Abstract

This development research aims to produce a valid, consistent, and practical three-tier diagnostic test instrument to identify students' misconceptions on the subject matter of reaction rate. The instrument development referred to the Treagust model (1988) which was adapted by Jusniar et. al (2020) which consisted of the misconception proposition analysis stage, the test prototype development stage, and the test instrument quality test stage. The misconception proposition analysis stage was conducted by reviewing the literature to analyze the main concepts and misconceptions in reaction rate subject, while the prototype test development stage was conducted by compiling a three-tier diagnostic test instrument which was adapted to the misconception proposition analysis and the 2013 Curriculum. The test instrument quality test stage was conducted to examine the feasibility of instrument. The instrument used for the validity test was the instrument validation sheet given to two validators for the content validity test, followed by an inter-rater test. The empirical validity test instrument and the consistency test were three-tier diagnostic tests that were tested on students of grade XII MIA 1 in a limited trial. The practicality test employed teachers’ response questionnaires and students’ response questionnaires. The teacher’s response questionnaire were given to two chemistry teachers, while the students’ response questionnaires were given to 30 students of grade XII MIA 1 in a limited trial and again given to 111 students of grade XI MIA in a field trial. The results of the content validity test obtains an average value of 3.29 which is in valid category with an R value of 95% in the inter-rater test and the results of the empirical validity test obtain an average value of 0.45 at tier 1 and 0.43 at tier 2 with valid category. The results of the consistency or reliability test obtains Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.87 at tier 1 and 0.86 at tier 2, which is in high reliability category. The results of the practicality test using the teachers’ response questionnaire obtains 95.83%, the students’ response questionnaire in limited trial is 89.17%, and the students’ response questionnaire in field trial is 88.63%. The results obtained in the three practicality tests are in very practical category. The results of testing the three-tier diagnostic test instrument on the reaction rate subject obtain 69.55% of students in understanding category, 27.50% of students is in in less understanding category, and 2.95% of students is in misconception category.

Abstract

This research is a development research, which aims to develop and produce a practical module of reaction rate oriented to discovery learning to train students' science process skills. The development model used in research refers to the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation). The data sources used to measure validity were two validators who assessed the media and practical module material. The practicality data sources were two observers who assessed the learning implementation, 21 students, and two chemistry teachers. Measuring the effectiveness of the practical module employed a science process skills test for 21 students. The field trial of this practical module was conducted at MA DDI Lil Banat Parepare. The results of the research reveal that the practical module is valid, practical, and effective. The module validity, both in terms of the media and material received a very valid category. The results of learning implementation is 97.66% which is in very good category. The teachers’ and students responses using the practical module are in very high category as well, so the practical module is stated as practical. The field trials on 21 students in grade XI MIPA obtained an overall average result of students' science process skills of 83.34 after using the practical module. The practical module developed is stated as effective if the overall average score of the students is 80. Thus, the practical module developed is effective in chemistry practical activities, especially reaction rate material.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh media Crossword Puzzle dalam Model Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 9 Makassar pada materi pokok Kesetimbangan Kimia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Kimia 1 dengan jumlah 22 orang dan kelas XI Kimia 3 dengan jumlah 22 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yakni, lembar penilaian kemampuan berpikir kritis pada proses pembelajaran dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil perhitungan dari Uji Oneway-Anova menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 23, menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh media Crossword Puzzle dalam model Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis  peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 9 Makassar. Selain itu rata-rata persentase nilai Gain kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, adapun rata-rata persentase pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 40,9 dan rata-rata persentase pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 37,18.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk dalam bentuk desain Strategi Inquiry-Problem Solving (SIPS) yang valid  sesuai model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Sumber data  yang digunakan untuk uji kevalidan adalah Dua ahli pembelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi Ahli.terhadap Desain SIPS dengan tujuh kimponen penilaian yaitu rasional, teori pendukung, sintaks, prinsip reaksi, sistem pendukung, sistem sosial, dan petunjuk pelaksanaan strategi SIPS .  Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa ketujuh komponen yang divalidasi  berada pada kategori sangat tinggi.  Konsistensi antar penilai (rater) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 93,3%. Dengan demikian desain SIPS sebagai produk pengembangan dinyatakan valid. Kata Kunci: Kevalidan, Strategi, HOTS

