Abstract

Pada praktik budidaya bawang merah, pemilihan bibit oleh petani tidak selalu berdasarkan faktor ilmiah atau rekomendasi dari pihak-pihak berwenang. Banyak petani yang memilih varietas bibit berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi, kebiasaan, atau informasi dari sesama petani sehingga seringkali hasilnya kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keunggulan dan kelemahan bibit bawang merah varietas lokal dan impor, serta sikap petani dalam penggunaannya. Studi dilakukan di Desa Mampu, Kecamatan Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang, pada September 2023 hingga Februari 2024, dengan sampel 59 petani menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bibit lokal unggul dalam aspek tepat waktu, jumlah, lokasi, jenis, mutu, dan harga, namun lemah dalam risiko produksi, ketahanan hama, produktivitas, dan harga benih. Sebaliknya, bibit impor unggul dalam kesesuaian agrosistem, kemudahan penggunaan, daya simpan, produktivitas, dan harga jual, namun lemah pada setiap atribut lainnya. Sikap petani terhadap penggunaan bibit lokal sangat tinggi, baik dari komponen kognitif, afektif, maupun konatif, sedangkan sikap terhadap bibit impor sangat rendah di semua komponen tersebut.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business, particularly in spicy noodle restaurant is increasing the popularity among the public. However, crowding in restaurant can directly influence consumer satisfaction. Therefore, this research aimed to (1) analyze influence of human and spatial crowding on consumer satisfaction and attractiveness, (2) assess the impact of attractiveness on consumer satisfaction, and (3) examine influence of human and spatial crowding on consumer satisfaction through attractiveness as a mediating variable. A quantitative research method was used, while the samples were determined using a judgment sampling technique, yielding a total of 100 respondents. Data were collected primarily using a closed questionnaire. Subsequently, data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical and SEM-PLS analysis with the WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool. The results showed that (1) human and spatial crowding had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction and attractiveness, (2) attractiveness had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and (3) human and spatial crowding had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction through attractiveness as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Ayam krispi frozen is a crispy chicken processed food through the process of frying or roasting, then frozen to maintain freshness, facilitate storage and distribution. This research aims to: 1) describe the marketing strategy of chickenesia frozen krispi chicken products, 2) calculate the impact of marketing strategy development on the sales turnover of chickenesia frozen krispi chicken, and 3) gain valuable knowledge, skills and insights. The approach method uses the “lean startup” method. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis based on entrepreneurial prototypes to describe process performance and outcome performance. The results showed that the marketing process of frozen chickenesia crispy chicken products went through 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation, implementation and evaluation/monitoring stages. The marketing strategies developed are business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) strategies. The business-to-business (B2B) strategy successfully reached the segment of housewives who wanted to start a small business, while the business-to-consumer (B2C) strategy effectively attracted teenagers, students, and employees as end consumers. The marketing strategies implemented proved to be able to increase product competitiveness and expand market reach. In addition, this activity has a positive impact on the cognitive ability of market analysis and business communication, affective development (soft skills) and conative ability.

Abstract

Marketing performance is the output of all efforts and marketing strategies that have been carried out by entrepreneurs. Knowing the marketing strategy and performance, will be very useful as a basis for evaluation and business development in the future. This study aims to: 1) analyzing the marketing performance of Chickenesia frozen crispy chicken products in Makassar City and 2) evaluating the marketing performance of Chickenesia frozen crispy chicken products. The approach method uses experiential learning method. Quantitative descriptive data analysis based on entrepreneurial prototypes to describe marketing performance. The results showed that the measurement of marketing performance using marketing metrics. Marketing costs in the January-March 2025 period, amounted to Rp 1,152,750, a profitability value of Rp 376,900, and the highest return on sales value in the super special package, which is 90%. The development of marketing strategies through business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) approaches has given positive results to sales turnover, because it is able to reach all consumer segments that are the target market. Entrepreneurship activities provide benefits for the development of the ability to analyze markets and competitors, soft skills development, and communication skills.
