil. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diperoleh Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan usaha kecil yang cocok bagi mahasiswa ialah Modal (X1), Keuntungan (X2), Bahan Baku (X3), dan Market (X4). Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga alternatif yaitu, (A1) Olahan Kripik, (A2) Olahan Kue Basah, dan (A3) Olahan Gorengan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Keripik (A1) menjadi Home industry yang tepat bagi mahasiswa. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa yang ingin membuka usaha kecil.
