Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know about student’s material understanding because implementation online lectures in pandemic. Then, the positive impact of conducting online lectures and inhibiting factors. This research is qualitative approach. Primary data by Google Form and secondary data by articles. By this, the PAI Postgraduate online implementation strategy utilizing whatsapp group, zoom, and google form. The positive impacts, distant learning prevent outbreaks; flexible lecture time; easier to understand; add insight related to the use of technology;  saving cost. While the inhibiting effects is hard to get a comprehensive explanation; difficult signals; lectures who have assignments without explanation; hard to find sources.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a highly contagious virus and spreads very quickly throughout the world. This has a broad impact on all segments of social life, including education. Responding to this, the Indonesian government temporarily eliminates the teaching and learning process in schools and conducts learning from home. Educators are required to be able to provide instruction to students in accordance with this situation and condition faced. Therefore, it is important for teachers to understand the learning styles of their students as an orientation for determining appropriate learning media. This study explores the learning styles of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Semarang and discovers the most suitable learning media in accordance with the students’ learning styles. The results showed that visual learning style was the most preferred so instructional videos were found as the most appropriate teaching media. Abstract

This article aims to identify school policies that influence students' character through excellent cchool culture, to identify strategies for instilling building character values through excellent school culture, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of excellent school culture-based character building. This article used qualitative method. The result showed that (1) School cultural policies at SD Muhammadiyah Plus that include character building values, such as good public relations (5S culture), morning assembly, student appointments, dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer together. Meanwhile, at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School 22 Salatiga, flag ceremony, pledge, Ramadhan boarding school, dhuhur prayer together, tahfidz, and humanism. (2) SD Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga employs a strategy that includes a teacher acting as an example, making slogans or yelling, continuous supervision of students, and providing positive examples. Meanwhile, SD Islam Al-Azhar 22 Salatiga city uses a unique strategy: implementing the adab curriculum, setting an example for students, rewarding good behavior, creating pearls or slogans, monitoring through parents or peers, and becoming accustomed to good behavior in the classroom. (3) The similarity of objectives, human resources, and stakeholders are superior supporting factors for implementing school culture-based character building at SD Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga. Infrastructure and stakeholders are supporting factors for SD Islam Al-Azhar 22 Salatiga. Meanwhile, at SD Muhammadiyah Plus, the inhibiting factors are students' parents, motivation, and the environment. And for the 22 Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School in Salatiga, namely the external environment and the parents of students. Abstract

Background: Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death throughout the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that every year deaths due to cardiovascular disease reach more than 17.8 million. Meanwhile, data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2023 in Indonesia the death rate due to this disease will reach 650,000 people per year. Coronary heart disease is a type of cardiovascular disease. Coronary heart disease patients require Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) to improve their quality of life. Providing clear and complete information to patients is an effective intervention in increasing patient knowledge, reducing their symptoms of anxiety and fear. Nurses have an important role in health education for patients. Based on the results of a preliminary study at Harum Sisma Medika Hospital, data on the number of cases of patients with Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) in 2023 from January to October reached 256 and those referred out for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) in the Emergency Room at Harum Hospital numbered 35 patients. And on average, these patients experience anxiety or anxiety when they are informed that Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) will be carried out. Purpose of writing: To determine the effect of providing education on the anxiety of patients who will undergo Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) in the emergency room at Harum Sisma Medika Hospital, Jakarta. Writing Method: The research method used in this research is Pre Experimental Design. This research used a Quasi Experimental design using the "Pre-Test and Post-Test" method with a sample of 55 respondents. Research Results: The results of this study show that before and after the intervention of providing education on the anxiety of patients who will undergo percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the emergency room at Harum Sisma Medika Hospital, Jakarta, a P value of 0.001 < 0.05 is obtained, which means providing education to patients who will Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) in the emergency room at Harum Sisma Medika Hospital, Jakarta, was effective in reducing anxiety levels in respondents. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a significant influence on providing education to patients who will undergo Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) to reduce anxiety before undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). It is recommended that all health workers, especially nurses, provide education before carrying out Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).

Abstract

Background: Based on a preliminary study conducted at Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital Kelapadua Depok, it was found that as many as (90%) 18 out of 20 patients with hypertension claimed not to have made efforts to control blood pressure. Purpose: To determine the relationship between blood pressure control and the degree of hypertension in hypertensive patients at the outpatient poly of Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital Kelapadua Depok. Methods: Cross sectional through a point time approach where samples were taken using a total sampling of 50 respondents. Data analysis using chi square test. Results: Shows blood pressure control is associated with the degree of hypertension (p-value 0,007). Conclusion: There is a relationship between blood pressure control and the degree of hypertension. It is expected that the hospital can provide information and health education about efforts to control blood pressure during home treatment, so that blood pressure can be controlled properly and the impact of complications from hypertension can be avoided.

Abstract

Benefits of Complementary Therapy in Palliative Care for Breast Cancer: The Synergy of Pain Management & Psychological Support for Quality of Life Breast cancer is the most generic type of cancer in women, using significant impact on the physical, psychological, and social aspects of the patient. Holistic palliative care, including complementary therapy, is serious about improving the patient's quality of life through pain management and psychological support. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of complementary therapies such as acupuncture, yoga, and music therapy in reducing pain and enhancing the psychological well-being of breast cancer patients. This systematic review uses PRISMA guidelines, covering studies published between 2020–2024. The results showed that complementary therapies significantly helped reduce the intensity of pain, anxiety, & depression, and improve overall quality of life. The integration of complementary approaches to palliative care can lead to.

Abstract

This article aims to present the results of a qualitative research that explores the impact of muraja'ah method in memorizing the Qur'an and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors during its application in one of the Islamic boarding schools in East Java. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis showed that the implementation of memorizing the Qur'an with the Muraja'ah method in this study was using the One Day One Page system with memorizing new muraja'ah to the ustadzah, muraja'ah the previous memorization with pairs, muraja'ah the previous memorization to the teacher, and the memorization test. In this study, the muraja'ah method was considered effective. The supporting factors in this research are discipline, memorization targets, motivation from parents and teachers, achievement logs, prayers for success in memorizing the Qur’an. The inhibiting factors for the application of the muraja'ah method in this study were the forgotten verses, feeling lazy, or tired. The solution to overcome these obstacles is rote repetition, self-motivation, and time management.Keywords: Islamic boarding school; memorization; muraja’ah; One Day One Page; student
