The study aimed to see the nexuses of motives on behavior intention online shopping of MSMEs products in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas with Price, Halal, and Food Product as moderator variables. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The data analysis used in this research were validity and reliability tests for instrument tests. The assumption classical tests were the heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and multiple linear regression tests. Multiple linear regression tests were t-test, F test, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), calculated using the SPSS 26 application. Results are Hedonic motivation, perceived usefulness, and external subjective norms gave a positive and significant effect on behavior intention online shopping. Price as the moderator variable on Hedonic motivation and perceived usefulness did not have a significant influence, similarly for the result of Halal as the moderator variable on the internal subjective norm and external subjective norm. The interaction with Price and Halal as moderators has a positive effect. Oppositely, Food Products as a moderator variable of the pandemic covid-19 possess a negative response. The contribution of the research can be used by e-commerce, specific sellers, and others where the level of halalness is still very much considered by consumers. The implication for the price is not an issue for online shopping of MSME products in moderating motives, while food product negatively moderates the pandemic covid 19 towards online shopping. Therefore, online food sellers should consider applying the health protocol if there is a new wave of pandemic toward a new normal era to anticipate a negative response.

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and job satisfaction on employee work performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 53 respondents who were active employees. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that the research instrument was feasible to use. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that work discipline had an average score of 3.62, job satisfaction of 3.87, and work achievement of 4.15, which were generally included in the good category. Statistical tests showed that simultaneously discipline and job satisfaction had a significant effect on work performance, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.753 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.568. This shows that 56.8% of the variation in work performance can be explained by both independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These findings reinforce the importance of managing discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously to improve employee performance. This research provides practical implications for management in designing data-based human resource policies.

Laporan Keuangan Bank dibuat sesuai dengan sistem keuangan yang berlaku agar mampu menunjukan kondisi dan posisi keuangan yang sesungguhnya. Dari laporan ini akan terbaca bagaimana kondisi bank yang sesungguhnya termasuk kelemahan dan kekuatan yang dimiliki banktersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan kinerja Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Slovabilitas, dan Rasio Rentabilitas pada sektor Bank yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2012-2017. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia dengan sampel metode sampling purposive, jumlah sampel sebanyak tiga perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja rasio likuiditas pada Bank Danamon Tbk. Bank Maybank Tbk. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Selama periode 2012-2017 dengan quick ratio,investing policy ratio dan cash rastio dinyatakan likuid karena memiliki rata-rata nilai dengan minimum giro diatas 5%. Kinerja ratio solvabilitas pada Bank Danamon Tbk. Bank Maybank Tbk.Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. pada tahun 2012-2017 dengan primary ratio, Risk Asset Ratio dan Secondary Risk Ratio dinyatakan solvable. Kinerja rasio rentabilitas pada Bank Danamon Tbk pada tahun 2012-2017 dengan gross profit margin, net profit margin, dan return on equity dinyatakanprofitable.

Research was carried out to examine how student’s perception about ” Faculty of Health University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor service quality related with importance and performance,” and also to find indicators of service quality must be considered by faculty.The research method applied in this study is survey. Samples took from population has been fixed. Questionnaire was to collect data. There were 30 repondent selected from 136 students. Data would be analyzed with descriptive statistics, whereas to know students perception about facultys performence, researcher applied importance- performance analysis.The results of study showed important indicators which costumers believe in, they were indicators off office facilities and infrasructures, indicators of how fast staff could overcome students problems, and indicator of assurance of fund availability.

Studi Tentang Persepsi Ibu-Ibu Balita Terhadap Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Posyandu Dalam Meningkatkan Gizi Anak Balita Di Rw 02 Desa Leuwiliang Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor .Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pertama, kegiatan Posyandu umumnya telah diketahui oleh ibu-ibu balita di RW 02 Desa Leuwiliang Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam kegiatan posyandu tersebut salah satu programnya adalah program peningkatan gizi anak balita. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu balita telah mengetahui tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut, yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pemberian gizi anak balita serta pelayanan kesehatan terhadap anak balita. Materi yang disampaikan oleh kader dalam kegiatan ini meliputi cara pemberian makanan yang baik serta jenis makanan yang termasuk empat sehat lima sempurna. Dan dalam kegiatan posyandu tersebut selalu ada pemberian makanan tambahan untuk anak balita. Kedua, persepsi ibu-ibu balita terhadap kegiatan posyandu tersebut, diketahui bahwa adanya ibu-ibu balita yang berpendapat kegiatan tersebut tidak penting dengan alasan sudah mengetahui tentang makanan bergizi serta merawat kesehatan anak balita. Disamping itu ibu-ibu balita juga menyatakan bahwa kader kurang mampu dalam melaksanakan pembinaan, hal ini diketahui bahwa kader sering selalu terlihat ragu-ragu dalam memberikan penjelasan. Sekalipun demikian ada yang menyatakan ada kepribadian kader sangat menyenangkan walaupun ada diantaranya yang menyatakan kurang menyenangkan. Hal lain yang dinyatakan oleh ibu-ibu balita adalah bahwa jenis makanan yang diberikan dalam kegiatan tersebut tidak bervariasi dan kualitasnya tidak lebih baik dari yang ada di rumah. Sehingga secara keseluruhan kegiatan Posyandu belum memberikan kepuasan bagi ibu-ibu balita.Berdasarkan pada temuan-temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan Posyandu di RW 02 Desa Leuwiliang Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor belum berjalan dengan lancar serta kurang adanya partisipasi aktif ibu-ibu balita disebabkan karena kegiatan posyandu tersebut belum dapat memberikan kepuasan terhadap sebagian ibu-ibu balita.

