Abstract

Mobile commerce menjadi pupuler dan kian merebak dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mempunyai inovasi dibidang m-commerce untuk mengembangkan dan menguatkan perekonomian masyarakat Surabaya dengan meluncurkan website E-Peken Surabaya. Walaupun banyak kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh Website E-Peken Surabaya, pengguna website masih merasa adanya kekurangan pada website tersebut. Permasalahan dan kesulitan yang muncul dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mencari tahu berbagai aspek yang memberi dampak niat konsumen dalam menggunakan website E-Peken Surabaya. Penelitian ini memakai model konseptual UTAUT 2 yang dimodifikasi oleh Dakduk dkk., pada tahun 2020 dengan tambahan variabel perceived trust dan perceived security. Populasi dari analisis ini yaitu konsumen yang merupakan pembeli dari website E-Peken Surabaya melalui perangkat mobile yang berdomisili di Kota Surabaya. Teknik statistik yang digunakan yaitu SEM-PLS. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa variabel performance expectancy, social influence, habit, dan perceived trust secara tinggi diberi dampak niat pengguna untuk menggunakan website E-Peken Surabaya.

Abstract

Analysis user experience in using a mobile-based application product needs to be done to determine what things should be prioritized in order to increase user intensity in using the application using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This study aims to find out which indicators whose performance needs to be improved and which indicators whose performance needs to be maintained by the PLN Mobile application. The results of this analysis indicate that the indicators that need more attention are user intensity, especially item E2, as well as the error rate indicator, namely item T5. PT. PLN (Persero) must immediately minimize any problems related to the use of the PLN Mobile application because this greatly impacts the user's intensity in using the PLN Mobile application.Keywords: PLN Mobile; User Experience; Importance Performance Analysis AbstrakAnalisis pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan sebuah produk aplikasi berbasis mobile perlu dilakukan untuk menentukan hal apa saja yang harus diprioritaskan demi meningkatkan intensitas pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan serta indikator apa saja yang kinerjanya perlu dipertahankan oleh aplikasi PLN Mobile. Hasil dari analisa ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang perlu diperhatikan lebih adalah intensitas pengguna terutama item E2 serta indikator tingkat kesalahan yakni item T5. Pihak PT. PLN (Persero) harus segera meminimalisir adanya masalah terkait penggunaan aplikasi PLN Mobile karena hal ini sangat berdampak pada intensitas pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile.

Abstract

Nowadays, many Muslims are not interested in reading and memorizing the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, an application is needed that can make it easier for Muslims to read, memorize and repeat this memorization. It is hoped that the Fun Murojaah application will be able to overcome this problem. The Fun Murojaah application is a mobile application that can test or memorize the Al-Qur'an as an effort to increase enthusiasm and development in the Al-Qur'an memorization program. This application is an application to help repeat and improve memorization of the Al-Qur'an in the form of a fun quiz game. So it is hoped that this application can help whenever memorizers of the Al-Qur'an want to try the Al-Qur'an memorization test. The aim of the research is to assess user satisfaction with the application using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method and identify factors that influence user satisfaction. The research began with a literature review and observations to identify problems. The conceptual model was then developed based on previous research, which consists of five variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, and Timeliness. The sample in the study was 385 users. Questionnaires were developed and distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The research results show that accuracy, format, and ease of use have a significant influence on user satisfaction with an influence value of 68.6% on user satisfaction and the format has the largest path coefficient value, namely 0.334. The values of the content and timeliness factors are not very significant because the test results have a content value of 0.167 and a timeliness value of 1.692, both of which have low values. The reliability and validity of the measurement instruments were also assessed and were satisfactory. These findings can be used by developers to improve app design and functionality, ultimately improving user experience and satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja LMS Apiary Academy menggunakan WebQual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Variabel yang diperiksa adalah kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi layanan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh digunakan, mengumpulkan data dari 87 siswa dalam program studi independen dengan Apiary Academy, yang diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja LMS tidak memenuhi harapan pengguna, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam analisis kesesuaian. Analisis kesenjangan menyoroti ketidaksesuaian antara harapan pengguna dan kinerja LMS. Diagram Cartesian IPA mengidentifikasi indikator USQ2 dan USQ3 sebagai yang memerlukan perbaikan segera karena kinerja yang buruk meskipun penting bagi pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa LMS Apiary Academy membutuhkan perbaikan di area tertentu dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitasnya.