Abstract

Abstrak, Modul ajar merupakan perangkat pembelajaran yang harus dikembangnkan oleh guru-guru pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Dosen UNM sebagai mira kerjasama dengan guru-guru merasa perlu untuk berkontribusi dalam perubahan ini. Wujud tersebut dilakukan dengan melaksanakan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) sebagai darama ketiga bagi dosen, melalui pelatihan penyusunan modul ajar berbasis kurikulum merdeka bagi guru0guru SMAN 1 Pamboang. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru – guru. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Majene, Sulawesi Barat dengan peserta pelatihan yaitu guru – guru SMAN 1 Pamboang sebanyak 15 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh dosen pengabdi dari jurusan Kimia FMIPA UNM melalui LP2M. Beberapa hal menjadi pembahasan dalam kegiatan ini diantaranya yaitu  gambaran umum Kurikulum merdeka dan modul ajar serta model-model pembelajaran., kedua, Penguatan karakter pancasila dan jenis-jenis model pembelajaran, ketiga, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi; keempat, keragaman dan karakteristik peserta didik. Hasil PKM secara umum direspon “sangat baik” oleh 15 peserta dari hasil jajak persepsi melalui angket yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdi. Mereka berharap kegiatan-kegiatan sejenis ini berkelanjutan untuk lebih meningkatkan profesionalisme guru-guru. Selama pelatihan berlangsung peserta mengikutiya secara antusias terlihat dari keterlibatan peserta secara aktif dalam tahapan diskusi dan berlatih menyusun modul ajar dan lampirannya sesuai dengan materi pelajaran masing-masing. Kata Kunci: Modul ajar, Pelatian, Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

Abstrak, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang sangat penting bagi guru. Melalui pelatihan ini guru-guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan kapasitasnya terutama dalam aspek keterampilan membaca, pengorganisasian data secara sistematis, hingga kemampuan dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas serta melakukan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru – guru. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Majene, Sulawesi Barat dengan peserta pelatihan yaitu guru – guru SMAN 1 Pamboang sebanyak 15 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh dosen pengabdi dari jurusan Kimia FMIPA UNM melalui LP2M. Beberapa hal menjadi pembahasan dalam kegiatan ini diantaranya yaitu karakteristik penelitian PTK, sistematisasi dan komponen-komponen PTK, penggunaan bahasa yang akademis, jelas, dan objektif, serta struktur dan aturan penulisan laporan PTK. Hasil PKM secara umum direspon “sangat baik” oleh 15 peserta dari hasil jajak persepsi melalui angket yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdi. Mereka berharap kegiatan-kegiatan sejenis ini berkelanjutan untuk lebih meningkatkan profesionalisme guruguru. Selama pelatihan berlangsung peserta mengikutiya secara antusias terlihat dari keterlibatan peserta secara aktif dalam tahapan diskusi dan berlatih menyusun sebuah karya penelitian PTK sesuai dengan materi yang disampaikan. Abstract

The aquaculture sector is a potential sector because it has long-term outputs with minimal risk. One of the best commodities in the aquaculture sector is seaweed. Indonesia, the world’s largest exporter of seaweed makes this commodity has an incridible value as gold. Furthermore, its high economic value and international trade potential solidify seaweed's nickname as 'green gold'.. Sulampua as the heart of seaweed producers should be able to maximize the potential of this commodity. The economic conditions of the fishing sector have been fluctuating over the last decade. A study of the blue economy is needed to maximize the potential of fishing potential commodities to accelerate economic growth sustainably. This research aims to look at a general view of the potential commodities of seaweed as green gold in the ocean of Sulampua. The variables used to measure seaweed's potential for economic growth in Sulampua are the value of seaweed production, the weight of seaweed production, the number of households in seaweed farming, and the amount of seaweed fishermen. The method used to analyze the impact of seaweed commodity variables on the economic growth of the fishing sector is panel data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model (REM). The selected model shows R-Squared value of 0,4470, which means that 44.70% of the model can explain the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that the variables value of seaweed production and the weight of seaweed production has a significant impact on the economic growth of the fishing sector.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode brainstorming dalam model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang pada materi larutan penyangga. Menggunakan desain yaitu Posttest only control group design. Populasinya adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang yang tersebar dalam 6 kelas. Sampelnya adalah XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksprimen dan XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditetapkan secara random sampling. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen 81,01 lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol yaitu 74,38. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa data kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen, tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode brainstorming dalam model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang pada materi larutan penyangga.