This research examines the impact of exchange rates and interest rates on Indonesia's trade balance from 1991 to 2021. International trade plays a crucial role in a country's economic activities, with exports and imports being key components. Monitoring these activities allows for the assessment of whether a nation's trade balance is in surplus or deficit. The trade balance of Indonesia is influenced by various factors, including exchange rates and interest rates. Employing the Error Correction Model (ECM) for analysis, both long-term and short-term effects were investigated. Classical assumption tests and significance tests, covering normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, partial (t tests), simultaneous (F test), R-Squared, and Adjusted R-Squared tests were conducted. The findings reveal that exchange rates have a significant impact on Indonesia's trade balance, with a stronger exchange rate leading to a favorable trade balance. Specifically, a robust exchange rate results in a reduction of export value surpassing that of imports. In contrast, interest rates were found to have no significant effect on the trade balance due to global economic disparities, financial market uncertainties stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic, and trade barriers imposed by individual countries.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of exchange rates on stock prices, inflation rates on stock prices and interest rates on stock prices of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2022 individually or simultaneously. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling purposive sampling category with quantitative data source and secondary data source. Based on the criteria that have been determined, a sample of 7 infrastructure sector companies was obtained as the object of research. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination analysis along with hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the research indicate that partially the exchange rate and inflation variables have no significant effect on stock prices. While the interest rate variable has a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously or together, the variables of exchange rates, inflation and interest rates have a significant influence on the stock prices of infrastructure sector companies for the period 2016-2022.

The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020 has directly suppressed the rate of economic growth, the COVID-19 pandemic has not only hit the global economy but also in Indonesia. However, the economic sector must continue to rotate, including MSME activities. Various efforts and ways to restore the MSME sector continue to be carried out until now because MSME actors are the spearhead of economic movement in society. Metal products are one of the superior products of Bogor Regency, which is located in Pasirmukti Village, Sukahati, and Tarikolot, Citeureup District. The local government of Bogor Regency has made the icons in these villages a thematic village that will be used as an integrated training center for marketing the products of the metal and body industry. The area of Citereup District is because the area has also produced metal industries since the 1980s, and has survived to this day, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the main supporter of the economy of the residents of Citeureup District. "The majority of the population is SMEs, there are few civil servants and farmers, and some work as service providers", the name "Kampung Kaleng" was given because all the craftsmen in Kampung Dukuh make products made from cans. “Kaleng Kaleng officially existed in 2012, but the craftsmen themselves have existed for a long time and have been passed down from generation to generation.” This Kampung Kaleng resident has marketed his products to other islands such as Kalimantan, Makassar, and other areas in Indonesia through online media and exhibitions he participated in. Previously, craftsmen were only able to sell their products to the Greater Jakarta area. The manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products is carried out directly by the residents of Kampung Dukuh. Raw materials are obtained from existing distributors in the Citeureup area itself. Product prices in Kampung Kaleng are quite diverse depending on the type of goods and their size. The range starts from IDR 15 thousand for a can of mini crackers to IDR 700 thousand for the price of an oven. "The turnover for craftsmen is around IDR 500,000 thousand to IDR 1,000,000 per day". The profit that the craftsmen take is about 10% to 20% of the sales turnover. The competence of the metal industry IKM Manager in Bogor Regency is still low. The problem of competence and performance of human resources related to the opportunity for industrial development in producing standardized product quality is a problem for the metal industry SMEs. The improvement strategy that can be carried out is conducting training and continuous development regarding knowledge, certified skills, and motives supported by the Bogor Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office as well as government regulations that support IKM in increasing competitiveness which has an impact on sustainable business. Small and medium industries for the metal industry are centered in Citeureup District with a total of 194 business units spread across several villages. SMEs have been proven to make a significant positive contribution to efforts to overcome economic problems. The metal industry can also create jobs and reduce unemployment, expand employment and provide economic services. However, in reality, there is a gap faced by metal SMEs today. The purpose of this community service is to find out how the production function of metal crafts is in controlling product quality, secondly to determine the effect of Physical Facilities in Metal Workshops on product quality control, thirdly to find out how to Inspect Product Quality Control, and fourthly how to influence the production function and physical facilities of the workshop. to control checks on product quality.

the earthquake that occurred in Cianjur West Java on november 21 resulting in 327 deaths. One of the problems in Kampung Nagrog after the earthquake was lighting. Some places do not have lighting such as toilets, prayer rooms and roads. Lighting is needed because the mobility of residents and volunteers is very high after the earthquake both during the day and at night. Therefore we need a lighting source that stays on if there is a disturbance in the PLN electricity network, is environmentally friendly, and economical. The solution to the problems of Kampung Nagrog after the earthquake disaster is to install solar cell lights. Solar cell lights do not need a PLN electricity network, are environmentally friendly and economical. Solar cell lights are moveable or can be moved easily.