Abstract

The iPusnas application is a digital library platform developed by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia to provide easy and free access to the Indonesian people. Based on data from Google Play Store in January 2024, iPusnas has been downloaded by more than 1 million users with an average satisfaction rating of 3.4 out of 5 points. Reviews on the Google Play Store show several problems, namely in the user experience, namely iPusnas users feel that the application features are inefficient and take a long time. Users also face difficulties while using the app on different devices and varying internet conditions. Apart from that, the interface is considered outdated, causing discomfort when using the application. This research aims to identify variables that influence the user experience of the iPusnas application based on the UX Honeycomb framework, which includes 7 indicators grouped into 3 variables: Think (useful, valuable, credible ), Feel (desirable, credible), and Use (findable, accessible, usable). The research results show that all variables and indicators significantly influence user experience. The Feel variable has the largest influence of 0.444, followed by Use of 0.346 and Think of 0.202. The results of this research can be used as consideration for developing recommendations for application improvements, especially in the user experience aspect, by considering the priority order of importance of the variables and indicators that have been analyzed.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, a global health crisis, has made many sectors carry out their activities in new ways, including the education sector. Teaching and learning activities should not be conducted face-to-face during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, all learning activities are diverted through e-learning. Therefore, an evaluation of the use of e-learning needs to be carried out to ensure its practical use and a positive impact. This study evaluates the factors that affect the satisfaction of e-learning users. Data were collected by surveying 205 elementary school students in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, then analyzed using the structural equation model technique. The results showed that Technical System Quality, Information Quality, Learner Quality,  and Perceived Usefulness affected the satisfaction of e-learning users. These results can be suggestions for schools to fix and improve e-learning performance so that students and teachers no longer have difficulties when an event requires online teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

E-learning is a form of innovation in technology used in educational field, including higher education. University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is one of many universities that have implemented e-learning called ILMU to support the teaching-learning process. The application of ILMU as e-learning has yet to be utilised by lecturers, due to some challenges in implementation of ILMU regarding accessibility and features of ILMU. Meanwhile, successful implementation of a technology requires acceptance from its users. This research was acquited to define what acceptance factors that influence lecturers while accessing ILMU. This study is measured using UTAUT model. The research was carried on by quantitatively distributing questionnaires to 60 lecturers. Data were analyzed and processed using SEM-PLS technique and SMARTPLS 3.0 application. Factors that influence users to receive ILMU e-learning and significantly are effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, performance expectancy does not influence users significantly to accept ILMU e-learning. These factors are key indicators to of the implementation and improvement of ILMU e-learning, thus it will develop a better implementation for the lecturers to use and accept it.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pelayanan era digitalisasi kini menjadi salah satu acuan keberhasilan dalam Institusi, dengan adanya perkembangan TIK yang sangat cepat Institusi dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan dan mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Universitas. Tuntutan dan tantangan dalam memberikan mutu pengalaman pendidikan dirasa perlu menjadi prioritas, begitu juga dengan kegiatan pencatatan presensi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu aktifitas yang mendapat sorotan bagi peningkatan pelayanan akademik, pada Universitas X kesalahan inputan presensi mahasiswa dapat berpengaruh terhadap kelayakan dalam mengikuti ujian dan perolehan nilai akhir. Tidak adanya sistem yang integrasi dapat menjadikan komplain baru disetiap semesternya, maka solusi penerapan sistem informasi dianggap tepat untuk diterapkan dalam proses pencatatan presensi mahasiswa. Penerapan sistem informasi ini dirancang dan dibangun berdasarkan kebutuhan fungsionalnya. PHP dan HTML 5 digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Presensi Mahasiswa. Agar perbaruan data dapat dilakukan dengan fungsionalitas yang tepat maka ditambahkan layanan webservice sebagai server aplikasi SIMAMA yang kemudian dapat dioperasikan menggunakan telepon pintar setiap dosen pengampu. Penerapan SIMAMA ini dapat memberikan pelayanan pencatatan secara digital dan transparansi presensi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

In the digital era, websites are a very important online presence for organizations, including universities. A good and professional website can help universities improve their image and reputation, reach a wider range of prospective students, and promote themselves online. Seeing the urgency of a website for tertiary institutions, it is necessary to evaluate it to ensure the expected benefits of the website can be achieved. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the official website of study programs at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Ten official websites of study programs at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur were taken as samples. The results of the usability evaluation show that the average SUS score is 61.4, where the conclusion is marginally low, so it can still be increased to an acceptable level. The results of the usability evaluation with the System Usability Scale (SUS) will be used to design mockup websites for study programs at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The Islamic Boarding School Innovation Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a program where students participating in real work lectures carry out community service at Islamic boarding schools. The situation analysis formulated two main problems at the Darul Musthofa Islamic boarding school related to increasing eco-literacy. Eco-literacy covers various fields, including eco-education, eco-healthy, eco-collaboration, and so on. This boarding school innovation real work lecture program is carried out using several methods, namely: collecting and analyzing potential data as well as problems, ICT and Hydroponics training, as well as socialization on sorting organic and non-organic waste and how to process it. This real work lecture activity produced outputs including community service modules, video works and documentation, mass media publications, and publication of community service journals.
