Abstract

This research project is titled "The Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency," and it has the following research objectives: 1) to determine whether the work environment affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; 2) to determine whether organizational culture affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; and 3) to determine whether the work environment and organizational culture together affect teacher performance. An technique known as quantitative descriptive research is used for this study, with the sample size being set at 55 people drawn from Budiniah Vocational School in the Bogor Regency. At Budiniah Vocational High School in the Bogor Regency, both the work environment and the organizational culture have a significant impact on the performance of the teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and company size on the capital structure of coal subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study are coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. The samples used were 8 companies using purposive sampling method. The objects in this study are companies in the coal sector (PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, PT. Bayana Resources Tbk, PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, PT. Golden Energy Mines Tbk, PT. Baramulti Suksessana Tbk, PT. Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk. , PT Harum Energy Tbk, and PT Petrosea Tbk) which are listed on the IDX. In this study several variables were used including the dependent variable and the independent variable, which included the independent variables namely liquidity, profitability and firm size while the dependent variable included capital structure. Data analysis used panel data linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and the t test (partial) and the f test (simultaneous). The results of the partial test or t test each of the variables of liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on capital structure, and company size has no significant effect on capital structure. While the f (simultaneous) test shows that liquidity, profitability and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the composition of financing on the profitability of banks in Indonesia by using the Ratio of Return on Assets (ROA). The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis. This type of research method is quantitative descriptive research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, four sample BUS were selected as samples including, Bank Muamalat Indonesia Syariah, Bank BJB Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, financing used as a variable including profit sharing, murabahah, qord, and ijarah. The results showed that the profit sharing variable had a significant positive effect on ROA, murabahah had a significant negative effect on ROA, qord had a significant positive effect on ROA, and ijarah had a significant positive effect on ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the prediction of financial distress analysis using the Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski and Grover methods and to determine the most accurate prediction method of financial distress analysis and the error rate of the three methods used in predicting Retail Sub Sector Companies. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data and uses secondary data sources obtained from company financial reports on the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The sampling procedure used was purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. The samples in this study were 21 Retail Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis method used was Altman's Modified Z-Score, Zmijewski and Grover methods. The results of this study indicate that the Altman Modified Z-Score method has an accuracy rate of 63%, the Zmijewski method is 62% and the Grover method is 54%. It can be concluded that the Altman modified (Z-Score) method is a method that has the highest level of accuracy for analyzing financial distress in Retail Sub Sector companies for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are significant differences in the company's financial performance before and after the implementation of the right issue action in LQ-45 index banking companies in the 2020-2023 period. Financial performance in this study is measured using current ratio and return on equity indicators. The type of data in this study is quantitative with secondary data sources. Sample collection using purposive sampling technique with sample results consisting of 4 banking companies. The analysis method was carried out with a paired samples t-test using SPSS 27. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in the current ratio before and after the implementation of the right issue. Meanwhile, return on equity does not show a significant difference in the financial performance of banking companies in the LQ-45 index in the 2020-2023 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of product boycott sentiment on the returns and risks of six stocks in the consumer sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The six stocks are UNVR, FAST, MAPI, MAPA, MAPB, and PZZA. The results show that PZZA experienced the highest decline in returns of -362.84%, followed by FAST at -303.91%, UNVR at -221.65%, MAPB at -180.84%, and MAPA at -72.09%. The only stock that experienced an increase in returns was MAPI at 88.09%. Based on the risk proxied by variance, FAST experienced a fairly high variance rotation from 0.00031 to 0.00175. UNVR, MAPA, and MAPB showed a decrease in variance, indicating a calmer market despite their negative performance returns. PZZA was the only company with stable risk but significantly negative returns. MAPI was the only stock with positive returns and increasing variance. Based on the mean difference test, PZZA's p-value of 0.02695 (<0.05) indicates a positive and significant effect of the boycott on PZZA's declining returns. Other issuers, UNVR, FAST, MAPI, MAPA, and MAPB, were not statistically significant, having p-values ​​>0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most accurate model between the zmijewski model and the grover model for financial distress assessment in the transportation and logistics sub-sector in 2019 - 2021. The population of this study is the transportation sub-sector periiode 2019 - 2021 with a total sample of 6 companies. The sample selection procedure in this study was purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are that there are several transportation sub-sector companies and those that have the potential to experience financial distress because they experience poor financial conditions. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the highest level of accuracy is the zmijewski model, namely with an accuracy level of 38.88% with a type error of 61.11% and the grover model has an accuracy level of 27.77% and has a type error of 72.22%.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), termasuk bagi Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) imigran yang menjalankan usaha di luar negeri. Namun, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM imigran di Malaysia masih belum memahami konsep dasar e-commerce serta belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai sarana pemasaran dan distribusi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi digital e-commerce kepada pelaku usaha UMKM imigran WNI di Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif melalui sesi pelatihan daring, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik langsung penggunaan platform e-commerce seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap strategi pemasaran digital, pemilihan platform e-commerce yang sesuai, serta kemampuan dalam mengelola etalase produk secara mandiri. Program ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi diaspora Indonesia dan memperkuat daya saing usaha mereka di era ekonomi digital.
